Tried this place today and it was pretty good. I like the variety on the menu. I got The $5 box which comes with a regular sized hamburger fries and a drink so it's a good deal but next time ill ask for no thousand island dressing. I usually love fried mushrooms but I didn't care for these and I think the batter has tumeric in it which I personally don't like so I was disappointed in those but every thing else was good. Me and my family have tried almost everything on the menu and have not disappointed at all. We eat here 2 to 3 times a week. Very reasonable prices and you can call in your order drive there and it is ready! I love crushed ice and yes they have it.These burgers rate right up there with high end restaurant burgers. Me and my daughter stopped for dinner here tonight at her suggestion and I am so glad we did! We ordered #1 triple burger and #9 double bacon burger combos. I was pleasently surprised and must say that it was the best burger I have had in long time!! She loved hers as well! The combos come with medium fries which seemed like large. Well when I first heard that I was going to this place I was already holding some high expectations due to their name. When I got there we paid my combo was $9! And at first I was like $9 for a fast food burger? We'll see. I got the jalapeño with an addition of avocado burger. Just from this burger and the fries was great! Went back only to have the associate argue with us that the burger was placed in the bag. After some arguing we finally got the one burger that we were missing. Look I like this place a lot. Great food, bad service. My car is down at the moment and I wanted to order their family pack and use Grubhub. Two problems grubhub is saying they were closed and the other problem I am having is that they do not have a fully updated menu on grub hub. Meaning the family pack meal deal isn't on there. I call and I let them know the two problems, I might as well be talking to a deer being blinded by headlights. No answer, just you can't order it? They didn't even know it wasn't on the grub hub and they didn't even seem to care that grubhub had them down as closed. I live walking distance to H&W guess they will get my money from here out. I can't stress enough to all businesses, especially local mom and pops how important customer service is and taking what would had not even been three minutes to figure out a solution. This place is good. There is a large variety in the menu, and all of it is reasonably priced. The milkshakes are also very good. The inside is quite small and when I went the tables were a bit dirty. They did mess up on our order so I would make sure to be thorough when ordering and checking your food after you get it. But other than that it's a good burger place. read more

Was told about this place from my dad and I have to admit the food is delicious. I've tried the philly cheese steak and the knock out burger. And was not dissatisfied not one bit. The only thing that I can admit to is the soda machines are a little off and may need some type of tweaking that is why I'm one star short (which doesn't take away from the quality of their food). I've eaten here twice and haven't been disappointed. The food is really good and you get a lot more than you expect. The French fries are delicious and they have the best seasoning (I'm assuming lawrys seasoning salt). The staff is friendly and patient. I think it's a great little burger shop and it's has really excellent prices. I tried the philly cheese steak paired with a chocolate shake and it was to die for. Well I have to say that their hamburgers are pretty damn good..however tonight the guy that took my order also made my food and he never changed gloves after taking my money. I watched as he cooked my order and as he took other customers orders and he never changed his gloves until I asked for a refund. H&W has had lacking service the past two years. Their western burgers hardly have any sauce even. Enter 5 guys. They hook you up! They can get super busy which means you might wait a bit, but totally worth it. As for the guy who said he got food poisoning from this food, I don't buy it. His wife would have been poisoned too if that was the case. We love the chicken salads here. They load it up with tons of chicken and the lemon is a nice touch! Great banana split! So far I was only disappointed by the fried food (zucchini sticks and fried pickles) but even that wasn't a total loss. Also ONCE ordered a bacon and egg burger and got all the way home before realizing there was no egg. That's an amazing burger and it was a shame, but I know what it's like to be young working at a super busy place where customers generally aren't that nice to you.
