I just discovered this gem while delivering a DoorDash order. Yessss!!!! I instantly saw the "no fast-food" slogan on the door. Walked in and the atmosphere had organically -sourced items and good smelling cuisine. The Fruitsplash Factory sells some amazing Jamaican-inspired food such stuffed sweet potatoes! The ladies who waited on me were super nice! If you look around the restaurant, it's all types of healthy options including sea moss. Speaking of healthy, I only got a dragon fruit, strawberry, and banana smoothie. Geeezzzz! It was huge and was sooooo delicious from the beginning to the end! I am looking forward to coming back for some food and another smoothie. Please show this black-owned business some love because their food and customer service is everything!

Fruit Splash Factory is AMAZING! The employees worked with so much unity, and you could feel their joy as you walked in! I had the Serendipity smoothie and the steak, mushroom, and cheese baked potato! It was AMAZING! I wanted to go back again for dinner! lol

Their regular pour coffee is also good. They are very friendly, but as it is very popular, it normally takes a while to receive your food/drinks. As for food, they have a lot of great options. My son loves their scones. I wouldn't recommend their avocado toast, as the avocado is packaged and not fresh. It doesn't have a nice flavor.

It has a very clean minimal decor vibe but is still very welcoming and comfortable. There are large tables, sofas, a nice bar and arm chairs to gather in and the music is loud enough to mute conversations but not so loud as to disturb the vibe. The menu is simple. Coffees, teas seasonal drinks, sandwiches and pastries. My husband and I were taking a quick break from. Hopping and decided on drinks and a pastry. We ordered the grinch matcha latte, a gingerbread latte and a spinach feta pastry. Omg both of us loved the grinch. I've been searching for a matcha I could enjoy and this is it! All the right notes: not too sweet, creamy and the matcha well blended in the milk-think no grainy residue at the end. If I'm in the matcha mood I'm coming to get this. The grinch was so good I think it made the gingerbread latte less exciting but it was still delicious! The expresso was strong so for a non Coffee drinker like me it wasn't my favorite but my husband thought it was great. The pastry came out hot and was delicious. Everything came out fairly fast so even with the crowd we were there less than 30 minutes. I want to come back and try more drinks and a salad that seems up my alley. Please check out this locals establishment. You won't be disappointed!!

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon after church and ordered the chicken salad sandwich (Freemason). Fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. When the weather's nice, I always try to grab a seat on the patio. It's such a relaxing spot to enjoy a good meal and soak up a little sunshine. Also, I have to shout out their potato salad is one of the best around. Creamy, just the right amount of seasoning, and always hits the spot. TASTE is the kind of place that makes you proud to support a growing local chain. Great food, great atmosphere, and always a solid experience.

Based on visits over the past 5 years, which have been spaced further and further apart, I was hesitant. And my hesitancy proved to have been warranted. Husband's Northender on Multi grain My Princess Anne also on multi grain. Bread was so dry and stale that I simply struggled to eat the filling. The tomatoes were that hard, white inner core that most people would not feature on a sandwich. Finally in frustration I walked up and asked for a slice of baguette, which was the main meal's only redemption. Let's not even talk about what has become barely a step up from snack pack desserts. Both my (Bakehouse--oh my gosh, are they kidding?) gold brownie and my husband's blueberry mishmash had one bite from them before they too went straight into the trash. (Both tasted more of chemical, than of food) Sadly, what used to be one of our favorite weekly visits pre-Covid, has become less than lackluster, and far from its name. Rather it should be renamed yet again, from the original, Taste Unlimited, to Taste and now should be called, Tasteless. For the price of $50, one would think the meal would at least be edible. Hopefully this review will help me remember why we stopped going. Definitely do not recommend.

The guy (pretty sure he is the owner) acted like I was trying to rob him when I asked if he would accept the $3.99 coupon for a 6 inch sub. This same deal can be gotten easily online with the right coupon code but I had the paper coupon from Subway corporate that came in the mail. From his rude broken English that was impossible to fully understand, I sounded that he was actually interrogating me about when I received the coupon. His sentences were not making any sense so I can't be completely sure why he chose to provide such poor treatment of a customer. I showed him where the expiration date was May 31. It was May 7 so I didn't see the problem. He babbled on and there could not have been more than 3 clear English words so I finally said I was not going to argue with him and told him to tell me if he was going to accept the coupon or not. He disrespectfully and begrudgingly asked me what I wanted. I was insulted to the point that I chose to boycott this Subway. I noticed that only the part of the prep line with the meats was covered so customers can not see it. This is the second Subway that I have seen doing this. It didn't used to be like this at Subway stores. I don't know if this is a corporate thing or just something that certain owners choose to do. It looks suspicious. My experience has been that Subway locations run by immigrants from this guy's part of the world have an aversion to accepting legitimate coupons and providing polite customer service (especially to African Americans). There is a complete dismissal of American culture and the expectations of the customer that comes with it. Unfortunately, that is a fact and I am not afraid to say it out loud (unlike most people). I have nothing against immigrants coming here to start businesses. I do believe that English and respect for customers is essential - refusing this is dehumanizing, unprofessional, and un-American.

My wife and I agree that the supremely terrible customer service we experienced at this subway was…read moremind boggling... I mean shockingly incomprehensible. Truly a distinct rudeness we had never ever encountered in our lives. And yet, this whole story is completely true. Upon getting a subway coupon in the mail, we decided to get subs for dinner. Unbeknownst to us, the subway nearest our house must've closed recently so we ended up going across town to a subway we have never been to before. And after hearing this story you will discover why we will never go back to this location. We walk into the subway (on a Sunday night) and it's empty, like completely dead. The only sign of life is a young lady sitting at one of the tables with her eyes absolutely GLUED to her cell phone. She didn't even bother to lift her head once to look our direction. She wasn't wearing a uniform, she was 1000% engrossed in her phone so we never said a word to her. So after standing at the counter for a moment... a few more moments.... A few more moments we are greeted or acknowledged or waited on by no one. My wife is naturally getting perturbed... ummm, where are the employees??? Is this the twilight zone??? In an effort to not give up, I decide to CALL the number for the subway we are CURRENTLY standing in-- perhaps the employee(s) are in the back prepping food and just need a nudge to know we're there... The phone rings... and rings.... and rings and rings... nobody ever picks up HOWEVER it does do the trick because a gentleman FINALLY EMERGES from the back room--I'm guessing the 15 rings on the phone caused him to finally check the front of the house?!?? In hindsight, I actually wish he had stayed seated... Soooo, naturally my wife and I are annoyed when we finally see the gentlemen because of all the hoops we had to jump through in order to be SEEN. But at this point, I must say, we are still politely giving him the benefit of doubt that he actually did not do any of this poor service on purpose...until, that is, he decided to speak.... The man looks at us, and without so much as a "how do you do?" "Nice weather we're having..." he simply and matter of factly points to his half eaten sandwich in his hand and murmurs, "I'm eating..." (with no exaggeration or hyperbole this is all he murmurs. As if to say, uhhhh, how dare you disturb me? Can't you see I'm eating?!? Duh! I swear I remember that he even had a glob of Mayo on the side of his mouth (my wife cannot corroborate this!) but maybe because of the shock of his insane rudeness and complete apathy I am just imagining I saw that??? Have mercy... was this a prank tv show? So my wife and I are speechless at his tremendously bad, absolutely unforgettable, blatant disrespect and disregard that I immediately said, "okaaaayy, we're leaving now" and we did. To which he shrugged his shoulders as if to say, "Peace out, the door is right there, I wasn't going to help you anyway, I already been done told ya' I'm eating my sammich right now!" He never once apologized or offered a more logical explanation, or simply said I'll be with you in a moment. My wife reiterated to me that the place was DEAD so he could've made our orders and then more than likely had 30 mins to finish his sloppy sammich. This truly disappointing story is all true and what saddens me the most is not that the gentlemen eating (he's human and we all need to eat; that's exactly what I was trying to do after all.) but rather his decision to be disrespectful to us, a couple he has never met seemed to be easy as pie for him. His effortless lack of regard for us is scary. He didn't think twice about his behavior. So this will not surprise anyone but I shall never go back to this subway. But something tells me they'll never miss me anyway.

I been here to this location last week but unfortunately I forgot to check in, but I made sure that was the first thing I did this time. As soon I walked in I was greeted immediately by the staff on duty, meanwhile I was checking in so I didn't forget on this trip!. This was the first time I walked in any type of business and I was the only customer in there, my last visit was kind of chaotic because the store was jam packed with customers. Lucky I knew exactly what I wanted so I was quick on the draw when they asked what they could get started for me. It felt like I was the very first customer when they first opened up for the day because all the customer service was given to me, probably because I was the only one in there at the time, but nevertheless I enjoyed the brief moment of customer care!. I ordered a giant # 16 which consists of grilled onions and peppers and white american cheese!. I asked if they could put extra onions on my #16 giant sub. No grilled peppers on my sub but I would like to have them on the side. They obliged me and started to make my sub. As soon as the sub making began I was given a slip yo take to the register so the cashier could ring up my order correctly. After a short while they said could they make another sub because one of the employees made a mistake and put grilled peppers on my sub. I said no big deal we all make mistakes from time to time but all you have to do is make it right with the customer and they made it right. I started to leave off a star because of it but I said to myself. " why would I do that because they made a slight error between them when preparing my sub "?... so five stars the the employees at Jersey Mike's subs!!!.. they also was kind enough to give me two tickets for a free chips and drink when ordering a sub, so again kudos to them for making the right sub wrong but in the same breath they made it right times 2!!!.. I will also add the fact that I was the only customer in the store gave off a very relaxed vibe which you hardly ever experience when there are other customers in the store! I will definitely be back here again because I really enjoyed the experience they gave me. Outstanding customer service, hands down!!!.. You know since leaving Brooklyn NY it has been hard to find a good sandwich and I will say this place has the next best thing! Here in the south they call them subs, when I first moved down here I was like 'what is a sub'? Because in Brooklyn it was called a "Hero"!!!.. so let's say Jersey Mike's has the best hero in the south!!!..

I love the #9 my favorite sandwich soooooo GOOOOD next time I might get extra cheese next timeread more
