I wish we still had Fuddruckers where I live! This was a great discovery on the way up I-85 (billboards for the win!). Despite being many states away from what we're used to, this Fuddruckers was basically no different than my recollections. The food was pretty darn good! Everything came out hot and freshly made, including the fries. I don't remember the buns being as tasty as these were, though. And they stood up to the burgers way better than I remember! Toppings bar is always a plus, and this one was fresh and well-stocked. When the ketchup ran out, a team member had it replaced within mere minutes. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The interior could definitely use some TLC, including most of the tables, chairs, and booths. It was also darker in the main dining area, and I'm not sure if lights were out or if that's just how it's designed. Fuddruckers is a family friendly spot to get a gourmet (they call it "craft") burger. Inside is HUGE with plenty of seating for a large group. You walk in and order at the counter. You find a place to sit and wait for a them to call your name. I ordered the 1/3 pound bacon cheeseburger, onion rings, and an Oreo milkshake. They ask you how you want your meat cooked and when your name is called you pick up your food and head to the "fixings bar" where you garnish the food to taste. Onion rings are hand breaded and a little bit spicy (which I love). Milkshake was good but it was REALLY SMALL, and they didn't fill it all the way. Two Oreo shakes were made and I think they shorted both of us. Overall the food was really good. I was impressed with the fresh juicy meat and the soft homemade hamburger bun. I was craving some ice cream and I saw that Fuddruckers had milkshakes, I decided to try them for the first time ever today. Not sure what to expect I ordered a peanut butter shake to go. It looked good when I picked it up. I took it back to my hotel, which was right next door, before I tried it. Needless to say I was absolutely disappointed. It was basically just a cup of milk with a teaspoon of peanut butter stirred up in it. It was very thin and wasn't very cold. After 2 sips I just threw it away. Disgusting. Wow, this was my first visit to a Fuddruckers and it exceeded my expectations. I first heard of Fuddruckers while watching Idiocracy. While driving through Georgia we stopped here for lunch. We ordered at the counter and chose a table to sit at while we waited on our order. The rest of my party chose burgers and I chose the chicken fingers with a side salad. The chicken fingers came with fries as a welcome surprise to me. I requested the side salad without cheese and with balsamic dressing. It was made with cheese and ranch dressing. The employee who made it was friendly and quickly remade it. We enjoyed all the items we ordered. For the burgers, there is a toppings and condiments bar so you can choose the type and amount of each that you want. Later, I ordered buns and brownies to take home. Uhm not sure about this location. The French fries are the same as other location now but they don't have the hot spicy cheese sauce anymore and my hamburger was just ok not out of this world anymore. I love Fuddruckers. Grew up with them. But I'm from North Carolina and I can't seem to find one close. But thankfully I have a job that has me pass this restaurant once a month at least. And I love stopping by and getting a chance to eat at one of my favorite places. There burgers are amazing. Their bread is awesome and I love the style of fries they make. Haven't had fudruckers in 15 years they went out of buisness it's Atlanta. I heard the corporate were closing this one isn't . The fact now it cost $20 for lunch at most fast food places this places lived up to the memory I had, fresh, fun tacky vibe reminded of the 80's and 90's when things were fun. My lunch was only $17 well worth it!! Fresh buns, fresh burgers and fries. I'm also partial to the endless hot liquid cheese. If I lived closer this would be my go to eating out for lunch or dinner. This location is not very good. I don't understand why they don't have condiments or a soft drink bar open when the salad bar is open. They give you packs of ketchup that everyone touches, but still blames it on covid. Oh, cheese is not available either. So the main items that are "sealed" in containers are NOT available, but the salad bar which is out in the open is ok to walk up to and touch with no issues. (Scratching my head on this one) Best to keep driving for 20 minutes and go to the Greenville Fuddruckers, everything is open in Greenville, and you get self serve bar with cheese. We stopped here on the way to Charlotte. I really wanted to give this place a good review. It's been several years since we've tried a Fuddrucker's. The last one we tried have several protein options. This one only had a few which was boring honestly. Hubby and I both got the burger with fried egg, bacon and cheese, can't remember the name of the burger. We also got fries and a drink. I got turkey and Hubby got beef. The meals came up to $36 with a tip...like run that total agin please lol. You put the toppings on the burger yourself and condiments. I skipped a lot of the toppings because the tongs were often laying in the topping...yep I'll skip that extra side of bacteria. I would actually suggest that they remove that all together. I would prefer for my toppings to already be on my burger for the price. Sounds lazy I know, but for the price I don't expect to fix my own burger. My turkey burger was super salty, so the sweetness from the sauce helped a little. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're going for that sweets. They do have freshly baked brownies and cookies. I got a Reese's brownie and 2 days later I'm still working on it lol because it is super sweet. read more

My wife and I had last eaten at a Fuddruckers well over a decade ago, maybe two. We were on a road trip, a bit grumpy, and doubted the hamburgers could be as good as we remembered. We arrived at 11:30, a bit early, but the place was are-they-open empty. The hamburgers were every bit as delicious as we remembered them. They still make the buns on premises, and they are still wonderful. The serve-yourself fillings were as remarkably fresh as we remembered. The meat was high quality and well prepared. I ate at Fudruckers on last Saturday. My wife and I came in ordered and sat down for lunch. It was just after noon, but it didn't appear to be busy. While we were there the dining room was approximately half capacity. Our food came out in about 35 miniutes. It appearded that the kitchen was struggling and couldn't keep up. The food finally came and was good. One other thing that bothered me was the "fixing" bar for burgers had several items out and no one seemed to be refilling the bar. This location has been here for a long time and I remember coming here while in middle school! It's located right off of I-85 and has plenty of parking. They offer a small variety of burgers (1/3, 1/2, and 2/3 lb beef, turkey, black bean, and buffalo), chicken tenders (grilled or fried), sides (wedge potato fries, onion rings, and sweet potato fries), and a couple salads. They also have a kids menu, milkshakes, and beer. We walked in and there were only a couple tables filled (just after 5:00pm on a Monday), so we walked right up to the counter and placed our order. Chad chose a 1/2 lb beef burger combo with a chocolate milkshake and I chose the buffalo combo. It took exactly 12 minutes for them to call our name that our order was ready! The burgers were cooked a perfect medium well and the fries were crispy on the edges but still soft and fluffy potato-y inside. They have the self-serve drinks and condiments bar open, which is one of my favorite parts of this place! Service was great (all the workers were very polite and working hard - so people who complained about a long wait for their food may have forgotten that there is a bit of a worker shortage in the service industry currently). If you order a milkshake, they call your name to pick it up from the bakery/milkshake counter. I was really wanting a chicken sandwich and my local restaurant was closed so we ordered here. It's 15 minutes away from home so we picked it up. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. The grilled chicken had nothing on it, the saltiest chicken I've ever eaten. The picture shows lettuce tomato and pickles but literally there was nothing on it and no option to alter it when ordering so I'm not sure the problem. The sweet potato fries were undercooked and salty. I ordered 2 kids meals which were fine. The cookies were tossed in a bag with nothing else In the bag which was gross , at least put them in a baggie or wrap them in cling wrap or some napkins. We got 3 drinks and 0 straws which it. Why? It was a to go order. We ordered a double bacon cheeseburger. There wasn't any bacon on it and it was plain. Just cheese. So why did a order a bacon burger? In the picture it showed cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato, but only cheese was on it. We also ordered a side of fries but the fries came in the container for the burger and it was the same portion as the kids which makes me think I should have just gotten a kids meal. The only good part was the bun, it was fresh and delicious but I realized why I've only eaten there a handful of times. I was super disappointed. I met a friend for lunch here. It's been years since I've eaten at Fudruckers and nothing has changed. This place was just as good as the Fudruckers in Tucker Georgia where we would eat with friends after church 20 something years ago. Great burgers, super fries, and a selection of toppings where you can make your own "salad"... It's a trip down a nostalgic path full of great memories. The good: The burger was tasty and I loved that they have all the burger dressings out for me to dress my own burger. They had a lot of burger dressing options. The server beer; awesome. The mediocre: The fries were not crunchy. They were steak fries. The make me upset: I waited 15 minutes for my burger. It's no secret that Fudruckers is a massive chain. Meanwhile, we found more value in this location than many on the East Coast that seem average. Where else (at a chain) can you get a quality elk or bison burger? Or a thick half-pound beef patty? For someone looking for a burger you can expect several things from this chain: to pay more than the fast-food restaurants, expect quality beef and game meat, premium toppings and to wait 15 minutes for the meal to be ready. To me, none of those are bad things. Sure, you're going to pay more here, but you'll also get a larger burger packed with flavor and strong premium toppings. The fries are average, but the sweet tea rocks and the pastries, brownies, etc across the way are tasty. It's simple: if you want to go someplace for dinner with the family there will be plenty of burgers waiting for you here, and they'll taste good. The restaurant is a spacious place that also makes good (and big portioned) desserts. Even though it's a large chain there's few negatives that stick out, perhaps only big, juicy burgers that tend to make you so stuffed that you can't finish your fries. Friendly management and staff also apply. The downfall to this location? It needs a bad makeover. When we were there many of the TVs didn't work or were so outdated that the picture was better turned off than on. Put a few bucks into making the place more modern and the crowd would respond well. Dropped by to learn about this brand. I've heard references made in movies before, plus, there is one Fuddrucker in Malaysia where I'm from. I've never been inside. It's different from other burger places I've been to. Definitely liked the build your own burger concept (basically you get by yourself the garnishes, sauces, lettuce, tomato etc.) Love that one can go crazy flooding their parents with hot cheese. My family adjusts our travel plans so we can have either lunch or dinner here. It's become almost a tradition! I order "The Works" which is burger with bacon and mushrooms. They cook it to order which we always have ours medium well. Never have had any issues with the food or service. The desserts are great but the shakes are to die for. Handmade and absolutely delicious! Plenty of shake to make it through your meal. Sometimes even have enough to go. This place has been here for awhile so the decor is getting a little dated but a little touch up would suffice for now. We don't come here for the ambiance... we come for the delicious burgers and shakes! We live in Alpharetta which is a suburb of Atlanta. We've Come here a few times even though we live two hours away. As a kid, I had Fuddruckers near my house and they all suddenly started closing down. When I tell you that the nostalgia as you have the burger comes back is real. This place is extremely good and just as I remember, good memories. The manager Andrew and the staff especially Thomas are awesome and helpful. I was curious how they handled the sauces and toppings bar since COVID, and I believe they did a great job. They give each table their own tongs and recommend using a napkin to get the sauces. I took a brief road trip to Anderson. Immediately, I knew where I would be having lunch. The large yellow sign from I 85 led me here. If you are a fan of Fuddruckers, you can spot the sign anywhere. Before I ordered, I noticed a long line of octogenerians. I thought I'd gotten there for the early bird special but no such luck. I took advantage of long line and went to the restroom. They had the best ladies room that I have ever seen in a Fuddruckers!!! It was clean, fresh smelling, well lit and dry. Most Fudds have some sort of Random water coming from somewhere. Now on to the food. I ordered Frings which were hot, but my burger was not as hot. It may have been poor timing. But it was still good. I did not get the usual "how was your meal" that is offered in every Fudds. I also didn't get a carry out cup until I asked. The counter people were all nice and very friendly.
