I found him through multiple recommendations on the Ring app; my pool guy wasn't responding to texts/phone calls, and my pop ups weren't working. After waiting several days for a response from my previous guy, I decided to begin the search again. Mind you, I have been through at least 3 pool guys in the past several years, by no fault of my own. I left a message for him and got a response within an hour. He was out the next day, cleaned my filters (and showed me how to do it), and I threw my diagnosis at him for my pop ups, which he confirmed. He told me what part to order, sent me the link on Amazon, and I replaced it myself! He is always very quick to respond and basically says, "well yeah, that's what happens when you've got your phone on your hip."

They cleaned our grids in our DE filter and found two that were damaged and instead of trying to sell us a whole new set, they simply replaced the two damaged ones at a nominal fee from ready stock on their truck and also fixed a leaky pump with a gasket also on the truck. Their quoted rate was lower than most, the work was efficient, communication was good and we were thoroughly satisfied with the whole job. We weren't charged a trip charge either as they coordinated our repair with other work they were doing in our neighborhood here in Troon. Other folks in my neighborhood are very happy with their weekly pool service also. Kudos Blue Eagle!

Things didn't start out on a good foot…read morebecause the tech didn't show up on the day they were scheduled but we wrote this off as bad luck since they told us an emergency popped up and they sent someone out the next day. Our pool was blue but needed to be vacuumed and prepared for swimming after the winter. The technician told us we needed to buy a robotic vacuum and said the owner would let us know what model we should purchase. We never heard about the vacuum again. I showed the technician where our pole vacuum was along with the hose but they never vacuumed the pool despite there being significant detritus at the bottom of the pool from the winter. Over the period of the next few months the pool gradually got more cloudy and eventually turned pea green. We asked if there was anything we needed to be doing between services other than emptying the skimmer baskets and never got any response. We have a smart pool timer and we were never asked how many hours the pool pump was running for (12 hours) nor were we ever told what it should be set to. The owner told us we needed an algae treatment and said they would call the following Monday to discuss options. We never got a call about the algae treatment and the technician never came back. I called and left a voicemail asking what the status of our account was and for an explanation for the technician not showing up. The owner immediately sent a text message to my wife saying we probably needed to drain our pool. He told us he would get back to us soon but never called or texted again. The owner is no longer returning our calls or text messages. We are now looking for another company and our pool is disgusting.

Savion came and installed the new motor and wouldn't leave until it was right even with all the problems my older pool system presents. Love this company, the prices are very reasonable and the technicians very knowledgeable and pleasant. This is my second time using this service for large pool repairs. That said, I don't know if it is the lack of consideration and budget from the HOA or the lack of particular expertise and knowledge of the on-site technicians -- but our pool has gone from crystal clear blue to green algae bloom toxicity. The technicians have been asked on-site to scrub and vacuum - -and we were told, that's not my job. So I guess in our case, the pool is not quite so brilliant. Maricopa Environmental Services even came out and said that while the PH and chlorine are satisfactory, anyone could get sick or infected from the algae and mold that is not scrubbed. Hopefully they will do better or recommend to the HOA a better servicing. Aint NO ONE wanna get into that pool....look at the photos. Hopefully Brilliant Pools can help make our pool brilliant again. I reached out multiple times and was promised it would be repaired in the next few days but I am still without a pool to use. It also doesn't help that a pool cleaner has been coming out weekly just for chemicals (pump doesn't work) and they are still charging me. Please note that after the first repair, the pool was worse as the oring was left out. Since that time it has been nothing but trouble. Plenty of other pool services out there to go to and I would recommend you use them.

Despite the fact it was after hours (evening before the party), Rod actually spent 20 minutes with me via FaceTime to diagnose the problem, assist me with repairing a valve and priming a pump. He provided me with specific instructions and he was able to get everything working again all via FaceTime. HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! He was sympathetic to my time critical situation, and he genuinely wanted to be helpful. He would not accept any money despite my insistence. You just don't see this type of authentic integrity anymore. Excellent work ethic, extremely knowledgeable, quick response, and he didn't feel right charging me simply because he wasn't there in person. The FaceTime instruction was extremely educational and his thorough step-by-step guidance was spot on. He was very patient with me.
