My wife and I stopped by on our way back from Bakersfield. It was just awful. She ordered a BBQ chicken Sandwich. The roll was dry and stale. There were barely enough peppers, onions and mushrooms to include them as ingredients. The sauce was not near enough to moisten the bread. But the worst part was the chicken. The breast meat was overcooked to the sawdust range. Dry and stringy.....inedible. I ordered an Asian Chicken Salad. Whole florets of raw broccoli, snow peas with the strings? Way too big for the plate....worst of all.....same chicken that was in my wife's sandwich. No sign of a manager or shift leader. 3 bartenders, 2 of whom joined a table of (on the clock?) servers at a booth to gossip. We just left and won't be back. AWFUL!! Not only it's a restaurant but they sell cheese, honey, whole separate meat section, gifts, jewelry and so much more. You can shop and dine at the same time. Pretty cool. It's a counter order and sit down type of restaurant. I got the create your own salad with 5 toppings and grilled chicken. The portion is HUGE! Check out my photos! There were more toppings than greens. The only thing they fall short is the grilled chicken. It was dry with chewy texture. We also got the Pesto Chicken Sandwich and fries. Stopped in with my son on Monday 7/6. It was pretty busy inside. It's an order at the counter and then go back and get your food and drinks and utensils and condiments so it's pretty wild that they swivel that screen around asking for tips. They have an option to not tip, but I still tipped anyway. They seemed pretty nice. The young man that was bussing all the tables was the only one that seemed to want to have any kind of interaction with the customers. The restaurant was pretty clean, and there's a shop running through it. And the store items are nice but a lot of them are basically sitting on the tables and chairs of the other diners so didn't get to look at everything. I'm not even exaggerating, this is my favorite salad ever. It's the perfect mix of fresh, sweet, and a little savory with the chicken and cheese. And the strawberry vinaigrette?? Literally the best thing ever. I could eat this every single day and not get tired of it. They usually give me a little extra container of it which is nice to take home!! Everything tastes super fresh since it's more of a farm to table style, which makes it feel like a healthier option too. The kitchen is open, so you see everything being freshly made! The inside has such a fun, unique vibe and the location is perfect since it's right by the outlets. It does get pretty busy on weekends, but honestly it's worth the wait. Very good restaurant in a mall area just off the 99 Freeway. I would recommend their other location about 10 miles north of here, which is much bigger and has lots to see and do, especially if you have kids or pets. This location has a very large indoor area and a very nice covered outdoor seating. The decor is beautiful - both inside and out. You have to order at the counter and pick up the freshly coked food. The taste of the food was fresh and very good. I had the Philly Chicken sandwich. I would highly recommend. read more

The first time I tried their Berry Chicken Salad, I was amazed. There was so much protein and just a huge serving in general. I've been coming back, and I feel like the quality hasn't been quite the same, or it's just inconsistent. I picked up the same salad one time, they forgot to add the chicken (the main reason I get this dish), and I was on a long road trip, so I didn't have time to come back. This time, I just don't think it tasted as fresh. The sandwiches always get really soggy, so you either eat it quickly or get messy. The fries were okay - could use a little salt. Returned again this year while in town for state archery tournament, and Bravo Farms in Tulare Outlets was amazing. Happened to be steak night so we ordered a NY Strip which was tender and generously sized so we could share. Tri tip quesadilla was super delicious and we saved some of it for some protein the next morning that we could warm in the microwave. Service is always great and this place feels very homey - perfect to bring friends and family. I'm a big fan of the quick service style where you order & pay at the counter and pick up your food when your buzzer lights up. To all the California archery folks out here every January, this is the best place to eat in town. Lots of parking and lots of seating inside. Bravo Farms really surprised us. Although it is apart of the outlets, the restaurant feels secluded with all the greenery surrounding the building and patio. There's a lot of seating on the patio and it gives the feel of a beer garden. We ordered at the counter and got our food when the buzzer went off. We got the tri-tip sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, sweet potato fries and a kids chicken strips. My husband enjoyed his tri-tip and commented on how good the bbq sauce was. I loved the pulled pork sandwich, it had so much flavor. The sweet potato fries were good as well. The kids chicken tenders were just 3 tenders, no sides come with it, my son said they were good too. They serve beer, wine and cocktails. There's a section of the shop that has ice cream too. Bravo Farms also has a gift shop with honey, sauces, and home goods. Bravo farms you are a business I enjoy visiting when I come through, but at the Traver location when heading to fresno, at least one a month. So i'm used to a specific quality when I eat here. This was the outlet location, looked very impressive when first walking in looks like a safe haven,foliage great gift shop and a change inside of the normally bland outlets. This is the first time I visited this location, and in fact, I passed the traver location because this location was nestled within the outlets, which would allow me to eat and then finish my christmas shopping THE ORDER:. . . Simple two tri tip sandwiches, a side of cheese curds and a side of fries, two waters. They then hand you a buzzer for your order pickup at the preparation area. My buzzer never went off, but the young lady hand delivered our sandwiches.I thanked her. When The sandwiches, the cheese curds, and the fries came out they all looked good initially. I tend to eat my cheese curds first so I never looked at my sandwich, as my coworker was eating his fries, he stated your sandwich looks a little light from what were used to. I looked at my sandwich and confirmed.Yeah, it was a little light.Two slices of tritip on a thick hogie roll, actually, the lightest tritip sandwich I'd ever had here in the many years I would come to visit "Bravo Farms" I went to the bar and talked the young lady named Alyssa. She then took my sandwich to the preparation area and shortly returned with a better looking sandwich and stated they have remade your sandwich because they agreed it is not typical of what it should look like. I thanked her and proceeded to eat my sandwich. Alyssa thank you for being an All-Star. The GRUB : The trip tip sandwiches were tasty and there wasn't much fat.These were as good as expected, the cheese curds were different and had a different coating of what I am used to at other establishments.The fries were crispy and had soft centers.Overall 5-STAR THE PROBLEM: the sandwich should have never had to go back.Because it should have made right?The first time the establishment wasn't busy and someone in the kitchen should have stopped it before we left, even better.The person who made it should have never put it together.And sent that to a customer -1 STAR Basically, a 4 star experience that could have been a 5 Star from the get-go. The service at this restaurant is atrocious. One month in advance we reserved a table for a party of 25. When we arrived on the day of the event, they had reserved three tables for four. Half of our guests were sitting outside. I brought this to the attention management who just shrugged. As tables emptied we had to move them ourselves into our reserved area with permission of management, of course. No one from the restaurant apologized or offered to help. We stopped by Bravo on our way to Fresno on a Saturday in March. What an adorable place to stop! The shop we browsed (and purchased way too much from) was crowded and kitschy but clean and fun to browse. The little petting zoo out back was a pleasant surprise. The animals and environment were all clean and fresh. No odors, no filth. We didn't have a chance to try the restaurant or fudge this trip, but we'll definitely be back next time we're in the area. read more

I typically enjoy going to bravo farms and there food but last night I was not a fan. I had the ribs and baked potato. My ribs were lathered in bbq sauce so much so that I had to scrape sauce off. I won't be ordering them again. My baked potato was dry and the cheese on top was overcooked. The music was nice but should be outside or in a larger space. It was overstimulating and loud Inside the Resturant. The band took up a lot of space for the tables and customers. Seating was limited and priority should be to the customers. Please consider changing some of these things. Priority should be your customers and your employees. read more

Was on a business trip in the area and I was craving a sandwich and this spot came up. I wasn't feeling very well that day, exhausted from a long drive and a super long day, so wanted to just grab something and go back to my hotel. Bravo Farms on the back side of the google address location, so it took a minute to find it, but once I got there, I was able to find parking pretty quick and walked in. I went to the salad counter but was told that you had to order at the bar counter. Ordered Tri tip samich and clam chowder to go. The food took about 15 minutes to come out and I was on my way back to my hotel. Got to the room, and realized I didn't get any sauces...which I usually ask for when the sandwich is dry. I should have gotten some kind of sauce, because it was, in fact, a little dry. Full disclosure, I did come about 20 min before closing, so I'm sure things have been out all day and naturally, would dry up. Was just bummed I didn't remember a sauce, and I was too tired to go back. The clam chowder was pretty good, but it wasn't super hot...again, I did wait to get back to the hotel to have it, so most of it is on me. Parking - Easy peasy...not sure how packed it gets at rush meal time, plus it's right off of the freeway so I'm sure lots of people come in and stop by on their drives passing either direction. Used door dash for a delivery. Ordered 2 potato soups with bread bowls and taco salad with ground beef. They did not send bread bowls and there was no ground beef in the salad. I called them and the very dismissive tone was we ran out of bread bowls and will credit you. When I discovered no meat in the taco salad and called back, they put me on hold 2 times for 8 minutes each. Finally gave up. I get it mistakes happen. How they get resolved is good customer service. While the food court was bustling, I found the petting zoo and treehouse to be more charming. The parking lot was a bit small and they were packed around lunch time. There was a Tesla charging station near a small petting zoo outside. =SOUVENIR SHOP= I wasn't interested in most of the merchandise as they weren't Visalia or Bravo Farms centric. Most items were on the pricier end. There were home goods, spices, and various snacks. I was most impressed by the cheese and fudge selection but everything else appeared to be haggard. =TREEHOUSE= A fun attraction for kids to climb up. It was relatively clean with some scribbled names at the very top. =PETTING ZOO= The animals were free to interact with although you could pay a few quarters for some fodder. They were well groomed and friendly to visitors. Surprisingly they weren't too smelly either. =FOOD COURT= They were filled during lunch time and I chose to just grab a shake. The shake was on the milkier side so I probably would just get plain scoops next time. I wasn't impressed by the quality of ice cream and they appeared short staffed as it took a while to prepare. It was fun pit stop for an hour or so and I can see families with children spending longer. The attractions were entertaining but the food and knick knacks were passable. read more
