Allow me to share an experience with Frontier Jewelers. My wife had decided that one week before Christmas, she wanted to have a commemorative New Baby Christmas tree ornament engraved for my daughter 21 years later. Needless to say, a difficult expectation to fill. Called Kay Jewelers. No. Riddle Jewelers? Engraving done off site. Then, we visited Frontier Jewelers. The kiosk conveniently located in the middle of frontier mall. Mr Ali was very accommodating. He engaged the project with options and variations to consider. He checked, then double checked his process with care and precision. Moments later it was everything we had anticipated. Excellent work. It was something simple really but on the other side of the counter with the newly engraved ornament in our hands, it was the culmination of two special occasions, quickly, into one moment that will be later shared. I then learned that they carry the hard to find, NATO watchbands, to replace my old and heavily used one. If you are active outdoors, rock climbing, rafting in the like, you MUST check them out. Loose a pin-loose a watch is not the way to go. They even have catalogues if you desire additional color choices. Highly recommended that you visit this shop for great service and selections. I went to the mall to get my necklace fixed because the chain had broken. First, I went to JcPenny and the lady at the jewelry counter said it would take 6 weeks and cost $30 and up. She couldn't give me a direct price because she had to send it out in order to get a price. So I decided to see what the jewelry stores in the mall would charge and as I was walking to the jewelry stores I saw this kiosk with a big sign in front of it saying jewelry repair. It was like it was fate and the world was reading my mind. I went up to it welcomed by this kind man, Mr. Ali. I asked if he could fixed my necklace and he said no problem. I was short on time and didn't think I would get it back today but low and behold he had it done in like 30 minutes. I didn't have to send it out and I didn't have to wait six weeks. The best part was the cost was only $25 for the repair. I would highly recommend this place for jewelry repair. His prices are probably the best in town and he does quality work. He also sells jewelry as well and I believe he has a sunglass kiosk to. Thank you for your kindness and for the great work you did. I wanted to have my wedding rings soldered together, so I talked with Syed Ali at Frontier Jewelers in Frontier Mall about having this done. He carefully examined my rings and agreed that this would indeed be a good step to take to protect my rings from damaging wear and tear. He then quoted me a reasonable price and asked how long I would be at the mall... indicating that he was 99% sure that he could complete the work on my rings in the two-and a half hours that I would be available. Syed called me two hours later to tell me that my rings were ready. They were beautiful!!!! They absolutely glistened and they looked perfect! No obvious soldering, completely stable and literally looked brand new! (My husband placed those rings on my finger nearly 26 years ago! So for them to look so flawless was beyond my expectations!). My husband and I went to Frontier Jewelers to have my engagement and wedding bands soldered. We read many great reviews and liked the idea of not having to send my rings off somewhere and wait several weeks for their return. Ali was friendly and greeted us right away. He informed us up front that it could damage the engraving on my engagement ring but said he would do his best to preserve it, and if he could not then he could re-engrave it. He quoted us a fair price with a 3-5-day turnaround time. We were pleased to hear from him the very next day. The job was done well, and he did manage to keep all the engraving intact. We also had been looking for a wedding present for my husband. Ali helped him look at and a select a beautiful watch for a good price. He helped take links out to ensure a perfect fit and also changed the battery in another watch we brought in no time at all. I had to have my wedding rings cut off last summer after my hands swelled up with RA. I was devastated. I got the RA under control and my hands are back to normal. So I took my rings and my husband's ring (his had broken on the bottom) to Ali at Frontier Jewelers. He listened very carefully to what I wanted him to do, and explained to me how he would do it. I told him this was our 20th anniversary year, and he understood how important it was to get these rings back on my finger. He fixed them in no time, very quickly!! I went to pick them up and I was SO happy to see the results. They fit just right, and the diamonds didn't fall out!! So shiny and sparkly, just like new :) We have also had smaller work done on earrings and a chain, and Ali has ALWAYS been very nice and good at fixing sad, tired jewelry. I have been looking for a certain style of earrings for over 25 years. One day I wandered into Frontier Jewelers looking around. The owner talked to me about what I was looking for. He took out some ordering books and we looked through them and OMG!!! We found exactly what I wanted! He ordered them and it didn't take very long to get them! I am thrilled with them and sooo happy I went there. He is super nice and helpful. I have found my jeweler and won't be going elsewhere. I have been going to Frontier Jeweler's in the Cheyenne Frontier Mall for years. Mr. Ali is always super friendly, knowledgable, and does excellent work. Just this week he rhodium plated my beloved beautiful white gold wedding ring. It was absolutely stunning and beyond exellent. I will in the future have him replace the prongs on that very ring. In the past he has resized rings, replaced watch batteries and fix necklaces. He was able to resize my Movado watch when Riddles Jewelers could not. I trust his fine ability and know I will receive quality work at a very fair price. I would go to him first before going to the big Jewelry stores. I have been going to Frontier Jewelers for years, for purchases and repairs, and have always received wonderful service. I literally about had a meltdown a few days ago because I needed a couple of watch batteries, as well as a link taken out of a watch. However, once I was at the usual spot, and the set-up in front of Maurice's was gone, I panicked, until I seen their name in bold letters up above an actual space, I was so relieved, and happy! I came in to price check getting my girlfriends ring resized, it was well priced so i decided to go through with it and the very nice gentleman said he could have it finished by a little after Christmas (i gave it to him on 12/19). He called me the Next day saying he had it finished. I rushed in and got it and thanked him for getting it done so quickly. He said absolutely and that it would be nice for her to be able to wear it on Christmas instead of waiting. The guy who works there has been there longer than most of the stores in the mall. Frontier Jewelers is amazing! I got a beautiful white gold/diamond ring for Christmas that was tok big. The only place I trusted to size it for me was Frontier. Their work is done in house and quickly! My ring was ready in less than a week! When I picked it up Syed went over the process with me again, confirmed all my stones were the original stones, and explained how to keep my ring shiny and new! I had a great experience at Frontier Jewelers with engraving. I wanted a watch engraved for my boyfriend for Christmas. It's rare to even find a jeweler who can do this on site. The owner worked with me on choosing a font and was patient with my decision-making process by showing me how various fonts would look with lower-case versus capital letters. I had an antique turquoise ring from my grandmother that had the band break. Silver band was pretty dainty and had tried to get it fixed at other places but kept breaking and was a very long wait. Brought my ring in here after reading reviews and was recommended the band be replaced with a thicker piece of sterling silver. The ring was finished in 4 days after bringing it in and looks absolutely fantastic! So happy I brought it in as they did an incredible job and was very affordable! I've always loved turquoise and he had a beautiful turquoise pendant. Syed was easy to work with and helped me find what I needed.
