    Frozen Yogurt

I walked to froyo with my sister and sage. It was going so well until i took a bite and there was a legit fingernail clipping in the bite i took. I clearly do not have real nails, i have acrylic nails. I went inside and told a white male working and he quite literally laughed in my face and proceeded to do nothing about it. If i could give a 0 star review i would. Nasty and unsanitary. the last time i eat here.

Great frozen yogurt (I love the birthday cake flavor!) and wonderful toppings. I love the cookie dough and the waffle cone pieces - yummy!

Woah! Price is out of this world....$31 for 4 cups. Then shamelessly asked for tips after self service. Flavors good, but come on. More money than ColdStone. Won't be back.

Had a sweet tooth on a Friday evening. Decided to come here to curb that. The selection of yogurts they had were great, they have the yogurts marked whether they are fat free, gluten free, dairy free etc. We have been cutting back on the sugar intake so we're looking for sugar free or no sugar added. There wasn't a whole selection of these. 2 yogurts fit this category. I ended up getting the cheesecake, and let me tell you, it was SO GOOD! I topped it with the strawberries and almonds, it was such a delight! It was fairly busy this night but luckily we were able to snag an outside chair. Perfect night for sitting outside and enjoying the yogurt. Will definitely be back!

Spokane Valley (especially far eastern Spokane Valley, where I live) is often talked about by our neighbors in the South Hill and North Side with turned up noses. Well, look at us now! We have a Froyo Earth! *sticks out tongue and spits all over screen* Yes, it's true. I will save so much gas money not having to drive downtown every time I get a craving for Cookies-n-Cream mixed with Cable Car Chocolate with Whoppers and Whipped Cream on top! And I can use that saved gas money to support my gym membership, which will be needed after ingesting a Raspberry mixed with Vanilla topped with fruity pebbles and gummy bears. Or I can use the saved moolah to purchase a bike which can be used to ride to the origins of Cake Batter mixed with Cheese Cake with cookie dough bites and M&Ms on top. Life will be good. And mostly fat-free. And served with a smile by the very friendly staff at the newest Froyo installment (the kid behind the counter even knew my shirt was from Threadless and/or shirt.woot!). Welcome to Spokane Valley, Froyo Earth. We are happy you are here!

Great flavors with fantastic customer service! Price is expensive though $27 for 2 large cups that weren't even full.

Feeling was great when I walked in. The frozen yogurt was nice and cold and tasted really good. The worker was really complaint and fast.

One of our favorite places to get a treat has always been Dairy Queen, however this particular one…read moreis consistently and purposely skimping on blizzard ingredients to the point that I've decided to memorialize it in a yelp review. In the past year I've ordered around 6 blizzards, all different flavors. Every single one has about half the mix ins it should have. Half. There's no way this is a coincidence, this is likely an instruction from franchise owners or management to skimp. On my last visit I actually paid for an extra amount of one mix in and they gave a few tiny crumbs of it. It was purchased at closing so I put it in the freezer and brought it back the next day to return it, and told staff they could have it back. When I explained to the shift manager why, and that it was a constantly occurring problem she said "Well one thing you can do is tell them to mix it better." Mixing it doesn't magically add more ingredients to come up to the amounts in the recipes my friend. If you decide to patronize this store avoid the blizzards, because they are quite stubbornly refusing to make them correctly. The other menu items are fine.

This was genuinely the worst experience I've ever had at any fast food establishment…read more I ordered a mini Reese's Blizzard with EXTRA peanut butter sauce and EXTRA chocolate sauce and got handed what looked like a tiny cup of plain vanilla ice cream with maybe one piece of Reese's in the entire thing. There was no chocolate sauce, no peanut butter sauce, and absolutely nothing "extra" about it despite paying extra. What made it even worse was the customer service. The Cashier (Ainslee E.? Shorter brunette highschooler) I tried to politely mentioned that the toppings were missing, and when i asked if there were peanut butter cups in it, she said (you ordered the Reese's peanut butter cup so I would hope so?) the employee was rude instead of trying to fix it. The attitude was completely unnecessary and honestly shocking over a simple issue that could've been corrected in 30 seconds. I understand mistakes happen, but this was beyond bad. Terrible quality, terrible service, and a complete waste of money. I left more frustrated than I've ever been after a fast food order.

It looks like this place was very nice looking when it first opened, but holy smokes is it cluttered now. Did they forget to design storage for cups and plates and stuff? Very strange, especially considering how cool the decor behind all the boxes looked. I didn't know what poke (pronounced poh kay) is, but sounded good so I gave it a whirl. Basically this is deconstructed sushi in a bowl, although you can get it as a salad instead of with rice. I guess this is what Elvis was talking about when he sang about Poke Salad? Anyway, there are lots of fresh options for protein. Really love the spicy ahi! Brown rice is my preferred way to go. Then you get a whole mess of veggie options as well as stuff like hard boiled eggs or grated cheese to add on. Then you get your choice of a bunch of cool sauces, Spicy Hawaiian being my fave. Great flavor and the heat sneaks up on you! All in all really solid, and a nice break from the same boring Americana spread all over the Spokane Area.
