So, my wife ordered shrimp nigiri, which we normally have at other sushi restaurants & know what it looks like & how much rice is under the shrimp.... why they come out this BS?!!! They gave my wife a "knot" of rice under the shrimp. Like it was a mile of shrimp hanging off. &, we all know the rice is supposed to be the same length of the shrimp. I asked the people about this explaining that we normally get this. They look me right in my eyes & tell me "that's how it's supposed to be." Got Doordash for this spot and everything was packaged nicely. The wasabi was pre-packaged and weirdly colored and not real wasabi, so I didn't care for that at all! I liked the happy hour for 2 items, where it was a buy one get one free, so I saved some money. The garlic edamame was cooked perfectly-5 stars for not overcooking it! Miso soup was great! Lots of bean curd and broth was tasty. Gyoza was crispy outside but the filling lacked flavor, pretty bland and disappointing. The MGM rolls were a complete disappointment. There was so much rice you couldn't fit the slice into your mouth! I was so full from my other items I only suffered through this 3x before giving up, it lacked flavor. The next day for lunch I lightly heated it up. For each piece I removed half of the rice before dipping it in the weird wasabi they give you. It left me disappointed as it was tasteless. When I was done there was a bunch of rice as if they pad the fish with excessive rice to save money. It left me feeling as if I hadn't enjoyed any sushi which is one of my favorite foods. This place was good when it first open, but now i question the freshness. I'd rather them tell me they have no Uni, rather than serve me old Uni. i wouldn't have spent money on the all day price because Uni is literally the only reason I pay the extra price. The rolls were good. the appetizers were good. The seafood salad was super cold, like they just took the fish out the freezer. I was biting down on icy fish. I don't think it was worth the money. To be honest, I'd rather make the drive to China Town for fresh sushi. I don't know if they have a new sushi chef, but it was nothing like when they first open. What a great spot. I frequent this area a lot and happy to see Fuji Feast here. The restaurant is not that big. I'm sure if you have a big party, they can put tables together. The decor is also nice. We sat right where the food were coming out from the kitchen so someone was always standing right by our table (back facing.) Food: Agedashi Tofu Red Dragon Roll Spicy Tuna Roll Enoki Chips The rolls are a good size. Easy to bite. The Red Dragon Roll was a little disappointing. I could not taste the garlic ponzu sauce at all. I will say that the fish was fresh. The Agedashi Tofu was so good. I've never had a huge piece like the one served before but still good. I would recommend the restaurant to give a knife or something to cut it. The highlight!!! Enoki Chips. It was so light and the chili flake seasing was a game changer. I loved the crispiness. MY FAVORITE AYCE SPOT !! I have been to so many ayce sushi spots in vegas, and this place became my favorite the second we got our first order or nigiri! Yall, Look at the fish:rice ratio photo that I posted. It's insane. Even my dad said this was one of the best experiences he's had for ayce sushi. We loved it. The night was so amazing. It was perfect. We really liked the baked green mussels and pistachio ice cream as well. We didn't like the sushi rolls too much, because they have a lot of rice and little filling, but they were yummy anyways. We just prefer nigiri! W ow new adventure in this tiny all you can eat restaurant. Cute with nice deco. I ordered the monster roll, volcano roll and shrimp and vegetable tempura. The monster roll was delicious and very flavorful. The volcano roll was soooo delicious and yummy and then we ordered the Taiko Roll and crazy roll. The Taiko roll was amazing. This is absolutely a do over restaurant. It was extremely nice to find a wonderful restaurant like this in a smaller venue on Nellis blvd. I would rather support small establishments like this on a regular basis then some of the larger places that charge much more for not as good food. It helps them and the local community. I got off of work early last Friday and was craving some sushi. I saw that Fuji Feast had finally opened and I wanted to check it out. The restaurant is small but it has very cool wallpaper that immerses you. Since I arrived in time for AYCE lunch pricing, I got that. I mostly eat nigiri when I go out for sushi and I thought everything here was pretty delightful. I also got the spicy garlic edamame which I thought were a little over done, but the taste was still yummy. I ordered a couple special rolls like the rainbow roll and no name. I thought both were good but needed more sauce or seasoning to amp up the flavor. The two waitresses were nice as well. I'll definitely bring my friends with me next time I'm craving sushi. Decided to give them a try last night. Online they have a deal buy one roll and get one roll free. I had the fried roll and tempura roll. It was cheap and it tasted like it. I was so excited to try this place because an ayce sushi in the east side? Let's go! But that excitement turned into a little disappointment and not sure if I will go back again. The service was soooooo slow that when we walked in it was still bright outside and when we left it was already dark outside. Took over 10 minutes before someone took our drinks, took over 20 minutes before our first order came. I understand they only had 2 people working but they should have been more prepared. Food/sushi wise. The sushi is okay, not the great sushi I've had but also not the worse I've had. Fish to ratio look at the picture of the saba we ordered. It's so tiny at least for us. Appetizer/side dish, the uni pasta was good and enoki chips, other than that everything else ok. They definitely need improvement. You guys are working your 2 ladies so much. They are doing a job of 3 people. Hostess, server, buss ladies that's so crazy! On top of that, they gotta deal with irate customers due to the wait.
