After arguing with them they paid me for the part only I had to fix it myself. My oil change was due and come to find out they also cross threaded the drain plug. More repairs that I had to take care of. I went to the parts house to get a new drain plug and they told me "you must have been at Walmart and got an oil change, we see it all the time" Walmart refused to pay for the repairs.

When in fact it's not it came from the factory as a 5 speed manual. He also told me I had no more bushings left, well which bushing? Motor mount? CV Axel?. He also damaged my steering wheel he gripped it hard has hell and left a dent on my steering wheel. They tried to charge me almost $900 just for a rotor replacement. I went and got the whole front brake system re done for about $500 with a master mechanic. And what made it worse the Hawaiian punch guy behind the counter still tried to get a sale after I told them no, just give me my truck I'll be on my way.

Got a message that it was ready for pickup and the price was $294 because he "got the parts for cheaper" I thought this was great because I had a $25 coupon for brake work. Turns out on the invoice he just applied the $25 discount. I saw no proof he actually got the parts for cheaper even though he claims they were $10 less for each set of brakes. Did the math with invoice's cost of parts, labor and tax with no coupon ended up being the original price I was quoted. Be wary of what they tell you.

During the weekend I noticed my vehicle was still not driving right. On Monday, 1/15/18, I took the vehicle back and had a different mechanic look at the vehicle. He found that the spark plugs had not been changed! I would think changing the spark plugs would be part of a $180 tune up! The mechanic changed the spark plugs. However, I am still hearing the noise, and wondering what else they missed! I feel that this business took advantage of me, because I am a woman and do not know much about vehicles.

My friend and I were traveling back to Atlanta from the beach, when my car started running hot. We…read moregot off the highway, and decided to drive locally until we found a mechanic. We happened upon A-Tech Automotive a few minutes later, which we learned is run by Pastor Jim Butler. The guys were super helpful right away. Found out it was my head gasket and a few other parts that were causing the issues, and it was going to take over a day to complete. They fully explained all of my options (as a female, I'm not very knowledgeable about cars). Being 89 miles from home, it was easier to just stay in LaGrange for the night. Once we found a hotel, Jim had his son Dakota take my friend, me, 2 coolers, 6 bags, and 4 pool noodles to our hotel-which was extremely kind of them. We spent the night at the hotel. The next morning we were told the car would hopefully be done by 3pm. Once it was ready (about 2pm), Dakota called and offered to come pick us up from our hotel-I was so surprised by their generosity, as it seems to be a rare thing these days. He came to pick us up, and brought us (and all of our belongings) back to the shop. They explained how and why they fixed what they did. They went above and beyond for us, and I'll be forever grateful. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone in LaGrange and even in surrounding areas-it's worth the drive to deal with such good, salt of the earth people!!

They also seemed to have a lot of trouble changing my cars oil for some reason. They did change it for free because they messed up somehow, but messing up 2x was enough for me, I get my oil changed else where now. So good for buying a car, bad for any maintenance needed.

A Lagrange Tow impounded my car and when they attempted to contact me, they didn't leave a message to let me know my car had been impounded. I had driven out to Lagrange to pick up the car because I assumed it was where I left it when it had broke down (off the side of the road).I didn't find my car, but I had found a piece of the front bumper. I then had to make a few calls to figure out where my car was. When I found out where it was, I was going to be charged $700+. I went with my mom a few days later. The impound/exhaust shop/detail center/collision repair lot looked sketchy immediately, with no place to park. My car was nowhere to be found and they would not let me see it/send pictures/let insurance see it. When I got in to a verbal altercation with an employee, he began charging at my mother and I. The entire company came out to back him up and the owner claimed he would press charges against ME for assault when I never touched anyone(neither did the employee because he was held back). The owner then blocked my number and told me to not contact him. Thankfully, we did not go back. Avoid this organization at all costs. They are 78 Youngs Mill Rd and 66 Youngs Mill Rd. They operate as an impound lot and much more. Also note that every review is 1 or 5 stars. Update : A month later I finally got my car back with some front bumper damage
