I liked Fuji Express a lot. The pricing was really good. I paid around 20 dollars for a shrimp rice bowl, angel roll, and crab cheese ragoons. Now it isn't exactly like your favorite hibachi restaurant in terms of flavor but for the price, it's really good. I will definitely go back and it's in a very convenient location. read more

I've shopped at Fuji Express a number of times the past 4 years. Unfortunately, when I patronized your location at 1465 Hudson Bridge Rd, the girl who answered the phone was ill mannered, crass and vulgar to me and my 2 friends. Not only did she botch our order but when my friend tried to call back and complain the same girl continued to be hateful and revolting. For $17.07 and I can buy groceries and cook far superior food. Perhaps the owners should realize that in order to please customers, service has to begin with pleasantries, warmth and most importantly respect. I guarantee you I will never eat, ever spend another cent in your location and I promise you I won't encourage ANYONE I know to remotely buy any meals from you ever again. This review shows the incompetence of taking an order over the phone. This review does not reflect the quality of the food. I ordered the rainbow role with extra ginger and extra wasabi. Paid $9.50 the for the rainbow roll. It came with a minuscule amount of ginger. The best part to me is the pickled ginger. Next time I have a hankering for sushi, I'll just go to publix and get some and buy a jar of my own ginger. Cheaper and better in my opinion. One of my favorite restaurants! They're always friendly and the food is consistently good. It's a casual "fast food" restaurant. Similar to a Panera bread in the fact that they are quick but serve on plates unless you get it to go. It's one of the best places I've ever gotten sushi from. I always order the spicy tuna roll, highly recommended! The restaurant is located in a strip of stores and sometimes it's difficult to find parking right in front but there's usually more parking on the right side of the building. The restaurant is always nice and clean inside, and there's typically plenty of seating or you can get your order to go but then you have to pay if you want extra yum yum sauce and trust me, you want extra. Very good fast food hibachi and sushi. I took my husband who is a very picky picky eater and he enjoyed it. We took hibachi home to our teenage sons and they both agreed they would go back. They had the hibachi chicken and steak. My husband had the hibachi chicken. I enjoyed the sushi. A great place to go when you don't want to head downtown Atlanta. Fuji express is my favorite restaurant on eagles landing parkway! Their food is delicious and super fast and they'll cook it exactly how you want it. I wasn't expecting much from a store front sushi restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised. Upon entrance, I immediately noticed the spotless floors, all of the tables were clean and not sticky or discolored. There is a atmosphere with the lighting and seating arrangement. I ordered my food at the counter, and fixed my drink and sauces in a spotless area. (Everything you need: napkins straws, lids, chopsticks, teriyaki and yum yum sauce) I went to the restroom while they were preparing my food and was shocked at how nice the bathroom was, it was extremely clean, and beautifully decorated! As soon as I returned, the owner brought out my sushi. And it was perfect. I eat a lot of oriental food, and love sushi, so I can honestly say this was some of the best prepared sushi I have eaten. We also ordered the chicken hibachi, which came with fried rice and stir fried broccoli, zucchini, onions, and mushrooms. The dish was very fresh, however it was a little to saucy or salty for my particular taste. My grandson loved it and gobbled it up. I will definitely return again. So disappointing!! I have been coming here over a year and I always order THE SAME THING!! Shrimp Tempura Roll..... menu CLEARLY states "Fried shrimp, cucumber, avacado" never had any issues, today they all the sudden put spicy mayo on it although it does not state that and anytime I have ordered this it has NEVER EVER had spicy mayo. I cannot tolerate spice, it bothers me, not everyone tolerates the same stuff. I called to tell them and the woman, Yuki, told me that it always is in there which it is NOT she also tells me that it is only a little bit of spice so it is fine, no ma'am it is not fine even a little bit of spice bothers me hence why I order something that does not have anything spicy in it. She tells me oh well I dont know what to tell you, wait really? Now I paid $18 for something I cannot eat at all because you are NOT listing it correctly on your menu. I would not let it go so she eventually offers to remake it without the spice after telling me if I do not want spice I need to let them know that, no ma'am if you put spice in something YOU need to LIST THAT! I went back first thing grabbed a menu, walked to her pointed to it and read what it says..... so I say it does not say spicy mayo, Yuki laughs and says yes it says that, I stopped her and said where show me under this listing where it says that, she just keeps laughing! As much as I go there as much as I spend I am so upset and just offended because now she starts speaking Japanese to the man that comes over, no I do not understand that language but you are so very obvious that you are talking about me even though you are the one who is wrong in this situation. I have heard adopt this place but it was not until recently I checked it out. I stopped in just after lunch time and the place was full. Nice place and the restaurant was clean and bright. There are some tables if you would like to eat in the restaurant and a small section for sushi. I ordered the teriyaki chicken with fried rice. The food was tasty, next time I will need to request more sauce. Overall a nice place and I will be back to try some of the other menu items. The prices were reasonable and the portions were good. I started going here ever since they opened! I love their chicken and scallop hibachi the best! And also the Fuji sushi roll: it has eel, cream cheese, and I believe crab meat also, then it is fried. Their noodles are really good too! Since the food is fresh it takes about 10-20 mins to cook the food. I recommend coming here! read more

After many months of not knowing this was a restaurant, I finally decided to check this place out. And to my surprise,it is very clean and the employees are very nice and sweet. My fiancé and I ordered a couple sushi rolls and the fried dumplings. And let me say, they were pretty darn yummy. My only complaint, is the portions are quite small for the sushi and dumplings. I was not impressed by the food. I ordered the shrimp and steak meal with the steak cooked medium. The steak was well down and flavorless along with the shrimp. The saving grace of this place was the crab rangoon. It had a crispy shell and the middle was nice and creamy. The filling was sweet. So, the dipping sauce wasn't needed. Hibachi dishes without the show. Fuji Express is a solid choice for lunch or for any quick meal. It's not super quick, your food is made to order. I received good service and a friendly smile from the young lady behind the counter. The yum yum sauce is good- I think that stuff could make a shoe tasty. I ordered the hibachi shrimp and it was good. I have also had the chicken and it is good. It's not gourmet, but it's good. Laughably small portions. I ordered take-out and I feel totally cheated. The mussel dish consisted of 3 (yes, count them, 3) lone mussels sitting in a styrofoam container. Not even so much as a sprig of parsley to accompany them. The "jumbo" shrimp dish was identically pathetic. I honestly thought someone had accidentally eaten our dinner and just left a few scraps in their containers. It took lots of restraint not to drive back there and throw it in their faces.
