As a person who has had MS for 20 years, my doctor was concerned about my stability and balance when I walk. She prescribed PT more than a year ago to focus on those aspects. I continue to go very willing because I can see improvement in my stability as I walk. I work primarily with Lisa and Tony and find them both terrific. They are very knowledge and incredibly supportive. They have found a variety of ways to help we succeed and to keep improving. I've been there long enough now that I know every employee. Each one is kind, helpful and pleasant. Need PT? I wholly recommend FTG. read more

Be careful of getting wrong information about your insurance coverage and being overcharged. They charge you arm and leg , over expensive there are many other PT clinics which are better service providers and much cheaper. The therapists bill you for the services which they don't even provide. Raising the issue doesn't help therapists sends u to insurance and insurance sends u to therapist :( read more

My son with special needs has been having physical therapy with Dr Joe Banuch for over two years now. He is fantastic at not only isolating the injured areas and associating the correct therapy to work on them, but also at coming up with creative ways to integrate PT tasks and motivating him. Professional, kind and very competent. As a health care professional myself, his knowledge and skill are impressive. The whole staff is also very helpful and great at what they do. I began physical therapy around mid March of 2018 after breaking my leg in December. I had a very bad spiral fracture that miraculously did not need surgery. As soon as my doctor cleared me for physical therapy I was at Redmond Ridge Physical therapy the next day. When I came in I had been in a cast and air cast for 3 months and was non weight bearing so my leg was extremely weak and the tendons were tight and extremely painful to the touch. I was certain it would be many many months before I could walk on my leg. Today is May 5th 2018 and I'm walking with just a cane. I'm not walking quickly, but my pain has been greatly decreased by physical therapy and I'm amazed at my progress. I went from non weight bearing to walking in just a little over a month and it's all because of these wonderful therapists. The staff at Redmond Ridge PT is amazing. I've been seen by all of the therapists and they're all knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. They're very energetic and somehow manage to stay that way all day; it's very impressive. I'm so thankful to have found such a wonderful place to help me recover. The facility in case your wondering is also nice with a wall of windows on one side, which is relaxing and really helps it feel open. I'll be happy when I can walk normally, but I'll miss everyone at Redmond Ridge Physical Therapy. read more

I was treated for iliosacral (IS) joint pain at Redmond Ridge. I left two weeks after starting and was nearly pain free. The receptionists are friendly, the therapists are knowledgable and personable, and the assistants are fun to work with. I highly recommend them for any PT you may need. read more

I have used Redmond Ridge for a few different corrective and recoveries. The staff is professional and friendly, the space is clean and open and the results have been outstanding. As nice as the staff is here, I can't recommend Redmond Ridge. My trainer never watched me do my exercises, often walking away to talk with other staff while I worked out. At my last appointment she was eating snacks while I did my routine. I found out from another trainer I was doing my exercises incorrectly but had no idea. She just didn't seem to care. The therapists doing the massage are super, especially Tracy, who does a great job. Also, the people at the front desk are personable and fun. But as much as I wanted to like them, i just could not continue with IRG. If you need serious PT I would find another spot. read more

I have been a patient with FTG for over 10 years. In 2001 I had a tibia plateau surgery which has resulted in subsequent periodic injuries over time. (bursitis, Si Joint weakness, glute strain, etc). I was referred to Joe Banach by my surgeon (Michael Sailer/Proliance). Joe and his staff are truly the best!!! Simply Phenomenal!! Knowledgeable, inciteful, professional, empathetic, and at the same time very encouraging. Each experience I have had with all of their providers has been exceptional! (Julie, Tracy, Shannon, Meghan, Sam, Lindsay) Additionally their aides are also very skilled and have great acumen. I have a sense of security knowing that they are there if something comes up which prevents me from doing my normal daily activities and fitness. Additionally, I have learned a lot about additional fitness and preemptive care for myself to continue to stay healthy. My kids are all avid athletes and I trust their care with them as well. I had an offroad motorcycle accident this summer where I fractured my left wrist and tore ligaments my right shoulder (grade 3 AC separation). My orthopedic surgeon recommended the non-surgical route for my shoulder, a decision that had me worried at the time (in hindsight it was the RIGHT call). I was determined that I would make a full recovery and get back on the motorcycle (and mountain bike) as soon as possible. Shannon and the FTG team guided me through my recovery process and exceeded my high expectations. I told myself that I was going to give 100% to my recovery, never miss a day of exercise, never miss an appointment. Less than four months after my accident, I was back on the motorcycle riding singletrack trails again with my family. Initially I thought my surgeon's conservative treatment was a function of my age -- a solution that compromised a full recovery and in favor of an easier recovery process on account of my advancing years (knocking on 50 in a just a few years). Although my concerns proved to be unfounded, it did put my fate entirely in the hands of my physical therapist (and my dedication to the therapy). As I said before, Shannon and the team were awesome. They worked closely with me throughout my recovery process and helped me make a full recovery. I have a lot of experience with sports-related injuries -- four leg fractures, torn labrum and surgery on my shoulder, ankle surgery and knee surgery. I had PT for every one of those accidents -- and I can say with confidence and experience that Shannon and FTG gave me the best care. read more

I've been going here for several years and can't say enough positive things about this place. I've been to other physical therapy places over the years and have found these folks to be more creative and motivating than any others I've been to. I originally went to rehab an elbow after surgery. They did a very thorough assessment and determined that as well as rehabbing my elbow I really needed to work on improving my balance and gait. I have MS and had needed the elbow surgery because I'd compensated for worsening weakness in my leg by leaning on my elbow. They have continued to come up with creative and fun (I know that doesn't sound possible for rehab!!) ways to challenge me and actually improve my balance and gait. I really didn't think that was possible. They also don't hover when you are doing your exercises. They explain what to do and watch to check your form but otherwise allow you to concentrate on doing what you need to do. That approach encourages me to feel confident that I can do the exercises on my own. read more

There are many physical therapy clinics to chose from. I highly recommend this particular one. The office staff are knowledgable with insurance questions and very friendly. The therapists are personable and do a great job addressing your needs. The thearpy space is very large and they also have a hand therapist who speicalizes in just that. If you live on Redmond Ridge, this is the place to come for physical thearpy. read more

The receptionist Jennifer is likely the worst receptionist on the planet which is the only reason I'm giving Redmond Ridge Physical Therapy 3 stars. I hardly made it past booking a first appointment by phone. The day of my appointment, there was some awkwardness checking-in but I managed to succeed through and found the rest of the staff to be amazing. If you can get passed Jennifer micromanaging you as a person, the rest of the staff here is amazing! ....on having to call to book an appointment a couple months after my initial treatment Jennifer, rudely replied to my request to leave a message for an employee. What's more, the phone connection was lost, leaving me to believe she hung up on me. I doubt the message will be relayed or I will ever receive a call back. read more

Five stars equals five star service! At Redmond Ridge Physical Therapy, that is exactly what I received. I had knee surgery and was in therapy for a while. The staff treated me with professionalism, kindness, friendliness and concern. Each member of the staff knew not only my name, but who I was as a person. Going to PT for some is a grueling process. IT gets frustrating at times because you want to see instant results and many times that simply cannot happen. The staff completely understands that and knows how to modivate their patient to keep positive and move forward. Very rarely do you find a whole staff who is there completely for the patient. I would enter the office and receive smiles, how are you and etc. They all make you feel welcome and that kind of greeting makes you feel right from the start that the session will go well. They encourage their patients with humor and friendliness and makes you feel good about coming back. This was key in my recovery process. Another thing to keep in mind, many physical therapists keep you going and going and generally it is the patient who finally says enough. This office understands how important it is for the patient to fully recover and go on with her/his life. When it is time to stop going, they will let you know. They are not ones to hang on to you for their own profit. When you are released, you are recovered! Check them out first when looking for a physical therapy group. Love them! I have been coming to Redmond Ridge Physical Therapy over the last 4 years to have them treat different injuries sustained from car accidents, biking and running injuries and aches and pains from getting older. The staff (Joe Banuch) is incredible at getting the healing process started and extremely knowledgeable. The results are fast, the sessions are fun and you are off and ready to go in no-time! I didn't review this place until I had something to compare it too. My visit here was ridiculous. I too saw the owner, phys. therapist I presume, for about 7 to 10 minutes where he mostly looked over my head at what was going on in the one giant room where everyone was put into together. He seemed nice and capable, but literally was looking over my head at others most of the 7 minutes he was with me. I had a disinterested student working with me for a pretty bad back and by the time I left, I could hardly walk to my car. I gave up on physical ther. then until I saw a specialist who found another clinic for me in Duvall. Night and day! At PhysioCare in Duvall I actually had a one on one in my own room, with a competent person. Great care in Duvall! Run from Redmond Ridge Phys. Therapy, something I have never said in a review. read more

In your hour long appointment, you'll see a physical therapist for maybe ten minutes. The other 50 minutes, you are loosely supervised by a physical therapist assistant who nonchalantly puts you through some light exercises while juggling three or four other patients. I'd go elsewhere. read more

Don't trust them !!! I was duped into getting massage therapy that they said was approved by my insurance only to end up with a huge bill!!! Then to make matters worse, they didn't even send me a bill in a timely manner but instead charged off over $450 dollars of the bill to ruin my credit score. Thanks a bunch !!! read more
