I have no problem following the rules, but it's hard to follow when they don't make them clear. I ended up buying a drink, and the two employees never smiled once. I didn't catch their names, but one had short, curly orange hair. She was incredibly put out and annoyed by other customers and me ordering. I will not be returning, nor will I be recommending this restaurant to anyone. Also, since they said they needed to clean, maybe they should. The restaurant looked dirty, with dusty business cards thrown all over the back table. This place needs an update, which is fine, but it certainly could use a deep clean. Several other Boba places in Fayetteville will serve you according to their stated hours, with great service and a CLEAN environment. I'm also curious why the employees who prepare food are not required to wear hair nets.

I paid $20, which is around the retail price of an authentic Pop Mart Labubu, and it was sold as if it were genuine. Since the store has an "all sales are final" policy sign, I think it's important to be transparent about that. It doesn't bother me enough to make a huge fuss with the owner and I'll still keep it because it's just a plush, but it's the principle of selling a fake item as authentic. Overall, I still recommend Queen Bee Boba for the drinks and service. Just be cautious if you're buying merchandise.
