My husband and I were splitting a burger and fries... they were nice enough to cut the burger in half for us and give us two trays.

I went to Fuddruckers as a kid, it was nice to see a another one 10+ yrs later... it was exactly as I remembered. We wanted a light lunch so this was perfect... My husband and I split a burger and fries... they were nice enough to cut the burger in half for us and give us two trays.

Had one of these in Cincinnati when I was a kid and boy to I miss it. It was definitely exactly how I remembered it which was great! I wish we still had one close to home but was nice to get a piece of nostalgia on our trip to pigeon forge. The burgers were phenomenal and cooked to perfection and the cheese sauce and self serve bar did not disappoint as the cheese was hot and the toppings were fresh! Will definitely be on our must list every-time we visit the area. The setting was awesome and exactly as I remembered it. Service was fast and friendly despite them saying they were short staffed.

Fun atmosphere, great service and the condiment bar is awesome! Since this was our first visit, the staff was very patient and explained the process to us. The burgers were cooked to perfection, the 4 star review is because the toppings were left off one of our special ordered burgers. The fries dipped in cheese are a must try and the onion rings were cooked to crispy perfection. The Reese's shake was a delicious dessert choice. The food was great, the sauces were awesome and the restaurant was clean.

Burger 1/3 lb

We each ordered the 1/3 rd lb burger combo with fries and a drink. Both meals with tax and tip were 24.00. We also got a 15% military discount which was a nice bonus. We thought the meal seemed like a good value and the 1/3 lb burger was plenty large enough. I added cheese to my burger for a extra $1.25. I did not take a picture of the condiments bar but lettuce, onion, tomatoes, pickles, jalapeños, and banana peppers were just some of the items included. They had A-1, mustard, mayonnaise and other condiments. The service workers were helpful and friendly and you order at the counter and they call your name to come back up and pickup your order. The restaurant appears clean and organized. The ambiance was casual and they had a desert counter with cookies and brownies you could order and they looked really good. We enjoyed our food and would return for another visit.

Food was delicious. Love that you get to add your own condiments so it's exactly how you want it. Fries are potato wedge style and they weren't super salty! The entire staff was super nice We ordered 2 hangover burgers, the works, basket of fries, and got 2 snickerdoodles cookies, 2 cream cheese brownies and a regular brownie to go. The cookies were super soft!

This place is you pick it then you load it!!! Fill your own drink. The food was wonderful and fresh. My daughter and Wife picked the single with cheese both did combo with fries. While I also choose single but with 3 cheese combo. The cool thing is they have a bakery where you can order lots of sweet things. This is a Military friendly location.

Chubby's is a classic restaurant that offers American comfort food. The great dinner feel of the…read moreplace is an excellent representation of the bygone era of the traditional dinner. It has a real down home feel. The place offers burgers (Mushroom Swiss, BBQ Burger), sandwiches (Cheesesteaks, Reuben, BLT, Chicken Sandwiches with Ranch/Buffalo options), and hearty baskets with fried chicken, cod, or shrimp, plus breakfast served all day, desserts (chocolate pie!), and options like pork chops or steak. They have someone thing for everyone. Everything is cooked to ordered. We started off with deep fried deviled eggs. My wife had the Beef Stroganoff. While I had the House Smash Burger. The stroganoff is served in a wide, shallow bowl that showcases the sauce's glossy sheen and the generous scatter of sautéed mushrooms. Steam carries a rounded, savory bouquet: beef-forward notes, toasty browned butter, and the faint acid of a finishing touch -- likely a splash of vinegar, wine, or lemon -- that hints the sauce will be bright rather than cloying. The presentation is simple and effective: no unnecessary frills, just clear evidence that plate composition exists to showcase the food's strengths. The sauce is the star: a glossy, velvety emulsion built on a brown stock backbone, enriched with sour cream (or a light cultured cream), and tempered with mustard and a touch of acidity. The mushrooms are properly caramelized, offering an earthy counterpoint and slight chew that complements the tender beef. Onions are present but not intrusive; garlic and a whisper of thyme or parsley frame the dish without flattening the primary flavors. Chubby's pairs the stroganoff with broad egg noodles -- they're al dente-yielding and capture the sauce in their folds, which makes each mouthful a composed, layered bite rather than separate elements awkwardly forced together. The Smash Burger was an equal masterpiece as well. In an era when burgers can feel formulaic and predictable, the SMASH Triple Burger with Chubby Sauce at Chubby's Restaurant stands out not just as a meal, but as a culinary statement, mine was constructed of three thin-pressed beef patties -- each seared to achieve that iconic lace of caramelization -- deliver an intoxicating aroma of grilled beef that primes the palate for something special. The smash technique here isn't a gimmick; it's a masterstroke that intensifies the beef's flavor while maintaining juiciness through every layer, a testament to precise heat management on the griddle. The Chubby Sauce, a house specialty that earns its name with rich, tangy complexity, serves as the burger's soul. It marries creamy umami with a whisper of sweetness and a balanced acidity that cuts through the savory heft of the triple stack. This sauce is not merely a condiment -- it's the architectural glue that binds texture and taste, elevating each bite into a chorus of complementary notes. What makes this experience remarkable was how it balances bold indulgence with thoughtful restraint: the trio of patties makes a statement, yet the burger never feels overwhelmingly heavy. Each layer interacts harmoniously, and the Chubby Sauce is nothing short of inspired -- tangy yet creamy, bold yet nuanced. We topped it all off with pie. My wife had the peanut butter while I opted for the Apple pie was our desert. Dessert at Chubby's often arrives with the quiet confidence of a house specialty, and the both the Apple & Peanut Butter Pie is no exception. If you think you've had every version of apple pie, this one will surprise you. Chubby's Apple Pie is warm, comforting, and brilliantly balanced. The apples are tender and spiced just right, the crust is buttery and flaky. The peanut butter pie has a subtle, savory richness that keeps the dessert from being overly sweet. It's indulgent without being heavy and memorable in the best way. An absolute must-order if you save room for dessert. This was a great dining experience and in a tourist dominated area, this place stands out as real down home cooking that your grandmother made. Highly recommend, this is one the most stop sites if you are in the area.

Everyone had just been seated. It would have been a 45 minute wait. I had hoped maybe they would ask the couple if they would mind dining inside. We left and stopped at another business. It had been awhile since we were there so I called to see an outside table was available. They told me probably in 10-15 minutes. Knowing we had been there earlier and we had dogs, they wouldn't hold it for us. Food was great. Their tenderloin could easily serve 4 people. The fried deviled eggs are excellent!
