I have been a patient of Dr. Shreder at Full Circle Health for the past 7 years. This is the only doctor that I have ever seen in my adult life who actually took the time to listen to what problems and symptoms I was experiencing. After seeing a couple of different doctors, and even being on pain management for a year too long, he was the only doctor to actually find a tear in my meniscus even when previously a Surgeon told me I was too young to have knee problems; sending me away in tears; not believing me and the pain I had been dealing with for years. After struggling with extreme exhaustion and weight issues, Dr. Shreder always makes time to listen to all the details of what I was experiencing and due to his constant drive to find answers and new treatments, he was able to find that due to low testosterone and not a thyroid issue It was causing me to be extremely tired, not only has this improved my health but also my quality of life. I have lost weight on their weight lost program, and I no longer struggle with exhaustion. Full Circle Health is always bettering themselves with new procedures and have shown that they really care about my health and well being. The staff is always friendly and the PCP is quick and through! If your health is important to you, and you want a doctor and staff that actually cares about YOU! If you are looking for a medical facility that is like a fast food restaurant and doesn't care about you, then you might want to go somewhere else, because this place actually cares, and isn't going to rush you out of the office just because they have a schedule to keep. Dr Shreder and his office manager John and the staff at Full Circle Health are outstanding individuals. They are compassionate and helpful. This office provides a personal touch not commonly found in other Doctors offfices. They offer sound advice and care for patients in a way that goes above the norm. I personally use their vitamins in conjunction with a blood test they provide that determines the specific vitmains a body needs. I feel and sleep much better since ive been taking the vitmains. I highly recommend all people to get the Spectra Cell blood test and then order the vitmains through Full Circle Healths network of trusted vitmamin providers. Stay away from this place! We used to be happy with them, until we found out that the NP put diagnoses in my file that are not true and that i was not even tested for! It caused major problems for me in the process of obtaining insurance policies and we had to pursue legal action against her. Dr. Shreder and Sarah were both equally unethical in my attempts to get the problem fixed. They are up-coding by putting my serious things in the medical record to obtain higher reimbursement from insurance. I urge everyone to get copies of their records and double check what they are listing as diagnoses - especially if you are getting hormone replacement here. Do not just get copies of your lab work. Get copies of the medical record that they put notes on for each visit!!! read more

I was a new patient. I was satisfied overall. Not all the staff have personality and it comes across as rude (the check out person), but that is a personality defect, not a reflection of how they feel about me as a patient. As a whole, the office is professionally ran, and the staff know their roles. I appreciated the time NP Hill took with me. She seemed knowledgeable and caring. She asked Dr. Frye's opinion and together they planned my testing and care. I appreciate the time they took with me as a new patient. They followed up promptly on my test results and I appreciate that. This is a large practice so it will not feel intimate at first, however, I am confident that once they get to know my case better it will fit like and hand and glove!! read more

Sarah will put diagnoses in your chart that are not true, not tested for, and that you have no symptoms of....this will be especially true if you are seeing her for hormone balancing.....it caused me to get denied for an insurance policy and much money had to be spent on a lawyer to get the problem repaired on my permanent record. She and the doctor were completely unwilling to do the right thing and kept standing by the bogus diagnosis (though no tests were done to rule it in or out and I had no symptoms of it!!). Unethical people. You should be getting copies of your record each visit and not just your lab work!!!! Or just steer clear! Been trying to get a hold of Dr office for a week now, I have a prescription I am on daily and have to take. I need a refill and have got no response, my pharmacy has tried to reach out to them, I have emailed and left several messages, and today when I call yet again the voice mail was full. This is not the first time I have had problems with them, so I guess its time to move on to someone new. So sad the a doctors office who has patients can just ignore them, I get I can't go in, but I am dependent on my medicine, they should at least have staff dealing with refills for people. It says they are doing telehealth but when I even try to make an appointment there are not appointments available on their website. read more

Sarah DeRubeis is THE best nurse practitioner I have ever seen, anywhere. I will admit that I have never been comfortable with seeing anyone that's not a doctor and that was true the first time I saw Sarah. She won me over immediately and I now request her. She has helped keep me healthy for many years now (I even followed her when she left this practice for awhile!). I have referred friends to her in past and continue to refer people because I feel better now than I have in years, thanks to her vast knowledge of hormone balancing and her care in making me feel my best, not just looking at test results, but looking at the whole person. Pilot Medical Certification. Full Circle Health in Mesa has excellent service. Dr Shreder's bedside manner is very sincere and to the point. He is a pilot and knows how important the 1st class medical issuance is to pilots. I'm a pilot and get my flight physical there on a regular basis and have for years. In fact during my annual visit earlier this year, the doctor discovered a heart murmur, which if not detected, could of cause serious repercussions. I am a newer patient of Dr. Frye's having just been placed on Medicare. He always takes time to listen to me and my heath issues and concerns. I am comfortable sharing with him. He is a caring and compassionate Doctor who treats me as a person and not a dollar sign. His staff is great. They always follow up on things. I never have a problem getting an appointment. He is on time with his appointments 99.9% of the time. His assistant takes my vitals and he's in the room within a couple minutes. Best Doctor I have ever had!!! read more

It is always a pleasure to go into to see Dr. Frye at Full Circle Health. The staff is very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I have been going there for almost 20 years and I will never go anywhere else. I live in Maricopa and it may seem out of the way, but in my mind it is worth it. Dr. Frye has surely been the best doctor I have ever had. He is patient, kind, thorough, efficient, and always accommodating. As my AME he is my lifeline to my livelihood and a few years ago had an issue with the FAA.
