Food is good and just like last time we were here, this place does not disappoint. Where did the salad come from? I ordered the combo and back in 2022 a combo has the 2/3 and fries no lettuce, next time I will ask for fries only, more fries if you want but don't give me lettuce, that is for rabbits. Service on point and no long waits even if there is a lot of locals. The best investment in advertising is that sign on the freeway, we were driving and we were about an hour of our destination for the day and WHAM the sign hit me in the stomach and I quickly took the exit, no regrets! What happened to the spicy cheese sauce, nowhere to be found, oh well the rest is soooo good that I don't care because the jalapeños are on the condiments bar anyway. New Menu Board. Select your add ons and then add your toppings. It's that simple. We had the lunch small burger combos. Had to try the peanut butter milk shake and sweet potato fries. I enjoyed my meal here. It wasn't the best burger ever, but it was what I expect from Fuddruckers. The cashier was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Tables were cleared quickly. We waited about 15 minutes for our order, but there were several patrons and a large party inside. My burger was more cooked than I ordered (medium), but with the toppings I added, it was delicious. The toppings bar was clean and well maintained with fresh veggies. The pico de gallo was fresh and tasty! I also tried the fry sauce, which was yummy! I'll be back next year! read more

I stopped by this location on my way back up to North Carolina and figured I'd try and get a hamburger. I would have to say based on other reviews this is much better than a two star joint. I would've given it a four star rating but the inside was very dirty and many of the tables were unclean. I had a bacon cheeseburger combination and being this the first time I've been in a Fuddruckers I was happy to see that they gave me an impressive military discount. The customer service was also awesome but because I moved from table to table to find a clean place to sit I had to change the rating from four star to three star. The condiment area for the topping was pretty clean and full of options but when I looked for mustard ketchup and mayonnaise those areas were pretty unclean. I will be back to try another hamburger, and based on the three stores I'm hoping to app it to four. Thanks again for the tremendous military discount that I have ever seen before. read more

Walking in to the place for the first time may be a little confusing but this is how it goes : you order at the cashier and they will call your name through the intercom or speaker when it's ready. Your burger will not have lettuce and tomatoes and stuff like that on it only the cheese bacon if you get it and cheese if you get it. There is a "buffet" style bar with all the lettuce tomatoes and other things that everyone can pick and choose what and how much they want. The prices are pretty good and I like that I can make my own burger kind of. The fries are excellent and salty and crispy wnd kind of like wedge fries. Overall great burger and seems to be a place to take the family as they have a little arcade spot in the corner. The only thing that wasn't the best was the peach milkshake. It had an odd flavor and it just wasn't worth it. I like how they use the traditional milkshake glasses though. Overall a great burger place but definitely not the best. read more

I ordered a basket of sweet potatoe fries and paid $5.44. When I opened the to go container, I was dumbfounded by the amount of fries that were in there. Lesson learned...don't order those fries! I asked attendant and she said that is what it is. read more

This is not Fuddruckers. They do not serve the fresh juicy burger patties that they were known for. This burger meat is dry, small, flavorless and "Fuddrucker" like in any way. Sad to see a burger place go down in a pathetic way like so. Do not order a 2/3 burger here. You will not get the giant juicy burger they used to serve. You will get 2 dry patties instead. Its awful for the price and brand name. Fuddruckers just lost my business. And if you come on a Sunday like I regrettably did, you'll get a dry old bun on your burger too. read more

There was a long stand of hair in my cheese on my burger. It has been melted into it. I simply gagged and quickly threw the whole meal away. Ok been here many time a burgers and fries are good Burger "dressing " bar with lettuce tomatoes etc is good Food overall is pretty good homemade baked buns rock! My problem is the carpet and tables.. Carpet is well worn and just looks dirty ! The chairs and tables feel as if 1000's of hands have touched them with some sticky substance They either need to be cleaned really good or better yet update the tables! read more

Let's start with the positive. My burger and fries were fresh and hot. Although over priced for what you get. My husbands burger was raw. They did kindly remake it for him. Now, this is why I am giving 2 stars. There was no reason for this restaurant to be filthy. It was 330 in the afternoon and there was staff standing ALL around. But that's all they were doing. Tables had food just sitting on them from probably the lunch crowd. The floors were sticky and nasty. The drink and condiment area needed much attending too. This is just a pet peeve of mine. I hate for my feet to stick to the floor. I really hope they can clean this place up. Sad to say, but so many other places we can go to instead of going back. read more

Tables are usually dirty. Staff doesn't know the menu well. If you get the $4.99 kids meal and want skinny fries, it's $1.50 MORE... be careful or you'll end up spending $10 for the family then you expected. Same deal for adult combos. Skinny fries cost more. read more

I love burgers and Fuddruckers makes an excellent burger. They cook the meat to order and it typically comes out quickly. They make a good ceasar salad and have excellent shoe string fries. The bun is warmed on the grill and is thick and soft. Depending on how busy the place is depends on how clean it is. Staff is constantly cleaning and wiping up floors and counters. But when the place is full, they have a hard time keeping up. And be wary that when the place is full that it is typically loud. I am not sure if it is just the size of the place or if it needs something to absorb sounds, but it can be hard to hear the people around you. read more

I have to admit that I was dubious when my father-in-law suggested we stop here to eat on our way back from vacation. The name did nothing for me, and there are few times that I'm really craving a burger. But the in-laws insisted that it was a great place to eat, so off the interstate and to F*ckers we went. I was even more skeptical once we got inside. Lots of neon and kitschy Applebee's-esque decor adorning the walls and ceiling. The bakery is named Mother Fuddrucker's, for f*ck's sake, and they yell out your name over a loudspeaker when your food is ready. But it was very clean and the service we got at the counter (where you place your order) was very helpful and friendly. The manager, Sterling, even offered us all free cookies since it was our first time there. I'm not mad about free cookies, even if they are baked by someone named Mother F*cker. Our burgers were ready fairly quickly, and here's where the f*cking tides turned. To quote Samuel L. Jackson in Pulp Fiction, "THAT is a tasty burger!" Cooked perfectly and the homemade buns were delicious. Amazingly enough, the bar where you dress up your burger was immaculately clean and the toppings were fresh. And the sweet potato fries... oh, the sweet potato fries. Crispy and salty on the outside, soft and sweet on the inside. My one-year-old loved the few bites I gave him. Though I guess you wouldn't expect a restaurant to be that busy on a Wednesday afternoon in February, this place seemed unusually quiet. It was also a little disconcerting to see the marquee out front encouraging customers "Don't forget to use your gift cards!" Does that mean this place is shutting down? I'll be disappointed if that's the case. It'd be a great place to stop on another road trip. read more
