I love that they state that certain flavors are gluten free, low fat, dairy free, etc. They have a wide selection of toppings from fresh fruits (kiwi, strawberries, etc), cosmic brownies, cookie dough, popping boba, chocolate chips, chocolate syrup, etc. Ambiance: It's bright and colorful in the shop. They have comfy couches and fun chairs. They also have outdoor chairs as well. Service: The staff puts the toppings for you. I like that knowing that not everyone is touching all the toppings. A friend and I visited 4 seasons on a Monday night for a sweet treat! The staff was very friendly and offered us little sample cups to try a few of the different flavors. Although we were the only ones when we arrived around 8:15, by 9PM... a lot more people had come in (groups of young kids, families, couples, etc). The inside was clean and the place had an overall fun (bright colors and funky chairs) but relaxing feel (pretty quite and comfy seating) to it. There are a lot of different topping options, but the staff have to add those to your bowl and that portion isn't self serve. One thing to note is that the weight gets to an expensive point pretty quickly. It's not hard to have a $10+ bowl for one person which is pretty expensive for frozen yogurt. Every single time you're in there, the staff is friendly & energetic. Not only that, recently one of our friends had some car trouble outside the shop on a hot day and the employees came out with cold waters for us unprompted. How incredibly thoughtful! As with other froyo places, the price is based on the weight. To get your froyo: Grab your cup and fill it as little or as much as you want with the flavor of your choice. It's been years since I've had frozen yogurt and I had a sudden craving. I love supporting small businesses and found this little gem on here and my first visit was great. The staff were friendly and the aesthetics are pretty cute- they have sofas and loveseats to sit on and plenty for chairs and tables. This place SUPER clean and while I was eating here the staff were constantly and thoroughly sanitizing all the furniture and tables (Great job guys!) Overall recommend. The flavors are delicious (I particularly appreciate the allergy markings since I have to be GF), and there are a ton of great toppings to choose from. BUT my favorite thing is the sweet service that eliminates wondering who sneezed in the M&Ms before you scoop them on your birthday cake yogurt. The very nice and helpful cashier handles all toppings on the opposite side of double sneeze-guards, so you don't have to worry about contamination. The staff here are super polite and friendly. Embarrassing as it is to admit, my husband brought the wrong wallet- the one WITHOUT his debit card or cash. The cashier, Christina, didn't make us feel any worse than we already did and was gracious while we hung back so my husband could run back home to get the other wallet. She even covered his cup of frozen yogurt to put into the freezer so it wouldn't melt while he was gone. That earned them three stars. The shop is clean (and smells clean), flavors are abundant, as are the toppings. The flavors themselves taste great. As we walked in we were offered sample cups. Place was clean. The thing I didn't like is that they must've been cleaning (maybe it got busy) and left the rag and chemicals out on the table where people sit to enjoy their yogurt. The toppings bar is set far back with the glass which made it hard to get toppings toward the back. Bowls are just set next to the machines without much supervision. People can literally just touch them all which is what a kid was doing (not 4 seasons fault). The worker should have asked the child politely to only touch what he was going to be using. read more

This place was great! So I originally drove over here to get some orange leaf but was pleasantly surprised to find a new yogurt store. Walking in I immediately thought I was in orange leaf, as it looks like the new owners just bought all the old equipment from the previous store but they've definitely maintained it because it still looks nice. The customer service was top notch and very friendly. I was greeted with a warm smile by each employee and given 3 sample cups to try the yogurt. Now my boyfriend isn't even a yogurt fan but after reading some of the nutritional info they had posted, he decided to give it a try and loved the Reese's yogurt. Their toppings bar had the usual deliciousness that I expect at yogurt stores with plenty of variety. The store was very clean and I even saw the manager cleaning himself, not only inside but sweeping the sidewalk outside in front of the store.
