Vegetables are vegan if you ask for them to be sautéed in oil, otherwise it's margarine which may or may not have dairy in it. Refried beans were vegan, as is, no lard in them Corn tortillas were good to go. Not a lot of options, but nice that there were some! Our server was really helpful - even though we were a pain with all our questions, LOL We were brought out chips with salsa and a bean dip which had cheese in it, so that didn't work, but once we got that figured out, it was smooth sailing. A friend who ate with us had Country Fried Steak. He said the steak was passable, but the gravy was disappointing. No onions at all in the gravy. This was not a good eating experience, and with the waitress's attitude, it was an almost a total flop. The sign at the entrance tells it all.
