Okay so can we say small place with big flavor, uh yeah for sure. This tiny little spot kicks out some of the best vermacilli bowls I have had yet. I particularly like the beef which is tender and marinated well, plus I don't care for beef so just imagine how good it is. They also offer a great tea selection and the boboa is your into that.

This is my favorite Boba place! My favorite is Mango Kiwi with Lychee jelly or Lychee with Mango. I can't find a place like this near my home so when I'm on the Westbank I stop here for my boba fix.

Pros: Frosty's has juicy, thicc, hormonal wings that I'm not mad at. I get them with the fries. The wings are so good that I haven't gotten around to ordering any other food. Their bubble teas never miss. They also have milk tea if you're into that. Cons: They're so popular for takeout that, at times, it's tough to reach them over the phone. It's giving radio sweepstakes vibes where it's busy and you have to hang up and keep trying, hoping you're the #9 caller. This is obviously unfortunate when you're trying to save time and can't leave to order your takeout. None of the online menus that you find when you Google search are up-to-date. I would recommend adding on at least couple of dollars to the total you've estimated.

Frosty's truly is one of my favorite places to eat on the westbank. The place is always clean. Staff is friendly, and food is always fresh and tasty. Everything is made to order to if you're ordering food, you will have a short wait. But they are super quick with their bubble teas and smoothies. There is ample seating, but the vibe is def more of a grab and go type of situation. My go to order right now is the grilled chicken wrap - spinach wrap, minus tomatoes, add red onion, green bell peppers, parmesan cheese with very light Caesar dressing. Swap the fries for fresh fruit. With a peach passion fruit jasmine green tea and popping lychee bubbles, and I'm always happy with my order. This place is a westbank gem FOR SURE!

The food and service is always good! My go to place to eat when I want to stay local.

Food is awesome! So flavorful and never missed a beat. I like the vermicelli bowls, it's a nice light lunch with fresh flavors! Their vietnamese coffee is a must, and is sooo strong for the days you need a pick-me-up. Their smoothies have fresh fruit put in them which is hard to come by nowadays! The guy who picked the phone up today seemed like he was in a bad mood but i can look past it this once since the food and smoothie is hitting! They also don't offer spring rolls anymore so i'm posting an updated menu.

I found Frosty's years ago but since moving back home I'm so happy to see they're still open. They're open but due to COVID-19 precautions, you must wear a mask when entno more than 5 people are allowed inside at one time and it's pickup only (although you can order inside and wait). I've actually never had a meal there but I go back time and time again for their boba slushees and smoothies. They have a variety of flavors you can mix and match, which I love compared to other stores that have a pre-set boba menu. I always get a blueberry lychee slushy with tapioca. Their menus are displayed on HD TV screens so you have no issue finding what you need. Frosty's is the best place for boba on the westbank! EDIT: Now selling face masks here too!

Love this place. Never mess up my order. The drink is extremely good, I always get the hazelnut coffee with boba and coffe jelly. Sometimes I get the mango milk tea with lychee jelly. The food is good too especially the wraps and wings. Love this place! Recommend this place to anyone!

We came in during a non-busy time and there was plenty of tables and parking. I am from out of town and it was highly recommended by many of my friends and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed what we got and it was very refreshing. Everything was made fresh, with real fruit, and to order. I got the durian smoothie with tapioca, it was absolutely delicious! The tapioca bubbles were fresh and chewy. I tried the mango tea and it was so good. I recommend this place for a hot day, for groups, families, kids, friends, and casual dates. It's a good hangout spot with great drinks. I wish I had a Frosty's in my state.

    Pomegranate and Lychee Jasmine Tea
    Sabrina N.

I come here frequently with my sis and they never disappoint. She ALWAYS gets the pomegranate jasmine tea and today I tried the lychee jasmine tea w lychee. Both are really good! I had the com thit nuong cha gio and she had the shrimp fried rice (without shrimp). 10/10 for both. Their service is quick and they are nice. Anything I asked for they did it. The inside isn't too big but they have about 3-4 tables. Most people order to-go. Definitely recommend coming here! (Not pictured but their wings are DELICIOUS)

Yum Tra -- 4 Okay…read morefirst things first... BABY when I say options?? OPTIONS. The menu is LONG. Like you really need a minute. Sitting in that drive-thru, I was going back and forth with myself because everything looked good. I was this close to getting the Very Berry Matcha, and that Honeydew Melon and Pineapple?? Whew... that was a STRONG contender for me. But I ended up going with the Peach Colada and I'm not mad at it at all. It gave smoothie vibes, fruity, nicely sweetened, and the texture? That's what stood out to me. Smooth. Not clumpy. Not thick in a weird way. I didn't have to shake it up or fight with it like some boba drinks do. It was just right. Now let's talk about my son, the real boba critic in this house He got the Panda Boba with pandan jelly and matcha crème cold foam. And when I say I took a sip and immediately got jealous?? Yeah. It had this caramel coffee type vibe going on. Super good. He loved it too, but they forgot the matcha cold foam, and that dropped his rating. And listen, we take our ratings serious in this house lol. They do serve food, which we didn't try this time. Everything is made to order, so that did slow the line down a little because the car in front of us ordered food. Honestly though, I didn't mind because I needed that extra time to figure out what I wanted anyway. Now the only real downside for me outside of the missing cold foam... That drive-thru. It's tight. Like you can tell people be struggling pulling out of there. Definitely one of those drive careful type situations. Overall though, I'll definitely be back. The quality is there, the flavors are there, and I still got my eye on that Honeydew Melon and Pineapple. Yum Tra, you got me coming back for round two

Anyways for Easter she asked everyone what they liked my brother specifically told her cars , and she got him Psoriasis shampoo as a GIFT ?????? while others got art set , makeup , etc. told him she got him the shampoo to take off for 2 weeks until he gets his condition under control. Mind you he sees a doctor on his own as he gets treated for this . She claims she got him this because it was a "health hazard" rather than asking him to get a hairnet or at least providing it for them. It wasn't a health hazard when she first hired him so why after 2 months of him working she decides to tell my brother to take off. She also proceeded to tell another employee "it was a health hazard and it could be getting into toppings and drinks so she told him to go home till it gets fixed if she sees improvement he can comeback if not, she have to keep trying???? with him. she said she swept it up and showed my brother, and she called his condition "snowflakes". Psoriasis is not contagious and poses no direct health hazard to coworkers in a workplace. On top of that disgusting idea of a gift she asked another employee in front of my brother if he was slow. Was also told the other employees are allowed to take small breaks when the room is empty meanwhile she always gives my brother more tasks than others. She also sends them home for small stupid reasons one of them being her messing up a drink and blaming it on them and when told to look back at the cameras she throws a tantrum and sends them home mid shift. She also texted him i'm a vicitm in this situation apology which I will have attatched. This is cross posted everywhere and will reach many people as I can reach.

Mr. Bubbles -- 5…read more Located right before you walk into Hong Kong Market, this is hands down one of my favorite boba spots in the area. And being next to one of the best international markets in Greater New Orleans? Yeah... it's a whole experience. I started coming here about 7 years ago, and my go-to back then was the Vietnamese coffee with boba jelly. Fell in love instantly. Then one day I wanted to switch it up, and the owner--who I've seen consistently since day one--put me on to honeydew with watermelon and condensed milk. BABY... that became my order for a whole year. So this visit, I came in on the same type of timing, wanting something new. And just like that, she recommended strawberry with coconut. Let me tell you... she knows BALL. The flavor is creamy, smooth, and gives strawberry Blue Bell ice cream vibes in the best way. Their boba is always consistent. Texture on point, flavors on point. Never a miss. They also have bánh mì--basically a Vietnamese po-boy--and I'm almost certain the bread is from Dong Phuong. If you know, you know. I usually get the roasted sweet pork with extra pâté because that pâté? Chef's kiss every single time. Random memory but I remember catching them at NOLA Night Market years ago and that lemongrass chicken had my husband hooked. I'm still waiting on that comeback! They went fully takeout after COVID and are on DoorDash, but I noticed the boba teas aren't listed. Honestly, I get it... they don't hold up the same sitting around. Staff is always kind, service is smooth, and the quality never slipped in all these years. This is a no-brainer for me. I'll always come back--and I'm always trying something new. I always recommend the Banana with Matcha

Lots cilantro and jalapeño it's a really good sandwich. Overall, I recommend if you haven't tried one might as well try Mr. bubbles. We have about six sandwich options. A lot of drinks even a veggie option with avocado so I don't think you can go wrong. Take a little trip to the taste of Vietnam. Try Mr. bubbles you'll be happy you did if not it was a good adventure. The service was fast and friendly, and the ambience was your typical sandwich shop with a little bit of Asian flair. Don't forget to stop by Hong Kong market while you're there it's an adventure in its own.
