Cannot believe I never reviewed this spot! This was a staple location for us when we lived in the Buffalo area, and we definitely miss being able to hit them up regularly. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. They are family friendly and have a variety of seating options, including bar top and tables. They host a small kitchen that will have the options on the board or via QR and you can easily enter your table number and pay online. The beers are regularly updated, and they always have something fun and new! The wings are a must if you can get them! I recommend the bleusy sauce which is their mix of BBQ and Bleu Cheese. Alright...this place is great! I would give a five star, but sadly (I am assuming because of staffing) the menu was extremely limited when we arrived. It was probably safer that way, otherwise we would probably still be there enjoying their insanely amazing beer. I just said that. I pretty much hate all beer, but this place ... OMG. I tried two sours, sherbet and bomb pop, not only were they sweet flavorful and not hoppy, they were smooth with a very decent abv. (unlike most sours). I legit have already arranged a friend to drive me home some to south Florida. That's how much I loved it. High five guys! We did get their sweet potatoes with a marshmallow dip that were quite tasty also! Would love to try their full menu! Unfortunately we were in need of a full meal so we didn't stay long. So everything we got to try truly rocked. I must add, the gentleman behind the bar/chef was awesome also and the restrooms were very clean! My friends and I have had Froth in the past when it's served at a local restaurant. We decided to take a trip to Buffalo to try their headquarters and we were not disappointed. The selections are amazing and we loved each sampling. We are sour fans and this was a favorite stop of ours. The bartender was super nice. And we were treated to a beer shot. Stopped here after dinner and enjoyed a tiny liquid lollipop- strawberry, blueberry, peanut butter smoothie sour, it was delish and smelled just like a PB&J sandwich! Froth Brewing Co collaborate with Wingnutz, and it turned out to be a great idea. The brewery is spacious and there are plenty of tables to choose from. There's even tables available for you to dine outside. The bar area is huge (2 wide screen tv's mounted), and the bartenders are very professional and friendly. While at the bar you have a plethora of different options to wet your whistle. All in house brewed beers and other alcoholic drinks. My next visit I will try a few of their stouts. Froth Brewery/Wingnutz is well worth the visit. Wingnutz Half & Half- roast beef sandwich and 5 wings, with your choice of sauce on wings. Roast beef was good and came with a really good gravy to dip it in. Wings- all wings come with a very good crunchy crust. I want to say these are country fried style wings. Absolutely amazing taste, while generously drenched in sauce. I feel out of the three sauces I opted for (Wingnutz mild, BBQ honey garlic,Honey sriracha). First time trying for something new ! Lots of sours and fruity beer ! But very tasty what we had we had a liquid lollipop! I also tried a beer that i'm not sure of name but is was pina colada and was light and delicious! We ordered burnt ends and fries ! Yummy ! Do not sleep on the food from this brewery! Being so for real, they have the best chicken fingers I've ever had in my life. I get them with the bbq on the side, so they are nice and crispy. The waffle fries with honey butter and cinnamon whipped marshmallow dip are epic. The regular fries are pretty good too! Not sure if this is an always deal or sometimes deal, but when I was in, they had a dollar beer along with the burger. I had the cookies & C.R.E.A.M. stout, it had a good balance of flavor. Incredible brewery that anyone living here or visiting absolutely must visit. They have so many good beer choices that anyone would enjoy. Every good style they have but they special in dessert beers. So many good flavors that you'll be sure to find one that you like. Some in our group came here for beers and sours, but we came here to sample the Wingnutz wings we'd heard such good things about. We ordered a round of drinks, then placed a phone-based order for their Asian apricot and also medium heat wings. Food items took a while to prepare, but they came out hot and fresh. Both wings styles were large and saucy, and the breaded exterior was very crispy, but the wings may have been overcooked as the meat inside was terribly dry. Neither flavor was outstanding and all four of us were off-put by the dryness of each bite. Unfortunately, this spot did not live up to the hype, so most likely a one and done for us. read more

A sour beer lovers dream! Literally sours for days, even in the winter. I got a flight of four... One I didn't particularly care for, but there were probably at least 10 more sours to try. A lot of them are smoothie-type, which I have not really seen at other breweries. I wish I had more information for you on what exact beers I tried, but I was distracted by enjoying the beers and listening to the musical stylings of Tim Britt on a Wednesday night. When I go back, I'll do better, I promise! They only got 4 stars because of the food situation. They offer a menu from Wingnutz. Wow, if you love sours - this is the place for you!! First of all, the space was gorgeous. Lots of room to spread out with your friends and grab a beer or two or a flight of four. They also have a great outdoor deck with tables. They were gracious in letting us try different beers before committing, and the service was super fast. The beers were all really tasty, and super sour. Some more than others. And each was unique in its flavor profile. I came here to watch a Bills game one Sunday. They only had two tvs, but you could seem them from pretty much any seat. It was also very spacious. We got wings and tacos and they were pretty good. I should mention that the wings are breaded which you don't really see much around here. I have to say though, I love the beers. I tried all the ones with lots of flavors that didn't really taste like beer and they were great! My boyfriend tried a couple of their IPAs and he enjoyed those too! So I came here last night with my dad, my husband, and a friend. We found a place to sit immediately and were able to place our orders on their website. We all ordered wings done by Wingnutz, and yes, everything they promise is true. The sizes were humongous, the sauce was delicious (albeit a little more spicy than I was expecting), and the wings themselves were crunchy. Due to my gluten allergy, I couldn't get my wings dredged, but rather ordered them naked. It. Didn't. Matter. These are the BEST wings in Buffalo and, therefore, the world. The beer is supposedly very good according to my dad and friend. The wait staff was courteous and friendly. The word has gotten out about Froth. It got really busy around 6:30 and it was hard to get up to the bar because there was a crowd. Ah well, it was a Saturday night! I had a ton of fun here and will definitely be back. I absolutely love it here. Froth is one of my favorite breweries in Buffalo. I love their lollipop and liquid lollipop style beers as someone who doesn't love traditional style beers and enjoys sours. I love their space here and they have a good patio, but parking can be annoying when it gets busy! The bartenders and servers are always great and reliable. A MUST for sour lovers. Inside there's a large bar, with indoor and a small section for outdoor seating. Their beer selection is great offering sours, porters, ale etc. I love sours and their variety and flavors are beyond. I usually get a flight because I can't decide between strawberry watermelon, or blueberry lemon etc. They used to have wingnutz inside but now have their own food menu which is typical bar food. I love Froth Brewing sooooo much! Highlight of a recent visit to Buffalo. I'd tried one of their "liquid lollipop" sours (that aren't sour!) at a restaurant in the NYC area and instantly got hooked. I tried a flight of several of the lollipops, and they were all good but I definitely have my favorites, and now I know which to order :) They have an excellent selection of a wide variety of beer styles; there's something for everyone. They've also partnered with an awesome wings place, and my brother and I split 6 each of 4 types; everything was delicious so my advice is to go for it. I'd heard about Froth Brewing Co from a friend, so my boyfriend and I decided to check it out since we are fan of sour beer. Needless to say we were not disappointed. The food, the service, the drinks...amazing. Great place to hang out (and they have a dog-friendly patio so that's a huge bonus for me!!). Definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes fruity and sour beers. The green one BTW is Liquid Lollipop: blue raspberry, pineapple, coconut, and lemon lime. SO. FREAKIN'. GOOD. Great spot in a Kenmore area for a pour. They are doing big things in the fruited sour and stout game. Their IPAs are enjoyable too. Recently started canning which should bring them a bigger following. Some of my favorites are the lollipop series, the mounds series and strawberry danish. Beers are on the higher end of Buffalo and although I never had their food it seems very expensive. 12 dollars for pizza logs! Second, it's important to know they have poured their heart into their work & truly know about the beer they have made, which is important. Thirdly, If you recognize a few faces it's because they are amazing in the beer scene of Buffalo & are the best of the best. Their beers appeal to everyone, from IPA obsessors & those that prefer lighter styles, to that stout that's not too sweet and just powerful enough to satisfy the darkness my soul needs. Pros: Cosy inside with a full view of the brewery, somewhat generous sized Parking lot if people park the right way Cons: The batches of beer that I had were flawed. The Pilsner was funked with diacetyl and after that I couldn't pick a beer out of the 5 that they had that I liked. This place was packed with people and I'm not sure why based on the beer. The bartender couldn't tell me anything about the beer (at least he was honest) I did not order food so I cannot judge anything about the kitchen. We have been coming here for awhile now, and have seen marked improvement in a lot of areas. This was a fairly stark beer only kind of place that offered a limited menu. Now there is a very decent small menu, with a range beers, wines, and recently even a few liquors for mixed drinks. my fiancé is a big fan of their Lollipop fruit style beers but I don't drink beer, so I was always left to drink from their limited wine list. Great fun tonight at the first full day for this new Buffalo brewery. Tried a flight of five beers and really enjoyed both the Pilsner and the DiMaggio NE IIPA. Well crafted! These guys know what they're doing as they venture into the brewery business. A cozy place with great tunes and lots of parking. Can't wait to see how this place takes off!!
