I asked the woman/owner if I could get this and she rung me up only to tell me the price is $19.99. I told her I had just called and asked the price as well as seeing the price tag on the shelf and she said, "I know the wrong price is marked". So they appear to just be scamming people by telling them items are "marked wrong" and then adding $6 dollars to the item. Never going back. I like to support local business but not at the expense of getting conned.

There seemed to be two employees working and doing a tasting in the back. I was greeted and then given a couple of moments to come in and have a look, before I was approached and offered assistance. I like that. Let me come in and check it out before you jump on me. I was also quickly offered a sample. They had a few options to choose from and I was given a tasting in an actual wine glass, offered any assistance, and then allowed to wander. There were three of us who would be enjoying it, I was looking for a red, not too dry, and with a screw top. Because again, we are at the hotel. It is a small shop, but it had a lovely selection. Not just from the usual suspects either, I don't know much about Chilean wines, but they were well represented. And what I ended up picking out. I do come to Tucson from time to time, I have a niece who goes to school out here (Go Wildcats!), and also for work. I will be coming back to find another gem, at George.
