10/10 double fried tenders with the sides are a must. The snow cheese was sweet and full of flavors i loved it.

Picked up some giant naked drummies togo that air fried to perfection back home. It was a great way to keep crisp skin intact til ya can get to it. You can then dip or toss in sauce to your hearts desire. Can we take a moment for that curry mash tho...didn't know I was missing this in mah liiiife till now. Kudos on a classic w a twist. Will have to come back and try diff chick flavs and sides. Pick up was easy. Staff good vibes...check :) There was a few covered picnic tables to sit and grub as well.

Overall this is a solid food cart, I actually think my favorite thing I tried was their Kimchi Mac and Cheese. The kimchi and cheese flavors were very strong, and the mac and cheese was very creamy. We tried two chicken flavors, the snow cheese wings and Gochujang tenders. The snow cheese flavor was my favorite (the outside texture has good flavor but the chicken inside isn't seasoned super well) The gochujang sauce was a bit too sweet for me and lacked much spice Service is fast, and there's good seating in the food cart park

Very crispy and flavorful wings. I enjoyed the gochujang chicken wings and the kimchi Mac and cheese. I didn't enjoy the noodles but the wings were top notch. Big and juicy. Not very spicy

This is one of my favorite places to get Korean fried chicken in the Portland area! The chicken is always large, super crispy and full of flavor. I especially like the soy garlic flavor. The kimchi mac n cheese is also great! It is cheesy and has just the right amount of kimchi and spice. The food all came out very quickly despite there being a line.

Frybaby has been on my list to try for a long time. This week also happened to be wing week as well. We got to try their Korean Honey Butter wing special and their wings with Snow Cheese. Also got their plum soda drink and a side of fries. The wings come with the drumette, wingette and tip which I loved. Nice big piece of fried chicken. The skin was super crispy, but the meat was juicy, tender and fall of the bone. The honey butter wing was good with some sweet and savory flavor, however, the snow cheese was amazing. My first bite I was in awe, so delicious. It went nicely with the scallion greens and the pickled radish. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The plum soda was refreshing and went nicely with the fried chicken. There's no on site parking, but there's street parking available which isn't too hard to find. Food came out quickly and there's outdoor seating but it's covered which is nice. You bus your own table if you are dining in but otherwise can do take out too. Overall, will definitely be coming back especially for the snow cheese wings. I think this is definitely my favorite spot for Korean Fried Chicken in Portland now.

I tried three drumsticks with gochujang sauce, similar to Korean yangnyeom chicken, and wings with soy garlic sauce, like Padak with scallion salad. The drumsticks were quite large, and I was full after just two. The batter on the chicken was really crispy and tasty. The kimchi mac and cheese had a great after kick. Great fusion + chimaek place! The food came out pretty fast and the owner was so nice :) This place is located in the Lil' America food cart pod next to Fracture Brewing. The whole food pod area is festive fun vibe and kid-friendly. It was great to enjoy beer from Fracture Brewing with this fried chicken. The best!

The customer service was good, except I ordered tenders and got drum sticks but it might have been a misunderstanding. The chicken was extra crunchy and the snow cheese is tasty 8.5 out of 10. The kimchi macaroni was absolutely delicious I'm giving it an 8 because the noodles were al dente, if they were soft it would be higher. Give this truck a try!

Stopped for a quick bite Heard this spot was voted the number 1 food truck for 2023 Ordered the snow cheese drumsticks and Mac and cheese and the no spicy wings with rice. Both were delicious The server was super cool and explained the menu to us and we appreciated that It's a food truck park, I would say they should have someone clean the tables more consistently though but it was cool We ended up taking it to go, it was chilly Looking forward to going back next time I'm in Portland

I'm writing this review while the chicken is still in ma belly, it was soooo good! While I was debating between getting wings or drumsticks, they put tape over the wings on the menu, so that made the decision easy. I got the snow cheese and my dining companion got the gochujang. We also got sides--they ran out of the mashed potatoes, which we were planning to get, but I'm glad they did, cuz the drumsticks are GIGANTIC! They're more like small turkey legs, I've never seen such big drumsticks before. The chicken was fantastic--this was better than any KFC I had in Korea. Granted, I only had KFC once while I wax there, but still, it was amazingly crispy. I don't know how they achieve such crispness, it was like a thin chicharron, it just shattered so delicately in a satisfying way. The snow cheese was so tasty --it was a little savory, a little sweet. It would make a great popcorn seasoning. The gochujang was also delicious. It was not very spicy (which I appreciated), and also a little sweet. All this, plus they were HUGE! The smashed cucumbers were a perfect salty-tangy-spicy accompaniment to the chicken. We also dig the kimchi Mac & cheese, which was also good. I don't like Mac & cheese to be too creamy, and this was not. It also has more of a touch of kimchi rather than a lot of kimchi--flavors were well balanced. Chicken also comes with a small lightly dressed green salad that is green onion heavy, as well as pickled daikon. It was missing from my basket, unfortunately. I was going to go ask for it when there wasn't a line, but there was always a line! That was my only beef. Otherwise, this was a very filling and tasty meal. Make sure you go when you're hungry!

Went on a bike ride in downtown Portland with the specific intent of visiting this food cart. As an avid Portland food scene follower, this a was a bucket list destination. It did not disappoint. I had their snow cheese chicken sandwich and it was all that I wanted it to be, and more. The space is awesome with the brewery and the bakery, so do not miss this place. There is literally something for everyone

If you want mouth watering Korean fried chicken check out FRYBABY! This food cart is located in a great food cart pod called Lil America. The kimchi Mac is delicious too. There is tons of space to sit and a brewery next door to get a drink too.

    Insane flavors on this one.

Best chicken I have ever had in my life. Insane flavors. I ended up using the gloves they give you and made tacos with the thicker crust around the drumstick chicken. Very juicy but crispy outside. I use the dipping sauce and the Korean sparkle to enhance the flavors. Must try if your in the state. Worth the trip if you love chicken or a foodie.

Tender, juicy fish with crispy breading. Good seasoning. Fries were thicker so not as crispy but still hearty. 3 medium sized pieces of fish. They included ketchup for the fries as well as malt vinegar and tartar sauce for authentic fish dip. Wedge of lemon, too! All in a earth-friendly cardboard box. They take credit just fine. Very convenient location at Carts on Foster just down the street from where I was staying. So I walked back and enjoyed there. If you're staying you could probably cruise over to any local breweries or the bar cart for a beer to complement the fried food. Good time!!!

Teen wanted boba, and we decided to order Mediterranean from this place which also strangely sells boba. Yes, I rewarded the chore avoidance. Sue me. I worked four tens, all week my mental health clients were stressed and distressed, and I was honestly a lump. We both ordered a Moroccan stewed chicken that comes with saffron rice, salad, and three spicy sauces - one yogurt and maybe sumac? , one sriracha, and one yogurt mixed with sriracha maybe? We liked the rice, chicken, salad, and the yogurt sauce. Just ok though. Not omg good. I wish the two other sauces had been in separate containers and not on the rice. My mint and honey tea was fine. Kid's boba was not full. Not because it spilled either, because it was sealed with the boba seal lid thingy. For $6 that was disappointing. The hummus and dolmades plate came with one sad not good pita, ONE, and I think our Uber eats driver flung it out the window like kids used to deliver newspapers from their bikes because yogurt sauce was freaking everywhere. The hummus was not great. Teen ( the dolmades fan) said the grape leaves were good. Probably not a repeat in store. One and done.
