The dough here is top tier: light and fluffy with an incredible, delicate crisp on the crust. The sauces were great for dipping the crust, though! I tried four different slices: Lemon Drop (The MVP): Pepperoni, ricotta, fresh lemon zest, and EVOO. The floral citrus brightens up the richness of the slice in a way that completely blew me away. Easily the standout. Hot Pepperoni: Pepperoni topped with honey, EVOO, and dollops of creamy Calabrian chili. The sweet, salty, and spicy balance was spot on.
