They even told me about a product called "orcher blocker " to help with the problem! The other guy saw the problem but wanted to replace all my drain tiles for tens of thousands of $$$ ! The repair guys put down plastic along the complete path through my hose , on the rugged stairs and across the basement to protect the brand new floor I am installing to the work site! It took a little while To get scheduled and then it took a few months to wait for the appointment. When the day of the appoint finally came, the workers were professional, reliable, and hard working. They put down floor covering to make sure they were not tracking in anything while going I and out of the basement. They were clear with what they needed from us and communicated when they were leaving for lunch, for the day, etc. none of our cracks leak at all! We were quoted for a new roof on our home in April 2025 and work began soon after. The workers had total disregard for our property. They stomped across our front garden, left their empty cans in our children's sandbox, and left nails just all over. They also smashed and snapped a huge limb off of our lilac bush (I watched them do this carelessly). They left extra pieces of roofing on the roof that blew off into the yard as well as a significant amount of nails on top of the roof of our porch. I understand the work can be messy, but this seemed outrageous. I was picking nails off our driveway for months afterward. The real issues started this winter. We live in Colden, NY and are used to harsh winters with an old roof. However, you'd think after almost $30k for a brand new roof you wouldn't have to worry about leaking/ insane ice issues on it. We have had leaking in the past that we were told would be remedied with the new roof. Instead, the leaking has been significantly worse this year causing more damage through our walls and ceilings. The first time they sent a repairman out to address the issue I was not asked if we were home or if they could come on the property. They called and told me (again, not asked) they'd be at our house in 20 minutes. While I appreciate the quick response, I am a SAHM with two littles and really did not feel comfortable receiving a call that someone would be coming into my home while I was home by myself. In addition to this, they gave the repairman the wrong address and he ended up stuck in my neighbor's driveway which was completely torn up when they pulled him out. The repairman did nothing but take photos of the house and shrug. He told me he couldn't do anything because the amount of ice on the roof would further damage it. The second time this happened, he took a ladder up to look at the issue and told us it was because of the siding. Our siding is old, however we are not convinced the siding is the issue. He found more pieces of roof that'd blown off in our yard and told us he was going to leave to reshape them and come back later that day to reattach them. He never came back, and we never heard from anyone again.

The quality of their workmanship is really outstanding from the foundation all the way to the finish carpentry! They explained the entire process clearly at the beginning of the job and presented a clear, professional, contract before starting. The crew showed up on time and cleaned up every day before they left. They dug the foundation for the extension, built the foundation wall, built the walls and roof and installed new windows.
