We were craving boba in the mall and stopped by this shop. The gal working was friendly and we got a few drinks. I got the mocha milk tea with boba and it hit the spot. On the sweet side, which I usually adjust, but I needed the sugar that day. The only issue was one or two of our drinks weren't sealed properly, so they leaked as I walked in a store with them. Love their custom drink orders. Flavors are great. Adequate amount of bobas to accommodate with the size of my cup.

Caramel machiatto was made with real milk, ice cream, and coffee and was quite thick and sweet, tasted more like a dessert shake than a coffee drink. Passion fruit slush good, got added bubbles Passion fruit tea quite weak, my husband ended up throwing it out because he didn't like it. read more

And so.. the search for good boba in Springfield continues... I was pretty excited to see that the newer reviews were very positive about this place, despite the overall star rating, but... it was just not up to par. The service was very good as the lady behind the counter was super nice and quick with taking our orders. I got the pineapple green tea with bubbles and I was left disappointed. The tea itself was not half bad at all. Tasted like the lesser version of Kung Fu Teahouse's sunshine pineapple tea (which is my dead on favorite). The bubbles were the issue..... it was tasteless and super small. There are regular bubbles and tiny bubbles, but these were somewhere in the weird middle. They were a bit hard in the center so I'm guessing they were under cooked. Also, a bit expensive.. Overall not the worst I've had, but won't be going out our way to get some. Maybe next time I'll try their milk teas and hope the boba is sweeter and squishy! read more

While shopping at Holyoke Mall, I stopped for a break at the Fruity Bubble Bubble Tea House counter on the upper level of the mall. The offerings here include a good variety of bubble teas/bubble teas with milk ($3.45-$4.75), smoothies/slushes ($4.70-$5.95), and snow crushes ($3.69-$6.95). The drinks are made to order here. I ordered a Large Coconut Milk Tea ($4.75 plus tax) with tapiocas, which was mixed together and top of the cup was sealed with plastic film. It took some effort to poke the fat straw into the plastic on top of the cup, The coconut milk tea drink with ice and tapiocas was not too sweet and decently refreshing to drink. There were ample chewy tapioca pearls at the bottom of the cup. There are a few small tables with seats across from the Fruity Bubble counter. read more

So bubble tea is really for those who love it. You either love it or hate it. I happen to enjoy it quite a bit. I'm reviewing the restaurant itself though. I went there with my fiancé and she was a boba tea virgin. They were very understanding and accommodating to her demands, which pretty much was only "unsweet tea please" but still. They have a plethora of different bubble flavors which was pretty amazing, although not all of them were a bubble shape which is slightly disappointing. Overall not bad. read more

I crave milk tea at least once a week and there's always plenty of milk tea places around the Boston area, but since my boyfriend lives in the middle of nowhere..I was excited to finally find a milk tea place somewhat close to him. I didn't have a high expectation for the milk tea in this area considering there isn't a high demand for it, but was surprised to find out that the milk tea was decent. I was very unimpressed with the bubble tea here. The tea was okay and the drink was fairly cheap, but the boba was just awful. Even though it was cooked decently, their boba was tiny and had little to no taste. They still use the regular boba straws, so the boba was too small to get up the straw. This caused me to end up having most of my boba at the bottom of the cup after I finished the drink. You're better off going to Northampton of Amherst and hitting up LimeRed. read more

Quick and easy way to get your boba fix, Fruitybubbleholyoke is located inside the Holyoke Mall, just off the 91. Honestly, it's about 10x easier to get to than LimeRed in Northampton (imagine trying to park!). There's very rarely ever a wait for my standard: original milk tea (black) with boba. It is powdered, which some people complain about, but I don't really care. The only compliant I have about the taste is that it is VERY sweet (sweeter than usual). I love that they put a ton of boba in your drink, but wish that the ice lasted a little bit longer. It seems like every time, my drink ends up a watery mess-- barely cold-- with zero ice remaining. It's terrific that you can get a large bubble tea for under $5. No fuss, no frills. Easy parking, easy to find, no wait, A-OK bubble tea for a great price. YES! read more

Fruity Bubble is one of my favorite spots in the mall! As a mall employee, finding food and drink in the mall is annoying because it's always the same old. Fruity Bubble is great because there is such a nice variety. I am a very picky bubble tea consumer, and I am pretty happy with the tea here. I got the green tea milk tea without added sugar and bubbles. The bubbles are on the small side, but are fresh and chewy. They are doused in syrup so they are sweet. The tea itself was delicious and not sweetened, which I appreciated. Best bubble tea I have had in a while. The Taro, coconut, and papaya milk tea flavors are very good. We tried the avocado and peach milk tea as well but those were kinda bland. But the boba has a great flavor and consistancy. I have greatly been enjoying their bubble tea. read more
