Delicious and Consistent! Tried Fuji Express for the first time with a DoorDash pickup, and I was instantly impressed! My food was hot as in temperature, flavorful, and ready to go. The chicken & shrimp hibachi bowl and crab rangoons were so good, I went back the next day! Second time, I called in my order to compare prices to DoorDash. They were super kind and took my order over the phone. I sat inside while I waited and noticed they had quite a few to-go orders lined up. It wasn't too busy, and the atmosphere was clean and calm and the food was just as delicious. Portions are generous, and they give a great amount of Yum Yum sauce. I see why it was empty with no guests. Don't fall for the bait and switch. I ordered through Uber Eats during a BOGO special. My order included 2 shrimp bowls and the Fancy Salmon Roll. Unfortunately, only one shrimp bowl was included. The second bag was weighed down with Yum Yum sauce and condiments instead of the 2nd Shrimp bowl. I tried calling the restaurant, but the calls went straight to voicemail with no response. The food quality was also disappointing. The Shrimp Bowl rice was clumped together with little flavor, and the shrimp was rubbery. The Salmon Roll was poorly made and tasted terrible. Regardless of what I order, the food NEVER looks or tastes as good as the item pictured.When I say tastes as the item pictured, I mean the same food ordered in comparison to many other restaurants all over the world that serve the same! I get mine with the fried rice and the yum yum sauce seals the deal. This is a small restaurant located in a strip shopping center. It isn't flashy and just happened to catch my attention when we drove past it the other night. I was intrigued so we pulled up the menu. It is Japanese food so there are mostly hibachi options. The meals were cheap for the food that you got. Steak and shrimp was less than $11. It is not cooked in front of you but I'm sure that makes the cost cheaper than a restaurant with a full hibachi show. I got the steak and shrimp with rice and vegetables. My girlfriend got the chicken and shrimp with double rice. We both felt like there was plenty of food. You refill your own drinks and condiments. They offer soy, teriyaki and Yum yum sauce. After you eat, you take your plate to the trash and clean off your table. Overall we were very happy to find a place that offers hibachi at a cheaper price. We felt like the portions were good and the food had good flavor. We will definitely be back when the craving for hibachi hits again. read more

This was my first time here. I brought my 8 year old who is quite the food critic. He had the Philadelphia Roll and really liked it. I found it to be a little heavy and the consistency to be overly mushy with the combination of avocado and cream cheese, but my little Gordon Ramsey said he enjoyed the creamy element. I ordered the Spicy Tuna Roll which was quite delicious but very basic and everything you would expect of a spicy tuna roll. We shared the cream cheese ragoons (think that's how that's spelled) and those were really good. I especially enjoyed the "yummy sauce", which appeared to be a sweet and spicy mayonnaise based sauce and was super yummy! I felt the sauces were better than the food though. The food wasn't bad, but it was super basic and pretty much what you could get from any decent sushi spot. Although the food didn't wow me, my mini foodie really liked it and the customer service was great so if we are ever in the area and craving sushi, we'd give this place another go. read more

You have the option to dine in or place a to go order. It's not huge inside but the restaurant was clean. The sushi quality was good, fresh, and I felt the prices were fair. I had the bagel roll and volcano roll. My husband had the hibachi chicken and I also ordered the veggie hibachi for my son. My son is picky but he actually liked the fried rice and veggies. I have been going to this place for some time now. It always have good food. I recently and got my favorite steak rice and vegetables plate. I phoned in to make my order. Once I received I only waited a few minutes for my food. It was piping hot and tasted amazing. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are friendly. First of all, I had waited 40 minutes, and then a man comes out and gives me my food, claiming that he called my number. I had been listening loud and clear the whole time. Next, 30 minutes later, my eye had swelled, showing I got a allergic reaction. I should have checked, as I know a lot of little restaurants in my area cook in Cold Pressed peanut oil. Highly Refined is peanut oil with no toxins in it. But this is unacceptable. I would have to ask if this was a restaurant that was known for frying or something. I've been here 20+ times now when I'm in town for business, and every time it's been excellent. Good service, very good food, always the same each time - consistency is important once you find a dish you love :) I have the Crab Rangoon (don't @ me, I know a stereotype eating stereotypical foods. They're delicious) and the fancy salmon roll, a side of white rice with yum sauce, yaki udon when it's cold outside, fried banana dessert when it warms up. Service has always been more than fine, and I've observed the employees there take the time to talk to regulars at length way beyond the call of duty - I don't think most people appreciate how annoying and stressful dealing with the public is. As I was passing by, I dropped into Fuji Express to grab a menu and address information (for my fellow Yelpers!) so I can prepare for my first visit later on this week. I've been really excited about this opening for quite some time after first noticing that Fuji was preparing to move into the vacant, empty spot along this strip of businesses. Upon meeting the waitress, I could smell the delicious aroma coming out of their kitchen. It's a shame that I ate too early tonight because I really wish i could've ordered up a dish to try it out!! The place is brand new and super clean, so come impressed and...why not...go ahead and bring a date (whoa there people...it's pretty casual here!). Prices here are extremely sensible, with appetizers ranging in the $5 range and entrees in the $7-11 range. They also serve various $4-8 sushi rolls, salads, and yaki udon noodle plates. The seared tuna salad and kani salads even sound really great!! As you're walking in, you can catch a glimpse of the hibachi grill in the back where your dish is cooked up. Never lets me down!!! Consistent with the taste! The hibachi is delicious. The rice is perfect the meat (chicken & shrimp) are juicy and big pieces. The vegetables are perfectly steamed with the right amount of crunch. They aren't stingy with the yum yum sauce. You have to pay for an additional one, but there is enough in the first cup. The portion is perfect. I eat some for dinner and have the rest for lunch the next day. The sushi is great! Perfect presentation and made fresh. Just tried to eat at fugi express on Hudson bridge road. We met friends there for a birthday. Our friends had already ordered but they would not serve us at 8:30 even though the sign on the door says they are open until 9:00. The owners were very rude and did not want us there even though we were all out by 9:00. There was about 25 in our group so they made money. None of us will spend money there again. They own the place if they want to close earlier put it on their sign on the door. read more

I was disappointed with this one because I was told that they were very good and it didn't turn out that way. For one, I spent between 8-12 dollars for 8 pieces when I could get at least 10 from a different place. I tried Fuji Express for the first time 3/26/22 and was somewhat disappointed. I ordered the Kaji Roll and it was okay and it did not include any wasabi? but my main meal, Steak/Shrimp was very disappointing. The steak was tough and the meat and shrimp was very bland. The hardest things about living south of Atlanta is finding a local decent place to eat sushi/Asian cuisine. This was my third time at this location, which is directly across the street from Walmart and adjacent from McDonald's. Exterior/Interior: The building is well maintained and there is plenty of parking as most folks take this to go. The inside of this location is extremely nice. Always clean and the restrooms are delightful as well. You can certainly tell management put in some extra coins jazzing up this place in comparison to other restaurants in the same plaza. Food: I have ordered the followed: 1. Crab Rangoon: I like the texture, but these often are over cooked and there is no stuffing inside. 2.
