Sooooooooooo this place really killed it!! It's a little hidden, but don't let that stop you because you'll regret it! Everything was amazing, nothing short of solid this is our 2nd or 3rd time back, I'm not sure? Not keeping count cause we know we'll keep coming anyways, shout out to this new business, you guys know what you're doing

Such a positive experience! You have a great AYCE starting at $30. You have so many options to choose from and the good is flavorful, creative, and fresh. I ordered something called a monkey roll, it has banana and crab. It sounds like it shouldn't work and wouldn't work. It's actually really good. I give kudos to having a creative menu like that. The staff is friendly and kind. Inside is nice. I like that the booths are raised pretty high, just for more privacy.

The food is delicious! The waitress was really sweet and the prices are very good. Super happy we found this place!

8/10 Got the Hawaii roll, yellowtail lover roll, and the calamari tempura. Ended up eating here by accident because our pho spot next door was closed. I will say for a hole in he wall spot, this place has some solid sushi for LV which I was pleasantly surprised about. Would definitely come back to try other rolls, but the Hawaii roll was my favorite of the two.

My husband and I had a positive experience here. The price is probably the lowest in the city. The menu is identical to the Its Sushi so come here to dine with no wait. Service was awesome. There was only one other table dining at the time. Service was fast too. Come check this place out for your future date night or gatherings. So sad there was no alcohol. They might be on their soft opening. Don't forget to get the strawberry cheesecake ice cream at the end!

Super clean restaurant with great AYCE prices and even greater food! Love that they have a variety of yellowtail rolls too! The service was great - servers were always attentive and the food came out pretty quickly. Will definitely recommend if you're craving sushi

This is a fancy SMANZY type place with ultra fancy modern atmosphere. It is also not cheap to dine here so you only go when you can do your SPLURGE night. We decided t try the "Taste of Samba" menu (at this time $120. a person for 5 courses of signature dishes) Our server Yuko was exceptional. My husband inquired about a saki pairing menu and Yuko came up with her suggestions right away. A word of warning if you are doing a tasting menu. The food is all amazing and delicious. Some people might need to hold back on eating all the delicious edamame and plantain chips so you have more stomach room. One of the first dishes on the tasting menu was the salmon tiradito. It was truly amazing. The flavors, the freshness and now maybe I can't eat regular neighborhood sushi after this? And also the fruity saki that Yuko paired with it was just right. Next round was these incredible mini salads that you could eat like snacks with miso, basil, and pistachios. We also enjoyed crispy yellowtail taquitos with Peruvian sauce. And we also got Japanese A5 Kobe Goyza that were embellished with tasty kabocha squash. The beef was really great and really melted in your mouth. One of our favorite tastings was the sea bass anticucho. It was so perfect and so delicious and full of interesting flavors. This came with Peruvian corn and a filet mignon skewer that was also very good but we both thought that the sea bass popped a bit more. After that we (getting full now) enjoy super amazing sushi. The nigiri were LIGHT YEARS BETTER than what you get at regular (cheap) sushi places. I didn't eat the tiger maki because it contained shellfish but my husband said that it was very good. (he also was full by now). Dessert was an assortment of Mochi. It was somebody's birthday and we were served complimentary sparking saki. If I could change things I would LOVE to have a slightly smaller tasting menu and also a slightly smaller LUNCH tasting menu (since they are open for lunch). Also a word of WARNING for locals. Parking is not FREE to locals when something is going on at the Sphere. They charge you a CRAZY $30. to park from (I think 4-9pm? on a special event day) This is not Sushisamba's fault so I'm not deducting anything here but might write about this for the Venetian. The Taste of Samba Menu is amazing and the service too was over the top. I highly recommend for a special splurge night.

We started with the pork belly, which was actually the only thing we didn't care for, so we ended up sending that back. Everything after that, though, was SO good. The garlic spicy salted edamame was delicious and such a good way to start. We also tried several of their all-day specials--the yellowtail carpaccio, crunchy onion albacore, and seared bluefin tuna--and all three were delicious. Normally the specials are limited to one per person with AYCE, but since we were ordering à la carte, we could order however many we wanted. For rolls, I got the A Little Tease Roll and really enjoyed it. My husband got the Call 911 roll, and judging by how quickly it disappeared, I'd say he loved his too . My son kept it simple with a California roll and a cup of rice, which worked perfectly for him. We also shared a lychee nigiri, one of my favorites, and it was super yummy. The ambiance is probably one of my favorite things about this place. It's really fun and feels like somewhere you could come for a date night, but it's still completely comfortable for families. It would also be a great spot to come with a group. The surrounding area looks a little sketchy, so don't let that throw you off. Once you walk inside, it seriously feels like you've been transported somewhere completely different. The restaurant itself is really nice and has such a fun vibe. It was incredibly tender and practically melted in our mouths. It was so good that we ate it before we even thought about taking a picture! I ended up finding a photo of it on TARU's website because it deserved to be included. Next, we had a Salmon Roll, and then we decided to put ourselves in the chef's hands and asked him to make us a Chef's Surprise.
