Once Ryan arrived, he was extremely helpful and clearly determined to resolve the slow drain in our kitchen. He walked us through a few possible approaches and immediately got to work. After some diligent effort using a drain snake followed by his high‑powered water flushing equipment, the clog was finally cleared. Ryan also took the time to leave us with helpful tips on how to prevent future buildup, especially regarding cooking oils that had hardened inside the pipes. That extra guidance was much appreciated.
