Knowledgeable, prompt service. Has a mystery furnace and ac failure that thankfully turned out to be just a blown fuse. They were able to squeeze me in same day for a quick diagnostic. Like many other reviewers, I have only praise for this company. The provided a competitive bid on a Mitsubishi heat pump and did one of the kindest acts ever during installation: at no extra charge, they installed a pull string light bulb into the dark area of our basement where the furnace is so I no longer have to try to prop up my cell phone or use a flashlight to see what I am doing in there. I am grateful for their careful install of the heat pump system and I am grateful every time I pull on the light chain in that dark area that houses the indoor component! Amazing experience. Our furnace starting not working sporadically last year. We made it through last winter using our gas fireplaces as needed. Starting happening again. Harder to get it to come back on. I was concerned I'd be told it was too old to work on, even though I was pretty certain it wasn't a major issue as it worked sometimes. I called and Andres came out that SAME night at 7:30 pm! He got it up and running in no time and only charged the diagnostic fee. It was definitely not a good time for an expensive repair. Just WOW. Andrey and Vasiliy were just top notch! They serviced an external A/C unit and a gas furnace in the attic that is no picnic to get to. They were both extremely knowledgeable, prompt in responding to messages and showing up for service, reasonable fees, and they went above and beyond to fix an issue that none of us had any idea existed until after they performed service (it was 100% unrelated to the service and only showed up due to a whole bunch of things lining up at one). Solid 5 for many reasons! 1) Super Quick Response...Andrey contacted me within an hour of my request for an estimate, and offered to be at the house by noon the next day. I told him I wasn't available then and met me the next day at my requested time. I put out 4 other requests that day and only heard back from 2 others, one the next day and the other 2 days after. 2) Lowest Price... I was looking for a quote on a 5 head Mitsubishi mini split which is one of the very best. Andrey's quote was the lowest price. 3) Quick Install....After accepting the bid he stated that he could install the unit Monday of the following week. I told him I had an electrician lined up to come out and install a new electrical panel the following weekend and suggested it may be best to wait until the electrical was done. We agreed to go ahead and install it on Monday and he would wait for payment until the unit was started. 4) Very Accommodating..... I ran into some complications with the electrical which unexpectedly pushed the completion out several weeks. Andrey asked if I could pay 80% of the bill and I could wait to pay the rest once the unit was started. This review actually deserves 10 stars. 5 go to Andrey who came out hours after I reached out to diagnose my busted furnace. He's extremely knowledgeable, honest, and fair in terms of pricing. The other 5 go to his brother, Visily, who came for the install. My outdoor heat pump in particular is placed in a challenging location. They were very cautious and respectful not to do any damage to the house during removal. Furthermore, the new Trane pump actually drastically improved the aesthetic of the area which made my wife very happy. Heat is back on and purring. Furnace quit working. Called for service. Got a call back within the hour. I know enough about the furnace to be able to tell him the diagnostic code that was showing that suggested my pressure switch was bad. He gave me a very reasonable quote to stop by the house and diagnose but told me "if you're comfortable trying something, I think I may know the problem and save yourself a service call." I tried it, easy fix, and the furnace works. He could have easily come out, spent five minutes, and collected the service quote. This is who I'll be calling for regular maintenance from now on. So I reached out for an estimate and Andrey replied to me right away even though it was Saturday. He had me take pictures of the current system and after a discussion of what I was looking for, he was able to provide very reasonable estimates for two options on the systems I was interested in. My wife and I decided which one we wanted to go with, and Andrey was able to schedule us for the following week. The entire process up to scheduling was completed on Saturday (off hours). Andrey was extremely responsive via text messaging. Also, because the temperature was dipping down into the 30's we were concerned about how we would stay warm for next few days. I was pleasantly surprised when Andrey offered to loan us standup heaters for free to keep us warm until the work could be done. What a great service! Regarding the install, Goat showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job on the install. They were very attentive to detail, and ensured everything was properly done. Ok now I personally experienced why everyone gave 5 stars. My furnace was making a loud buzzing sound when it was heating and Andrey replied to my initial message on Yelp over the weekend 9pm and was able to diagnose the problem from me sending a video. He said he would get a quote on Monday for the part. Monday my furnace completely stopped working and he said he would stop by at no charge to make sure what was wrong. He then called me within 20 minutes after stopping by to give me a price and said he could actually come back within a hour to get my furnace working.
