Drinks are horribly sweet. Owner is unprofessional. I called to order party drinks from them 11/2025 for party. Owner eventually texted me about my inquiry. She implied I was dumb for asking if I could modify drinks. Every boba shop is different; the modifications I asked were minimal and normal. Most boba shops will allow it but she acted rudely and condescending as though I should've known and it was obvious. If she didn't allow modifications, that's fine. I would expect a professional reply/explanation that it could not be done at her establishment but that didn't happen. I ended up ordering multiple gallons of drinks for the party but instead of confirming my order after the back and forth, she just wanted money. I waited over a day for her to finally confirm my order. The average food/beverage store would confirm the order before asking for payment but the owner was backwards. Yum Tra -- 4 Okay first things first... BABY when I say options?? OPTIONS. The menu is LONG. Like you really need a minute. Sitting in that drive-thru, I was going back and forth with myself because everything looked good. I was this close to getting the Very Berry Matcha, and that Honeydew Melon and Pineapple?? Whew... that was a STRONG contender for me. But I ended up going with the Peach Colada and I'm not mad at it at all. It gave smoothie vibes, fruity, nicely sweetened, and the texture? That's what stood out to me. Smooth. Not clumpy. Not thick in a weird way. I didn't have to shake it up or fight with it like some boba drinks do. It was just right. Now let's talk about my son, the real boba critic in this house He got the Panda Boba with pandan jelly and matcha crème cold foam. And when I say I took a sip and immediately got jealous?? Yeah. It had this caramel coffee type vibe going on. Super good. He loved it too, but they forgot the matcha cold foam, and that dropped his rating. And listen, we take our ratings serious in this house lol. They do serve food, which we didn't try this time. Everything is made to order, so that did slow the line down a little because the car in front of us ordered food. Honestly though, I didn't mind because I needed that extra time to figure out what I wanted anyway. Now the only real downside for me outside of the missing cold foam... That drive-thru. It's tight. Like you can tell people be struggling pulling out of there. Definitely one of those drive careful type situations. Overall though, I'll definitely be back. Unsafe drive thru. Once you're in it. You're stuck. Ridiculous wait time on a Sunday afternoon. Arrived and was the 5th car. It took over an hour to get to the ordering/pickup window and get my drink. The inside kept filling up with people. I'm convinced that they only attended to those inside first. Anxiety inducing for sure. I'm glad they are popular I guess but I do miss it before they had their grand opening and had been open for nearly a year. If people are holding up the line waiting for food, have them drive around and park. Especially when yall don't have fast food type of food. So why have it available at a fast food window. At least do like real fast food places and have multiple windows and exit points still!!! It's unsafe and I will never return. Drinks taste good but not worth the headache nor wait. Can't even imagine how horrible it'll get when it's actually warm outside. -additional note. Them giving you the machine to tap to pay also traps you here. So even if you want to take a loss on money if it's taking too long, you can't drive off. RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE : we called after being stuck in line for 45 minutes and they did not ask anyone to circle around because we suggested it and was told the reason it was taking long was because of food. And yall have been open longer than this grand opening event. Do not try to insult my intelligence. Food should be changed to order inside only if that is the case. It should not take over an hour in line for a drink. Tried the new popcorn chicken at Yum Tra's grand opening weekend, and I was slightly disappointed to say the least. I got the Gochujang and honey soy garlic popcorn chicken. Overall, I think the popcorn chicken was just okay- Light batter with little crunch, both flavors seemed very very similar (Gochujang was a tad spicier), and they were VERY salty. I was very parched after eating only half the box and needed water. In contrast, I liked the creativity with the street food and many different flavors! I believe they are one of the first WB boba places with street food like this. Service was good- the store was quite busy during a midday Sunday shift but I didn't wait too long for my food to come out. Newly reopened Yum Tra providing street food now offering a wide variety of different eats. Definitely came to try out the new foods they had to offer. The garlic shrimp noodles came out hot and fresh. The garlic butter chicken was a bit on the soggy side, assuming it was caused from the butter, but had decent flavor. The mochi coins have a nice crisp to them with a hint of sweetness. With that being said, I think I prefer the coins with the sweet fillings rather than the savory. I'm giving 4 stars because of the LONG wait you have to wait for drinks as there are only 2 baristas taking orders and making drinks. Kudos to them holding it down though! However, I can see they would be super stressed if there was a large crowd. Also newly renovated restaurant providing more seating and claw machines. 10 stars for the two baristas, but 4 stars for the store because they need help in the front. read more

Gotta love endless options!! They have the biggest coffee selections for a boba place I have seen. I believe this place is owned and run by Vietnamese people. I recognize my people coffee, because the coffee is super strong. Every time I am in the area, I always try to get something new from this place. I am loving a good coffee frappe for the summer months. My favorite combo so far is the white chocolate coffee frappe with the crème brûlée topping. Just enough coffee without getting me wired with the sweetness from the crème brûlée. Now, if you want a stronger coffee, try out the Dalgona series. It is soo delicious that I sucked down half of the drink and forgot to blink for hours. There is a long table inside for larger group to come after lunch or dinner for a nice drink, as well as some small tables for smaller parties. I haven't study at this place yet but the music is a bit loud for me, in my personal opinion. Unlike most boba tea places, it has a drive thru!! Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. The owner was rude and aggressive, publicly berating an employee in front of customers by telling them to "be more firm with customers." I've visited many times, and there's always new staff clearly, employees aren't treated with respect. A business cannot survive this way. Orders are mishandled, staff are humiliated, and customers suffer. The way you yelled at your employee in front of everyone was unprofessional and uncomfortable. Those conversations should be handled privately, not in front of customers. I will never return to this location. read more

I like it, I like it a lot, i like again and again. Okay so getting something on the WB that you don't have to travel to the East side is always a plus. The loss is calm, classy, and cool enough to sit and do a lil work, just finish your drink, or get a photo op. Having a consistent tea place has become one of my must haves in a daily routine requirement. The flavors are on point, the fruit in cup is delicious and doesn't give that dirty lil aftertaste. And the teas base does not have a faucet water base at least not that I could catch . Since my review has been taken down , would like to say again I highly do not recommend this business to anyone who is looking for work or even anything to do with this business .My brother has worked for this company for two months. Anyways for Easter she asked everyone what they liked my brother specifically told her cars , and she got him Psoriasis shampoo as a GIFT ?????? while others got art set , makeup , etc. told him she got him the shampoo to take off for 2 weeks until he gets his condition under control. Mind you he sees a doctor on his own as he gets treated for this . She claims she got him this because it was a "health hazard" rather than asking him to get a hairnet or at least providing it for them. It wasn't a health hazard when she first hired him so why after 2 months of him working she decides to tell my brother to take off. She also proceeded to tell another employee "it was a health hazard and it could be getting into toppings and drinks so she told him to go home till it gets fixed if she sees improvement he can comeback if not, she have to keep trying???? with him. she said she swept it up and showed my brother, and she called his condition "snowflakes". Psoriasis is not contagious and poses no direct health hazard to coworkers in a workplace. On top of that disgusting idea of a gift she asked another employee in front of my brother if he was slow. Was also told the other employees are allowed to take small breaks when the room is empty meanwhile she always gives my brother more tasks than others. She also sends them home for small stupid reasons one of them being her messing up a drink and blaming it on them and when told to look back at the cameras she throws a tantrum and sends them home mid shift. Arrived in the drive thru line at 5:46pm and didn't leave the drive thru line until 6:22pm. They messed up my order but said that since they called it back to me, there was nothing they could do. I ordered a Thai Milk Tea. They gave me a Thai Green Milk Tea. I swear I don't remember her saying GREEN. This place used to be called ding tea and it was one of my favorite boba tea spots, since they've reopened it's gone extremely down hill....All of the workers seem very on edge and not happy to be there, the prices have gone up for the quality and quantity of what you get, atmosphere of the place is very disappointing vs what it used to be. My new fav spot to get milk tea drinks! My go to drink is the Green thai tea. I would say every time I came here, the drink quality has been consistent. Haven't explored their other drinks yet but their menu has a huge selection. I love that they have a drive thru, so very convenient if you're on the go and don't have time to stop inside. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The inside is modern and not too small. They offer board games and etc to play if you're coming with friends and want a spot to chill at. read more

I frequently come here and usually am quite satisfied but when I went today and asked for an apple green tea (honey apple green tea), the person at the counter said that they didn't have apples and that the drink was seasonal which I turn and saw the same drink being handed to another customer.
