Hot and spicy shredded pork.
Joe V.

Stopped here for lunch today. Had my usual craving for Chinese food. I had the hot and spicy shredded pork. I've eaten at dozens, maybe hundreds of Chinese places over the years. This was in the top five. The food wasn't overly greasy or soggy. It tasted fresh and delicious. The pork fried rice was excellent. I chose the wonton soup which also very good and I had a can of soda. $8.75 including tax. The portion was big too. I will be back here next week.

Fujian is a good Chinese takeout place with a friendly staff. I've tried a few different lunch combinations here, and I've enjoyed them all. The chicken with broccoli, chicken with garlic sauce, general tso's chicken, and kung pao chicken, were all great. The meals weren't too greasy and were pretty flavorful. The portion sizes aren't the biggest I've seen at a Chinese takeout place, but they aren't the smallest either. The portions are reasonably sized. The lunch combos (7 days a week) come with your choice of white or fried rice, and are pretty reasonably priced at around $5 or $6. You get a soup, a can of soda, or an egg roll for free with your lunch combo. Its located on Valley Blvd., the main road in Wood-Ridge. On this road there is plenty of street parking available.

This is very bad and potentially dangerous.

Best Chinese food in Wood Ridge. Hands down. Top notch and excellent services! Boneless spare ribs are the best!

Best Chinese food in the area! Great for delivery. I wish they had a nicer area for sit down because the food is delicious.

Very cute, small Chinese food spot on the corner of a plaza in Lodi. My family has been ordering…read morefrom them since 2003 and they've always been great! Walked down there today to get some curry chicken, and it's very flavorful as to be expected - and I love that they add snap peas and water chestnuts to their curry! The woman at the front is extremely effective for how busy it can get between both the in-person orders and over the phone, and was even able to order in Chinese with her! 多謝您們,唐人中華料理!

We decided to go out of our way and give them a try, based on some old Yelp photos of their pan fried dumplings and how good it looked in the photos. I constantly subject myself to new, lower-end establishments in hopes of finding gems here and there, but I should have known better with this one. This restaurant is very typical of any Chinese fast food restaurant and they serve most of the usuals here - I'm hoping the "usuals" of Chinese fast food need no introduction what so ever. In addition, there are your lunch specials as well, which are served daily from 11AM - 3PM. We ended up ordering the Pan Fried Pork Dumplings and a Chicken with Garlic Sauce Lunch Special with Pork Fried Rice and Wonton Soup for takeout. First, before I dive into the flavors, it was very disappointing to find out that the Pan Fried Pork Dumplings only came with 6 pieces. 6 pieces for $8!?!? What has this world come to that a bootleg pan fried pork dumpling is $1.33 each!?!? As for the food, meh. The pork dumplings were rather very average. It wasn't great, but it wasn't the worst pork dumpling I've ever had. As for the Chicken with Garlic Sauce - another meh. I've definitely had better when it comes to this type of a lunch special. The taste of it all was just a bit off and not as good as other Americanized Chinese fast food we've had at other places. It was worth a try to see if they served better pan fried dumplings than our favorite Chinese fast food restaurant, but the answer was a clear NO. As for the other food, it wasn't much better either.

Even with a 20 min delivery trip the food was so good. I highly recommend going for the house special menu. We got the Tea Smoked Duck, Spicy Crispy Fish, Ma Po Tofu and Tasty Flounder Fillet - the spice was strong but so flavorful and not overpowering. The cold lightly pickled cucumbers are a great fresh counterbalance to the warming spice. Highly recommend - oh and the kids ordered regular standard Chinese dishes like General Tso and chicken and broccoli and loved them as well.

Before going to the restaurant, I've been craving a nice Braised Beef noodle soup and they didn't disappoint! Such great flavors and great portion for the price ($13/bowl). The beef was perfectly braised and ripped apart tenderly . The broth was delicious and on point . Definitely satisfied my craving and exceeded my expectations! Waitstaff was great and attentive, filling up our tea without even asking. Service was quick and efficient. Highly recommend this authentic restaurant! They charge a 3% surcharge for credit cards to be sure to bring cash if you want to avoid the fee. Plenty of parking in the Plaza.
