The range is fine and reasonably priced. That's all the positives about this place. The kids who work there are much more interested in talking to each other than the customers. The few older employees appear to be sullen and uninterested in their customer's needs. The prices on guns are literally list plus 20 to 40%. Overpriced. Anderson lowers for $120! Can be found in the area for $50-$60. Everything is overpriced. Ask what single stack 9mm they have. They say "oh Definitely XDs" They guy hands me a .45, then a .40, all of this after i said i did not like Springfield XD handguns, then they say oh we don't have any in 9mm. Overpriced with poor service. take your business elsewhere. Large selection but very pushy, and the staff would much rather giggle with each other and regulars trying to impress each other. Review is that if their shooting range; do not care about their firearms for sale, as they are, in general, overpriced. Range pros first: Brick shooting stalls, less chance for a gun newbie (seems like the majority of the customers based on their shooting skills) to shoot you in the head. They do a decent job of ventilating the range. They have a very friendly dog ("austirian" (doesn' t look like it made it quite to the German border) Shepard of sorts. The dog liked me, it was the only creature there that was friendly to me. Range Cons: 1. Very expensive if you rent their guns. They do not allow to shoot your ammo in/from their rentals, even if it's brass high quality TMJ/FMJ new factory ammo. You have to buy from them, and the prices on their ammunition (some of it appears to be "re-manufactured", like Freedom Munition which I do not care for/shoot from my guns even new) are exuberant. 2. Web site - uninformative, for one I could not find prices on their web site so you need to come in or call (assuming you have a lot of patience), to be "pleasantly" surprised. 3. Very very tight spaces/passages, actually claustrophobic, the place is almost always crowded due to its location. Shabby in general. Parking might be in issue due to the busy plaza it is located at. Brass piles on the floor. No waiting area, you might be required to stand in line for 30 minutes or more, constantly being pushed by people coming in/out. 4. Poorly/dimly lit. Dark. Too dark, for my taste. 5. Bill/receipt was not properly itemized, had to ask for clarification on charges. 6. Rental guns were dirty. One gun, which is considered to be one of the best top notch 9mm guns would constantly FTE. It was dirtier than Isaac. Most likely dirty extractor and chamber, combined with out of spec Freedom Munition ammo, but the spent casing would just stay in the chamber. The other gun was not sighted correctly. Groups were super tight, but too high. 7. Can't say that I particularly enjoyed their staff I had to deal with. The dog was friendlier to me than their staff. 8. I was told "we do not usually object" to picking/saving your brass, but for the most firearms (unless you shoot a revolver or bottom eject), brass bounces between narrow stall's walls hitting you on the head and elsewhere, most of it ending in front of the firing line. So not possible to save brass really. Overall summary. Even given that I spend over $150 there for 1 hour, I did not enjoy being there in the least. (Not because I spent so much, but because I spent so much and did not enjoy it due to the above. Aside from playing with the dog) I finally felt good and relieved when I left, which is a sign in itself. No more going there for me. You mileage may vary. read more

i went to full armor firearms years ago and it was much smaller then. i went about a week ago and now they have a shooting range....which was no different then anywhere else as far as prices go. About 60 bucks to shoot one of there 9mm carbines ..when you factor in ammo you have to buy from them and gun rental. i looked around the store and they have a nice selection but i was looking at a trigger upgrade and they want 100.00 bucks to install and on my particular gun that takes ive been told 5 seconds. i saw a kel-tek rdb or rfb whichever one is the 308. was almost 1k higher then another gun store i saw it at. i understand supply and demand. i didnt get a chance to look at there none custom ar-15s so cant vouch for the prices on those. the staff was nice though especially in the gun range area. i would assume most people shop around when looking into purchasing a firearm so definately do your homework before making a purchase so you dont pay more then you should. forgot to mention other store i was at was offering about 30 bucks for trigger upgrade and was willing to install it for free. side note they had a german shephard walking around the store which was cool. read more

I was very disappointed in the service I received at this store. They have kids manning their gun sales, whom don't know a "rat's a _ _" from a hole in the ground. If you are going to run a business, at least train and educate your employees about your products and services. In addition, their firearms were way overpriced. I will NEVER go there again, and honestly, I can not recommend them to anyone. read more

Very good experience with this place thus far. Walked in interested in an AR-15. I was still actively researching online and really just wanted some hands on with different models. I was almost instantly greeted and helped. They answered all my questions and I found the rifle I wanted with a modified rail at a good price. Yet I didn't plan to purchase that day. I browsed around some more. Then the rifle I wanted literally got sold in front of my face... :( The sales guy looked at me and said "sorry". I laughed as it was my fault. Later on the owner noticed me browsing and asked if he could help. I told him the story and he found the man who helped me. Found out which AR it was and which rail and said he would build it for me and give me same price. Sweet! I ended up getting it $100 less than before and added some OD green accessories to it. Plus he threw in some pop up iron sights cause I lost my front sights with the 15" rail. Plan to make this my go to range as well. Thanks again. read more

i have tried several times to do business with a local store to my neighborhood. Every time has been a nightmare. They flat out lie on the guns and they are higher that anywhere on their prices. James the owner is a smooth talking con artist. Every repair i have had done i have had to take else where to repair their repairs. i have tried to go thru them for class 3 items and that was a disaster. them loosing my paperwork 3 times and of coarse blaming the BATF. They kept my money for over a year before i could get a refund. go anywhere else. How they stay in business is beyond me. read more

I didnt feel pressure to buy they were total cool with me just walking around and asking questions and i couldnt be happier with my weapon purchase. Great place! Haven't made it in there in about a year and was able to stop in this afternoon... It's grown tremendously! Probably 5 times the size of the last time I was there. Great staff all around and pretty much any firearm you could think of. Let us test out the new indoor range for free with their full auto glock 18, icing on the cake. Very disappointed in gunsmith services. Left an antique J Cesar .635 to be inspected and cleaned in early May (in pieces in Baggie). Told it would take upto 6 wks. to take care of. Two months later, stopped by to check on status, told gunsmith assigned to my J Cesar left company. One month later, stopped by again and told they were looking for parts, but I could tell the gun, still in pieces in a Baggie, had not been touched. It's bad enough they didn't get around to the gun, but they then lie about why.. Very unprofessional. read more

Been coming to this gun shop/range for past six months. Sent my grandson there to buy his first pistol. Staff was very patient and helped him pick a gun. I took a brand new rifle scope in today to see if they could repair it. I've been working with the online retailer who sold me the scope for two weeks and still haven't gotten the ok to return the scope for a replacement. Owner greeted me and looked at the scope. The distance index ring on the adjustable objective wasn't glued on and was loose. He glued it back on and didn't charge me a dime. Can't beat that kind of service. Haven't been there when I didn't get greeted by every member of the staff. Always feel welcome there. Great gun shop and great range. Highly recommended. read more

Do not go to this range! They ripped me off! They started out very nice and treated me great and sold me a go,d membership, stating it was for me and my husband, saying we could bring 1 friend for fee each time and that we each get a gold card. Then we go to use it and the card is only in my husbands name ( I paid and they picked the man to put it under not the female, even though my card and my name) and I am his 'guest'. I said that wasn't what we were told and the lady at the counter proceeded to argue with me so we shot and left. Went back next day and said it wasn't what we were to,d, the owner said he would put card in my name and asked me to just think about it. I left him a copy of my ID to make me a card. Thought on it and decided I did not want the membership, so went back and told them I wanted a refund and was not going to use the membership since it wasn't what I was told. The owner grabbed his partner and they refused to give me a refund (though not posted anywhere) and said they would honor the original agreement and get me a card and my husband one. It has been over a month and I still have no card so can't shoot and they don't care. They rip off people and are a very dishonest company. I still do not have my membership card but they have my money so they do not care! I am also reporting them to better business bureau and city of Houston read more
