I have been told about this place for sometime, finally gave it a try! It did not disappoint. We came straggling in right at closing time and instead of sending us on our way they treated us like they were still going to be open for hours. The gentleman taking our order was very patient and informational as it was our first time with 6 people. The venue was clean, staff friendly, and food was delicious! Only complaint we had was another family that let their kids run around at will, mistreat the games, and scream throughout the dining area. The staff had every right to get them out but instead still showed a level of professionalism to address the issues without ruining their visit as well. Will return! read more

Who doesn't love a good burger? Being able to put my own toppings on my burger means I can put AS MANY PICKLES AS I WANT. I don't even bother with that other stuff. I absolutely made the trip out from Knoxville to have this burger in this older location. It just feels so cozy and right. Literally a disgrace of an establishment. The rudest employees I have ever encountered at a restaurant, or any business for that matter. They were out of everything, when you asked for anything they would huff and scoff under their breath. The food quality and flavor was severely worse than you'd get at a bottom tier white castle at 2am on the wrong side of town. Went to the restroom and let me tell you, I have been to cleaner porta potties at a festival, you had to wade through a pee covered floor to find a half broken toilet backing up with brown surprise. Raw raw raw ! I took a big bit into my bison burger and it was cold and very raw! I have been a Hugh fan of fuddruckers for years and was so sad when the closed all the ones in Los Angeles. I used to love all the choice meats prepared to order. When I saw the cheese was not melted I should have known already but when I bit into the burger I almost threw up. I immediately spit it out and went to the counter and showed her how crazy cold and raw the meat was. She questioned me and then I told her to touch it and look how raw and how the cheese is cold. When they made me a new one it had no flavor and full of gristle, burt on the outside edges and raw in the middle. The ambiance was a classic old school fuddruckers nothing special. Had one of these in Cincinnati when I was a kid and boy to I miss it. It was definitely exactly how I remembered it which was great! I wish we still had one close to home but was nice to get a piece of nostalgia on our trip to pigeon forge. We each ordered the 1/3 rd lb burger combo with fries and a drink. Both meals with tax and tip were 24.00. We also got a 15% military discount which was a nice bonus. We thought the meal seemed like a good value and the 1/3 lb burger was plenty large enough. I added cheese to my burger for a extra $1.25. I did not take a picture of the condiments bar but lettuce, onion, tomatoes, pickles, jalapeños, and banana peppers were just some of the items included. They had A-1, mustard, mayonnaise and other condiments. The service workers were helpful and friendly and you order at the counter and they call your name to come back up and pickup your order. The restaurant appears clean and organized. The ambiance was casual and they had a desert counter with cookies and brownies you could order and they looked really good. Huge fan of Fuddrucker's since the early 1990s. I remember as a kid going to the Fuddrucker's in Annapolis, MD, across the street from the Annapolis Mall. I was so excited when visiting Pigeon Forge/Sevierville to see that they had classic Fuddrucker's restaurant open and serving great simple meals. So many Fudd's locations have closed across the country, so it really was a treat for both the stomach , soul and nostalgia. It was like a walk back in time. The original fast casual , where you order at the counter , your favorite burger, hot dog, fries ,rings, salad or other entree options. Then you grab your drink and wait for your name to be called. When your name is called, then the magic begins , your big burger is ready to be dressed at the fixins bar ....fresh lettuce ,Tomatoes , onions, pickles , jalapeños, and an awesome pico de gallo are all available for your plate. As a kid I remember covering my plate with these , almost like a small salad However the "piece de resistance " is the hot cheddar cheese sauce. Next to the fixins bare are pumps with ketchup , mustard , mayo , honey mustard and then a bubbling cauldron of cheese sauce.....it's sooo good on everything burgers, fries, rings , dogs , cardboard.... For dessert, if you're not stuffed from your awesome burger and sides, the bakery counter offers many great options including assorted fresh baked cookies , brownies and classic milkshakes . We opted for cookies , I think they 3/ $2 , a pretty good deal and the staff at the bakery was super nice ! The family friendly environment includes video arcade machines and games. The vibe was fun nostalgia trip mostly 1970s-1990s music , overall it was a great time, even with a few obnoxious youngsters running around . Dropped in just after noon on a Sunday. It's a fast casual set up here, so you place your order and then select your table. There's a topping bar where you select your burger veggies and make your burger yourself. I had the ribeye sandwich with the "Fudds Spud" fries. The food was well-cooked, warm and flavorful. Despite this, I'd rate this location 4 stars for three reasons: First, we visited at lunchtime on a Sunday, and a line was through the vestibule and out the door. There was only one out of three registers open. This may have been a bottleneck if strategy to help pace capacity of the dining area, but the bottleneck and line at the front made any form of social distancing impossible. Second, the pricing. The burgers themselves are roughly between $8-$12 depending on the size and type you get, but adding fries and a drink adds $4.25. Adding two strips of bacon tacks on $1.50, and a slice of cheese adds $1. The food was great, but not on the level of $17 per person. Third, the restrooms were simply disgusting. It honestly seemed like it had been a day or two since they'd been attended to, so hopefully they'll pay closer attention to this in the future. read more

On our way to Gatlinburg we stopped at F's for lunch totally famished. We had not been to one in a LONG time, and we based our decision on our previous experiences from yesteryear. Bad move! Suffice it to say, our experience was abysmal. The restaurant looked old, felt dirty, and the overall conditions were lacking. I am not sure if this was an aberration, store specific, or the norm for F's. My guess is this location, like many restaurants, is woefully short staffed and mismanaged. We ordered 2 small bacon cheese burgers, 1 medium cheese burger, 1 kids grilled cheese, and the fixings bar $4.50 upcharge per burger! Burgers were average and not worth their $14 price tag. Interacted with 4 employees, and they were all just going thru the motions. No customer service at all. Disappointing from start to finish. We were vacationing in the area and happened to have a bunch of Fuddruckers gift cards left over (the only Fuddruckers in our area shut down about a year and a half ago). Upon walking in the door, we had to wait in a slightly long queue line. Probably 15-20 minute wait, just to place your order. It you haven't been to Fuddruckers, you order your food at a counter and then you find a seat. Once it's ready, you dress it (mostly burgers) at a buffet style counter. We were able to find a good, clean table despite how busy it was. We didn't wait too long for our food to be ready. The buffet counter for burger fixings was stocked and everything was fresh. The kids each got milkshakes, which they enjoyed. Everyone enjoyed their food!! Overall good experience. I've had some bad Fuddruckers experiences in the past, so kudos to this location.
