You get a good bang for your buck. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is good. I like the portion sizes and they are a good share option. The prices as good as well. The menu isn't huge but it's enough to please everyone. The clear soup wasn't delicious but it was complementary so I didn't expect much. There is plenty of space in the building as well as parking. I loved the thoughtful Asian decor, the friendliness of the staff, the efficient menu and service. The clear soup was perfect for a rainy day like today. I added the side of noodles (which also had broccoli and mushrooms) to the broth for a satisfying noodle soup. The menu was simple but varied enough for different appetites and likes/dislikes. The shrimp and steak combo was delicious and a very generous portion. My to-go order was packed well and securely. Only thing I thought was missing are dessert options - mochi ice cream or something like that would have been a nice finish to the meal. I'll never say the food here isn't great, because it is, but one negative thing I always tell anyone when they ask about Fuji is that the people can be outright smart mouthed and rude as hell. I've been eating here since the location opened and at the Westgate location for years. I've always overlooked the rudeness, but tonight was the final straw. My mom came through the drive last night and if you've been here you know there's always a chubby guy working the drive through window that's rude as hell. Well my mom was going to pay with "Tap to Pay" and he needed to take her phone. She reached him the phone but it blacked out. So he tells her you need to unlock your phone. She truns back towards him but instead of him putting the phone in her hand and making sure she has it, he drops the phone before her hand is fully out her car window. The phone never touches her hand and it falls directly on the concrete face down. He never apologizes or even shows any remorse. My mom gets out of her car to get her phone to see it's shattered, and not working properly. Another worker walks up who could have been the chubby guy's boss and the chubby guys says "I didn't do anything" . Again he never apologized, or even asked if the phone was ok. He just acted like nothing happened. Mistake or not if something like this happens the right to do would be to apologize and ask if everything was ok with the phone. Not to take the attitude of f*CK it, it's not my phone. This isn't the first problem with him we've had but it will be the last because no one from my family will ever eat here again. read more

Terrible customer service. Very impolite and ill mannered. I requested a refund because the food wasn't to my liking (the chicken was raw and there was no indication that it had been cooked) and was told to never come back again which is a shame because I've been eating here for years and NEVER had an issue before. This location pre makes all there chicken in large quantities. I've eaten here 5 times and the chicken always has that reheated chewy textured taste . I've eaten at other locations , mostly the Boiling Springs location and I know how good it can potentially be . Today I witnessed (through the small opening too the kitchen ) , a large clear plastic bin of likely 10 lbs of precooked cubed chicken , which confirmed my thoughts on why it's always chewy and not fresh tasting , but what I witnessed next was purely disgusting. The cook was casually leaning on the table carrying on a conversation while reaching into the pre -cooked chicken bin and appeared to be messaging each piece of chicken and dropping it back into the tub . I know for certain this isn't some ancient Japanese chicken tenderization technique , because the chewy chicken I Previously received proves otherwise . On a positive note the guy at the register taking my $$ was wearing cool purple latex gloves . Being the dummy that I am , I payed for it anyway and trashed it as soon as I got to work ! If they do this openly who knows what they do behind the scenes . It goes too show anything 10 minutes or less likely won't be quality . If your ok with that then great , go for it , but I know what Fuji suppose to taste like after eating there likely 200 times . read more
