I was so impressed that Ann jumped right in to opine what it was because I don't know much about cars. She directed me to the auto parts store to get a particular hose, I returned and she and Octavio went to town immediately! Tools, attachments, funnel and Ann even gave some of her specialized antifreeze that she said would really do the job. They burped the engine of air, put cap on and I was good to go! I can't complain about the price either, way less than I expected. Ann is very personable knowledgeable and said she teaches the public in classes how to fix their cars. What a generous person and establishment! Go there if you have any little issue not just transmission!!

I had to go there and hand them the phone multiple times. I would show up during business hours to the gate locked. Ultimately I sat there one day and waited for them to open the gate and got it towed to the dealership and it was fixed within weeks. I do not recommend them at all. Poor communication and total lack of respect. When my vehicle was towed away they called the tow company stating they owed them fees for vehicle storage after they explicitly told me I didn't owe them a dime. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

It turned out to be a sensor issue but we were told it was one of the more challenging cases they have encountered. We know this to be true from since it was new, there was a subtle grumbling sound the car makes it was so subtle my normal mechanic would dismiss it. One day, it finally erupt into my car just shutting down when I was at an intersection with no warning. It was difficult to diagnose since the problem would not normally come up on their diagnostic machine but they kept troubleshooting and the problem was buried deep and they had to dismantle many components to get to it. We were so grateful the turn around time was so quick I was able to pick up the car after a day and a half. The towing company connected to my auto insurance failed us so we were so stressed it was nice the car got fixed thoroughly. Ryan texted me a couple days later to follow up which was something no other mechanic would do. It has been over a month now and it's safe to say the mechanic nailed the issue the car drives better than before without the occasional grumbling sound and it never died on me. We appreciate Matt, Ryan and the crew for saving our car. Thanks for a job well done!
