    Chicken Bowl
    Brianna M.

The food is so so yummy and flavorful. Butttt I would say it's overpriced for the ratio of meat/rice you get. I paid $18 (before tax) for a chicken bowl and I got maybe one chicken breast worth of chicken. Kinda disappointing tbh. It was so yummy but they def pack it up w rice and kinda skimp you on the meat. Definitely give enough veggies though which was nice. I'm conflicted cause it was soo tasty and the flavors were amazing but I really hoped to get more meat. Maybe cause I'm used to eating so much protein because I strength train/body build. I mean I would try this place to see if it's worth it for you! But u don't think it's worth it for me :)!

Entree' 1 Lobster and shrimp combo. The shrimp was nicely spiced and cooked perfectly, same for the lobster. The rice and vegetables were bland and very greasy. Entree' 2 Steak and Lobster combo. The steak was tender and cooked as requested. The lobster was also spiced and cooked perfectly. The rice and vegetables were bland and saturated in oil. Appetizer Potstickers greasy but spiced. $187 Service was quick and friendly.

I ordered a steak bowl last night and was extremely disappointed with what I received. I come here often and usually enjoy the food, so this experience was a big letdown. The rice in my bowl had a dry crust on it, like it had been sitting out for hours. The steak was tough, had a strange smell, and tasted nowhere near fresh. On top of that, there were no vegetables in my bowl at all. I ended up taking a couple pieces of zucchini and broccoli from my daughter's plate just to have something, and she also paid $25 for her meal. For the price, the quality was unacceptable. The meal looked and tasted old, and the portion was disappointing. Even the customer service was off -- the young woman at the counter was not polite and came across as rude. I'm a regular customer, so I was genuinely surprised and disappointed by how poorly everything was handled. I hope this was just an off night, but this experience definitely made me question returning.

I first heard about Vanilla Rice's Hibachi House through my boot camp gym, where the owner, Zach "Vanilla Rice" Tolen, was in one of my boot camp classes just recently. This place is located on Flamingo and Pecos, in an older side of Las Vegas that I usually don't frequent as much, unless I'm visiting my family friend and her son, who live literally right around the corner from here. Please keep in mind that this is a to-go place ONLY - there are absolutely no dine-in options here. My boyfriend went inside to go get the food and he told me when he got back out to the car that there was only one chair inside. I could already tell that the food was going to be yummy because I could smell their hibachi from the car. We placed an order through DoorDash prior to heading out. We ordered a side of potstickers with a drizzle of yum yum sauce, a steak bowl, and a chicken burrito. DoorDash told us that it would be ready in about 15-20 minutes, with the drive there taking about 20 minutes. Our order was not exactly ready when we got there, in which we waited an additional 10-15 minutes. The potstickers were really good, but I felt that the yum yum sauce was a bit on the sweet side. The chicken burrito had a mix of rice and noodles inside, including a variety of vegetables. I ended up nicknaming it the "Chinese Burrito" due to its' ingredients. I was really enjoying my burrito...until I came towards the end of it. Some of the noodles at the bottom were dry/not cooked all the way through and I came really close to chipping a tooth as a result. Luckily I didn't. My boyfriend enjoyed his steak bowl, which basically had the same ingredients as my burrito, except he had steak and not chicken. He said that he had some dry noodles towards the end of his bowl as well. It was also expensive compared to the quality of the food we received, so my final star rating here is a 3. I would've given it a 4 if it weren't for the dry noodles. Sorry Vanilla Rice. :(

Thanks you an amazing night at the Dailey engagement party. We had an amazing time! So much laughter and great jokes. Food was very flavorful and delicious! It's a win/win what an absolute experience. If you don't book him you're missing out.

This by far one of the best hibachi I've had. So much flavor and they serve a big amount of food. The shrimp is seasoned with a sea food season g that is amazing not too salty and the steak was cooked great I asked for medium well because I didn't not want it too over cooked and it was great. As we waited for our order they had great music playing seeing the cooks giving to the music was nice. The young girl who took our order was so friendly she guided us through it all she was very helpful since it was our first time and from California.

The food itself tasted ok, but the customer service and experience went downhill quickly. The chef decided to share our shrimp and steak with the neighboring table. It felt unfair and awkward to say the least. We did not think our food order is communal...since our bill sure wasn't. I can't help but wonder if assumptions were being made--whether about our preferences or something else--but regardless, it wasn't appropriate. To make matters worse, we were only asked and given only one ice cream instead of two since it was supposed to come with each combo order. Maybe they assumed adults don't care for dessert? I'm not sure, but it added to the feeling of being overlooked. The food was fine, but the unnecessary drama and poor service ruined the experience. I wouldn't recommend this place. It felt like they care more about putting on a show for certain guests than treating all customers equally.

She laughed, "it will slow down!" 4 years ago to today she was right. Now after 18 addresses I can't imagine living anywhere else. If you're bored in Vegas the problem is the person in the mirror. On any given night any assortment of random adventures can happen, you just have to follow the white rabbit. After a week of PR maxing with both Claude & inside the Iron Church I needed a self date. I eat my feelings. I selected Pisces, I ended up destroying Mizumi ( @mizumi.wynnlv ).    I posted up at the Pisces bar, ordered a sparkling water, I'm too bougie for steel, and started strategizing what to devour. The couple next to me from Nashville started a discussion with the bartender about their plans for Nobu. I had to intervene, "...that place sucks! In fact all the versions of Nobu in Vegas are terrible." They laughed, then retorted "...how about the one in Manhattan?" I passed back "...I lived there, went to it a few times, that one's incredible." The bartender inquired about Mizumi. "It's on my list I exclaimed!" "Do you want to join us?" they shouted! "I'm game!". A friendly gesture to help them avoid wasting money on a 5/10 landed us all at the best sushi experience I've had in Vegas so far.     Everything about this spot was dialed in, from the best Japanese Uni I've had in the U.S. outside my time Hakodate, to the meticulously designed serene koi fish filled pond outside, to the extremely knowledgeable and attentive staff, all of it. My new friend looks at me and goes, my wife will not eat as much as us, order it all. Not knowing me, I asked if he was sure, twice. At the end, he laughed, "...that's the first time I've left a feast this full!" My friends know the drill, we need to hang out again I said.     My only complaint about this spot, my stomach wasn't big enough to eat more.
