I usually take my car to the dealership service center for service and repairs, but a recent engine trouble forced me to call for roadside assistance. A friend recommended I get my vehicle towed to Aaron's which was a short distance away. JR from Aaron's found the problem and called me right away. He gave me the good news and the bad news - one of the spark plug heads came loose and fell deep into the engine. He said he would try to get it out and if he couldn't, the engine would have to come out which would cost me a few thousand dollars! Well, luckily for me, he worked his magic and got it out. Excellent service! The airbag light was on in my car. I have the know-how to replace broken parts, but don't have the diagnostic tools to find out which part needed replacing. Aaron's team diagnosed the problem, then told me what part failed. They ordered the part and even printed instructions for me from their database on how to correctly replace it.
