Most of the locations are more "neighborhood" stores vs the Megastores. Stores are intuitively organized, nice bakery, Deli, Butcher and produce. This location has a Starbucks adjacent to lunch counter and frequently enjoy a donut and Joe before my shopping begins. The Deli carries Boars-head brand meats which I prefer. I also enjoy how quickly I can get in and out of the store vs being lit most in the Megastore and their long lines. My criteria: Parking is easy! Shopping is easy! Check out is easy!

Every other store including Walmart, there is at least 1 machine that takes cash. This is extremely inconvenient for some of us. There is also always an issue with the Bashas' shopper account. Back when you first got a Bashas' account and card, there was no app. Now that there's digital coupons like every other store, you have to use the app, which somehow created a second account when you downloaded the app. So now upon entering your phone number, you have to have an employee select the correct account on the screen. I've heard employees of this store complain and make jokes about California, but this store is turning into the neighboring state they love to hate. Service is getting poor, self checkouts are card only, and problems with the customer account......all you need now is no bags and you're there......trust me, a California resident.

You know how sometimes you ask an employee for help, and you just KNOW they don't really want to help you?! Yeah, that's never the case here (or any other TJ's that I've been to, for that matter). The seasonal items are always a hit, and they usually bring in new items every few weeks or so. The store is always clean and well organized. I also like the frozen aisle, as it's nice and wide and easy to navigate when the store is crowded. Overall, this is a great location to do your Trader Joe's shopping. There is thankfully not as much confusion where things are placed as they're all overall organized in categories. Thanks to that it's much easier to find what you're looking for and makes it so you might end up buying more than you anticipated. As for ambiance, like every Trader Joe's it has beautiful painted murals to represent the area it inhabits and has the other nice decorations to prove it's a good TJ.

Being the first time in a WinCo store, I was impressed by the size of the place and the name-brand selections they carry for some items. The aisles were wide and easy to navigate. What was supposed to be a quick grab and go of beverages turned into 45 minutes of shopping for many items. They have fresh-cut meats and fresh-caught seafood in the back of the store. Their frozen food section was also quite large compared to standard grocery stores. They carry fresh produce as well! On the way out, there was a large sign saying this is an employee-owned company. That's pretty neat I'm not handing my money to a large faceless corporation, but to a consortium of employees. WinCo may become a once a month or once a quarter stop to restock some of our family favorites!

This store is huge and always very organized and clean. They really are the supermarket low price leader as their prices are so much lower than their competitors. They post price comparisons all over the store so you can see how much you're saving which is cool and very helpful. You have to bag your own groceries but it's not a big deal to me. My favorite thing about this store is their huge bulk section. They have everything you can imagine. I especially like buying spices here as there's a huge variety and I can buy exactly the amount I need and reduce waste. This store has excellent prices on vegetables and fruits too. She was being impatient with me and I couldn't understand way. I mentioned to her that I felt she was being impatient and I wasn't understanding way. She starts in with "why are you being so mean, it sure doesn't help me have a good day (it's night)". I also needed an item replaced, because I didn't notice a break in the packaging. She showed it to the manager. He told her to just throw it away and then he just walked off. No offer to go get another one for me. I asked her if he was going to go get another one. That was where her attitude started. After I got into my car at the parking lot I tried to call the manager and let him know of feelings about that whole customer service deal with Pat. I drove for 2 1/2 miles to get home and never had my phone call answered.

I told her they need to hire more people then. She said 8 people were hired and quit. I wonder why, I am not there to do your Job. My pet peeve is "Do we get paid to do their Job?", No. "Do we get a discount to do their work?", No This store is more expensive then Winco. They need to bring back more registers.
