Instead of simply helping us, she scolded us for placing the order online and told us we should have called the order in directly because "the sandwiches would have tasted better" if we had. That made no sense, especially since we had already tried calling and no one answered. The interaction was disrespectful, embarrassing, and happened in front of other customers. We also left a generous tip on a large order, which made the experience even more disappointing. Had we been treated that way over the phone, we never would have ordered from them in the first place. Unfortunately, the customer service was so poor that it overshadowed everything else. We honestly left feeling uncomfortable about eating the food after how hostile the interaction was. I almost never leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt it was important to share. We won't be returning.
