This rating is strictly for their door to door salesmanship. Guy came to our house close to dinner time, and was frankly pretty obnoxious. Took quite awhile to disengage and even after being told we weren't interested, he kept trying to hard sell us. Wanted us to give him our cell number so he could call us after we had "thought it over". Such a strange experience for this kind of service, which might have actually been of interest to us, but not when presented in this manner. A real turnoff. read more

We have been getting Full Circle for 2 months now and every single box has come with wilted, partially rotten, discolored produce. More than 75% of it goes straight into the trash. I tried full circle for I don't know a month or two and I was rather disappointed in the quality of the produce the mushrooms that I ordered on a couple of occasions were obviously very old and rather worthless. The potatoes had already started sprouting the kale was turning yellow really fast and the carrots were wilting and I only received a partial celery. I was just really disappointed in the quality considering it was supposed to be really fresh. Delivery was excellent and always at my door when I got up. read more

Not a lot to say so far as we just got our first delivery. 10:16pm Tuesday with the delivery schedule anytime between Tuesday 10pm and Wednesday 6am (?). The lettuce is a bit soggy but it should be better after washing/soaking. I'm picky about waste so I don't appreciate the unnecessary plastic wrapping. At least I consider them unecessary. read more

I never comment on other people's reviews in my own reviews; people have their opinions. But the volume of odd negative reviews in such a short time is suspicious to me.They seem prompted by something or someone and are generally inaccurate or misinformed. Complaining about truck noise or the price of something you already knew about when you signed up is just silly. Claiming that produce has been recalled when it hasn't is just irresponsible. Complaining about not being able to get it together enough to cancel your order when Full Circle makes these dates very clear is incomprehensible to me. As far as customer service complaints, for years I've been amazed at just how quickly they respond when I've reported a problem or asked a question. But the bottom line is that the produce is good with good variety. The grocery items can be expensive, but that's how organic food works. I've found many great products while browsing through their grocery items. Aha. someone just pointed out to me that there was a recent web discount on FC which could account for the volume of recent bad reviews. If that's where these reviews are coming from, then those people really need to do more research on something before just signing up and then complaining after the fact. read more

At first we liked Full Circle, but after receiving multiple deliveries with produce that wasn't fresh, my husband began to wonder if they were selling items which had been pulled from market shelves. We discontinued our service for awhile and decided to try again. Each week we have received at least on item that was not fresh - the last two deliveries it was the oranges, which were mushy or like today one was visibly rotten. The convenience of home delivery is nice, but we still go to the grocery store at least once a week, so we decided it's better to buy organic produce from the grocery store. I will be happy when spring arrives and the Farmer's Markets are back. I just prefer to make my own selections to ensure that I'm getting fresh, quality produce for my money. read more

Our family of two subscribes to the "Garden" sized order weekly, for $35 per order. It is sufficient for 2 people who consume a lot of fruits and veggies. If I were to go to any other grocery store (like PCC) and buy the equivalent it would be more expensive. This week for example, my "Garden" sized order, delivered to the top of our neighborhood, for $35, contained the following: - Austrian Crescent Fingerling Potatoes, Organic - 1 pound - Roma Tomatoes, Organic - 1 pound - Zucchini, Organic - 1 pound - Bunched Carrots, Organic - 1 bunch - Pink Lady Apples, Organic - 4 each - Cremini Mushrooms, Organic - 0.4 pound - Green Leaf Lettuce, Organic - 1 bunch - Rainbow Chard, Organic - 1 bunch - Strawberries, Organic - 1 each - Minneola Tangelos, Organic - 4 each - D'anjou Pears, Organic - 3 each I've always had great produce from FCF. The apples, oranges, onions, greens,etc. are always top notch and organic to boot. You can optionally change some of the produce options of your weekly during the weekend before the delivery, conveniently on their website. Their customer service is outstanding, from verifying my orders are satisfactory via a courtesy phone call, to quick responses to email questions. ...And just to clarify some reviews below which are somewhat misleading. FCF is no longer a CSA, and they publicly state as much on their website. Therefore, not all produce comes from Washington (but often the onions, apples, potatoes and many others do!). read more

I was dumb enough to give my card info, and they delivered a box when I didn't want or could afford one yet and none of it was good or anything we'd use they also lied about the price and discount. I received my first Full Circle delivery yesterday, after having purchased a Groupon for $12. The regular Groupon price is $14.95 for the Sprout Box (smallest box), but there was an extra 25% off last week so I scored a better deal. Regular sprout box price is $29.95 delivered. First off, I really appreciated the ease of using the FC website - I ended up switching/changing a lot of the pre-assigned product in my box to other items I had never tried before. I also appreciated the awesome delivery window - between 3am-7am. I left home at 5:45am and the bag was already on my doorstep. Now let's be real - I tried Full Circle because of the stellar price of $12, with the knowledge that if I was happy with my produce & delivery I may re-order again. I would say I definitely got $12 worth of organic produce, but if I had paid full price I don't think I'd be as pleased. I realize organic produce that is delivered will be at a premium price, but I really don't see how I got $30 worth of produce. I wonder if because I used a Groupon, they really only gave me $12 vs. $29.95 worth of produce. I knocked a couple stars off because of this - and the fact one of the summer squash had a rotten spot. I'll easily be able to cut it off and use the rest of the squash, but still. Would I order from Full Circle again? Possibly, but probably only if I could use another Groupon. I just received my first box (I bought the Living Social Deal and was so excited to start my deliveries), I loved the idea of waking up to find it at my house. To my suprise, it was on my porch when I arrived home from work last night between 7:30 and 8:00 pm. The approximate temperature was 79 degrees... My produce was all warm! I called them today to ask why it was delivered a day early, and in the heat. They told me that their records indicated that it had been delivered at 8:26 pm (not true) and that it should all be okay. I advised them that the fruit was warm - they assured me that it should all be fine and to let them know if anything was "bad". I finally spoke to a supervisor/manager and still did not receive an apology or an acknowledgement of the fact that the produce had been sitting out in the heat. I ended up cancelling my account, they offered to refund the amount that I had spent on the Living Social deal -- I did not ask for a refund or really want to cancel their service, but due to the fact that they did not offer me an apology and kept giving me "scripted answers" instead of really talking to me about it, I accepted their offered refund and will find another company to deliver produce to me. We've been Full Circle customers for a couple of years now and we continue to be very happy with both the level of service and the quality of their produce, even during COVID, which must be putting added strain on their workers and farmers. We recommended them to our grown children, who now have a 6-month old, and their daughter is being introduced to solid food from Full Circle. She loves the beans, carrots and bananas! We get a weekly box plus eggs and have only had 2 cracked eggs and no bad produce out of about 100 deliveries. They have a better record than my trips to the store! read more

3 stars for "A-OK" seems fair for my first delivery. It seems very comparable to the SPUD deliveries I used to get so far. I've noticed a lot of reviews complaining about non-local produce. I did receive a lot of non-local produce but I was aware of that during the signup process and it was clearly stated when I went online and looked at the contents of my upcoming order. I may try a true CSA after my first 10 boxes even if that means I'll get much less variety, I'm close enough to the Yakima Fruit Stand to get my fix of other fruits and veggies. I'm not sure how I feel about the packaging. They say they purchase carbon credits to offset the cardboard boxes and that they are recyclable/compostable. I don't think I've done enough research to decide if I would prefer the reusable plastic bins like SPUD has over the cardboard boxes. I do know that my recycle only gets picked up every other week so I hate cardboard. I really love that the order shows up before dawn since I have a secure porch for them to leave the box on without waking me up. I always worried with other food delivery when it was a hot day. I would sit at work thinking of all my greens wilting on the porch. Here was my first order ($37 -5% discount for prepaying for 10 boxes). I also had a living social credit for $37 that I bought for $18 so my boxes will average $33 every other week for 10 orders. I'll post some updates as I get more orders and eat more of the produce. A good mix of ripe and not ripe so I can eat some now and the rest won't go bad. They looked in good shape, one fruit had the skin punctured but that was one of only 2 items that was sub par. I swapped out some lettuce that they were going to send me for 4 more pluots than the 4 they were going to send me. Red Beets, Organic - 1 bunch Alvarez Family Farm, Mabton, Washington. This was sad. There is 1 giant beet and 1 tiny beet. I feel like a "bunch" should be at least 3 no matter how much greens are attached. The discrepancy in sizes is going to make them very tough to cook evenly. Nectarines, Organic - 8 each California Growers, California. These are small-ish nectarines. They aren't ripe yet so I don't know how they will be. One fruit had a bad spot but once again, 2 bad items isn't that bad and I'm sure they would refund me if I asked. I swapped out some spinach they were going to send me for 4 more than the 4 of these that they were going to send me. Green Beans, Organic - 0.75 pound California Growers, California. A nice hefty bag of healthy looking green beans. Cremini Mushrooms, Organic - 0.4 pound Hood River Organics, Hood River, Oregon. A decent sized paper bag of mushrooms, no off smell or slimy mushrooms. Cucumbers, Organic - 1 each Mexico Growers, Mexico. They were out of these and swapped out persian cucmbers. I dislike these tiny cucumbers so I will probably ask for a refund and ban them from future orders. Customer service has been very responsive so far so I don't see any issues. Lacinato Kale, Organic - 1 bunch Full Circle, Carnation, Washington. Healthy and fresh looking, average size bunch. Cameo Apples, Organic - 3 each Earth Conscious Organics, Brewster, Washington. No brown mushy spots, nice looking decent sized apples. I also added on a 3/4 lb bag of Wenatchee cherries even though they worked out to be $9/lb. They were OK tasting but not $9/lb tasting. I think I'll just wait to drive over to eastern Washington to get some cherries. read more

When I first subscribed to Full Circle, I was very happy with the products and service. Ever since COVID-19 hit, everything started to go down hill. 3 out of 4 times they would be out of stock for things I ordered, which I could understand considering the current situation. But the quality of their produce was just bad. The last draw was the baby bok choi they delivered yesterday. It looked like they picked up scraps, put them in the bag and delivered to me. I emailed them about the quality issue but never heard back. I finally decided to cancel my subscription yesterday. I am not paying over $40 a week for scraps. read more

I love Full Circle. Its nice to get produce that you don't necessarily find everywhere and locally made items. Everything I have gotten is fresh and lasts as long as I expect it to (some things even longer). And if you get something that isn't you can get a refund. I am on the fence about giving 4 stars. I found the ordering/customizing/delivery part of the service to be excellent. Our box showed up before 7 am on the appointed morning and always contained what we ordered. I had issues with the freshness of the produce. The blueberries tasted moldy, the kale was already going yellow. The next week the cucumber was huge and full of seeds and slightly bitter, the chard started getting slimy within days. The potatoes grew large eyes within a week. I grew vegetables for twenty years and know just picked chard or kale should stay fresh for a week if stored properly. Some of this produce was clearly not fresh. For the same price point I would go back to our local CSA Tonnemaker farms which consistently delivered super fresh stuff. Or making a visit to the farmers market and getting veggies picked that morning or night before. read more

I have never had CSA food before, and mostly shop in QFC and Safeway. Only been to Trader Joe twice( and love it) never been to Whole food or PFC. But I love food and took a course on it at UW. Learn so much about food production and organic and the many options about it, that I finally decide to give it a good and try full circle. I was kind of bitter that I miss the groupon, but took advantage on Yelp $10 off discount, and then find out that they were doing $15 off on Stranger/Seattle Weekly 10min after I happily set up my account... I only use the car on the weekend, to save money on gas and support environment. So to carry the box home in buses wasn't that fun. I took those picture in the office and then I separated into a bag and a box and bring it home separately over two days(very complicated process). I have to agree with Raina D.'s review, people READ plz! "organic produce spoils more quickly than produce that has been genetically modified or pesticide laden." and also "Secondly, not all of the produce comes from washington, but they do not claim it does". So far so good! I'm in love with this organic food delivery! A lot of people talk about the price, I think it is decently priced for it being delivered, organic, fresh and more local. Supporting the local farms around you. If it isn't fresh they give you a credit no questions asked so it isn't a problem to me if something comes and it isn't up to my standards. The reason it isn't a 5 star review is because you can only substitute from a short list rather than their whole list of items. Would be nice to be able to do it that way. read more

I like the concept of supporting local businesses , but most of what I received wasn't even local it seems. I only received 2 boxes, but 2 was enough for me. The first box I received had several moths inside which I thought was a bit odd. As far as the produce it's incredibly over priced for the quality you get. In my first box I received wilted spinach and nearly rotten broccoli. Quite honestly most of the produce was at the very end of its lifespan it seemed. The following week I received moldy mushrooms and found a caterpillar crawling inside the broccoli which drew the line for me. They were nice enough to refund me for the mushrooms, but I really can't recommend this place at all. I'm better off shopping at Whole Foods - I'd probably get more bang for my buck. read more

Used to be good, now a ripoff. I could get the same quality at Albertsons. And at least I could pick my own produce and not put up with whatever they decide to give me. Often it just goes right in into the food waste bin. Last night was the last straw. The entire box went right into the bin, just awful. The only good things were the non produce add on . The capper was the sadistic delivery person who apparently decided to play a cruel joke on us. We had our door open with the screen door closed. We had a sign asking the delivery person not to block the door. People do know that screen doors open out don't they? There were several places to put the box, but this person put the box right in front of the screen. His little joke was to open a carton of eggs and place it balanced barely on the far edge of the box. So when the screen door barely nudged the box the eggs tumbled off the porch and smashed on our walkway. Big mess you can imagine. Combined with the box of garbage we got my wife (who suffers from depression) was devastated. We were hoping for some nice eggs and fresh vegetables and instead we got ripped off and treated like dirt. Of course we'll never do business again with such unethical people. read more

I've been using Full Circle for a little more than a month now, and I am really enjoying their service. The produce boxes that I've received are all very fresh, so much so that the items stay fresh for at least one week, if not longer. I typically use all of my produce within a week, give or take a few days, so I get a weekly delivery. You can opt for deliveries every other week if preferred though. I like that I can manage my order and add or remove items each week, but I've also been trying a lot of new produce that I wouldn't have previously purchased prior to trying this service. I've also tried a few of the "add-ons" that they offer for an additional charge such as the veggie sausage links, veggie burgers, yogurt, eggs, and cheese, and I've been happy with the quality of all of these products. The produce is pricier than if purchased directly from a local farmer's market or the grocery store, but obviously you're paying for the convenience of doorstep delivery. Overall, I've been happy with the service and would recommend it to anyone who doesn't have time to shop for fresh produce every week. read more

Full Circle farms is essentially a grocery delivery service, as they compile their products from farms and companies from all over the place. This is fine but I was led to believe it was more of a farm share type service. I'm not sure if much of anything I received in my 4 boxes was actually grown at their farm. The good aspects of the service: convenient delivery and an easy to manage online system. Bad aspects: The box is indeed customizable, but produce options are limited and change week to week. So it can't truly function as a replacement for produce grocery shopping. The value is not good for the amount of produce received. I could get more at the most expensive swanky grocery stores or local co-ops, and WAY more at farmers markets without the middleman. But here was the kicker: the quality is AVERAGE AT BEST. Vegetable freshness and taste was good, generally on par with high quality organic produce at stores (probably because it's the same products) though lettuce was a bit wilted, but fruit quality was quite bad. Smashed rotten bananas, browning apples and avocados and squishy citrus. Fruits from very far away that I would be very selective of in stores. Sorry, not worth it. I do assume as the growing season approaches more will be grown at their farm, but I'm not convinced. Stick to actual CSAs and farmers markets! read more

Love how super easy it was to order from them! You put in what you ABSOLUTELY do not want and they'll create a "fresh" box of groceries for you to pick up or be delivered to your door (for an extra fee). You go in to the website and modify your order a couple of days before in case they give you something that you don't want to eat this week and it's so simply and easy . . . I love it! I chose to pick up my box which is located at someone's house . . . kind of strange, but it's totally safe and you just go in to their backyard, grab the one with your name on it, and go about your merry way! The groceries are pretty good quality, although I did get some green onions that look about to die, but for the most part everything looked fresh (so fresh in fact that they're often fairly dirty-so wash everything really well!). read more

I would give Full Circle between 2.5-3 stars. I have been using this service fairly regularly for about 4 months. There are definitely issues. I am not sure I will continuing using Full Circle, but remain undecided. It is nice to receive food at your doorstep though. The biggest issue is that they mess up your order more often than not. They always forget something or mix up items. This normally isn't a big deal, but I use this service because I work 13 hours days. I have very little time, and I can't get to the grocery store until the weekend. I often order things like bread, which I use for sandwiches at work. When they forget to send me bread and other staples, it really stinks because I can't get to a store for days. You never know what they are going to forget tough, so you can't really plan for it. Then you have to take time to contact them and ask them to remove incorrect charges. Again, you have to carefully check each order and watch the billing because mistakes do happen. Their customer service has been pretty good though. They always respond promptly and are very nice. Another issue is that you don't know what you are getting. You can't pick specific items like you do at the store. For example, if you order 1lb of sweet potatoes, you might get a few tiny potatoes or one giant potato. This is not ideal for me personally, because I tend to eat in small batches at work and often have to use a microwave. Another issue I have experienced is some inconsistencies in deliveries. For the holidays, they sent an email saying your order might be cancelled or delayed. This is very frusterating because you essentially don't know if you will receive your order or not, which makes planning for food for the week difficult. They occasionally cancel and reschedule orders at other times as well. I have enjoyed trying new foods, but I do get a bit tired of generally the same choices every week. They change things up a little, but not much. Luckily, you can always cancel upcoming orders to give yourself a break. My favorite part is probably the non-fruit and veggie items. I have found some cool items on here that are actually slightly less than retail price. This is the main reason I continue to use Full Circle. I will also say that when I go to Fred Meyers I often see the exact same items that I received in my box. This is not really a bad thing because Fred Meyers likely gets them from the same suppliers. I am not sure how great this program is for a busy person who plans their meals due to some unreliability. I don't like to waste money or food either, so this can be frustrating. More quality control in terms of deliveries would be ideal, but this will likely drive up prices. I still think it is worth trying Full Circle to see if it works for you. read more

I was excited to find a delivery service that delivers organic to more rural areas, but quality issues and zero customer service are making one order all they will see from me. 1. we are in a semi rural area, we have raccoons possums and skunks all of whom love produce and garbage. they left it on our porch at 11 at night. it's a good thing we were up and heard them or it's very likely that we'd have had a scrambled mess on our porch next morning. we also had dairy and frozen items in the order. while there was a bag with some ice.. it wasn't enough ice that I am convinced next morning would have had safe food to eat. 2. a good portion of the order was past pull or with in a few days of pull. I'd have never chosen these items at a store. and I wouldn't consider them safe to eat. these aren't cheap things. I expect top quality for these prices. I emailed them. no reply. still no reply. 3. about half the tomatoes were rotten. on the plus side the majority of of the produce was in good shape. but the size of things like apples and pears was paltry. they were itsy and the apples full of bruises. again I would never have chosen these off the shelf. so. just gonna keep driving to whole foods or metro market every week for much better quality and pricing. If you need delivery and aren't in a rural area amazon fresh is way better. sadly we aren't in delivery range of that anymore. read more

We've been members for a couple of months. At first the quality was good. The last few weeks it's been flat out terrible. Wilted lettuce and spinach where I had to tear off half of it and put straight in the compost, and today a completely disgusting thing they called an apple. Half of it had a bruise with mold on it. One of the peaches was bruised as well but what really topped it off this week was that they completely forgot my beets. I called to let them know and after waiting on the line for several minutes I talked to a very nice gentleman who reimbursed me. Ultimately I decided to cancel. The box they deliver is a weeks worth and by far it's good food but three to four days later the carrots and potato's are bad . So had my concerns from the start when I read other reviews and I should have trusted them. First the box was left outside our complex on the sidewalk at 2am in the morning. We live in downtown Seattle. Surprised it was still there when we got up and also that there was no tampering with the food. Second, the food is not worth even close to what u are paying. I love CSA's but this has been a huge let down. The quality was a 4 out of 10. I'm used to CSA's coming from Ithaca NY we had a lot and this wouldn't even pass the smell test. Srry but this company will tell you what you want to hear then toss your food on the street... Literally! To respond to your request to make this right. After receiving this package in the manner it was dropped off, my wife called your company/ costumer service to discuss this issue and see what we could do. The response we got was that you deliver from 8pm-8am. I understand this is a cooler time frame for food to be dropped off, however, this is a very poor time frame for anyone. As I said we had our delivery at 2am . There was no attempt to to "make this right". Then logically when we asked to cancel the service the rep was all to happy to do that for us without a second thought. In most cases I would have been happy to have zero pushback or added steps to cancel a service, but I was hoping for a little more effort on your part to make this right. We will not be coming back to this service, however, I hope this feedback is helpful as you continue to improve your product for future costumers. I just got started with Full Circle but due to repeated problems, I will not continue. For the last two weeks they forgot to deliver a third of our order. Additionally, our greens arrived wilted. I emailed customer service about it but didn't hear from them. I called them, and was told that the missing items would be credited but that the greens were fine. They still haven't credited the missing items. This week, my order was missing all the dairy and refrigerated items. I'm not optimistic about things getting fixed when I call customer service. read more

I was so excited when I saw this morning my first Full Circle delivery had arrived. Well that was until I opened the bag. One thing that grosses me out is slimy spinach, no Bueno! My order had bananas, heirloom tomatoes, spinach, kale broccoli and carrots. The only items that were even close to being edible was the kasle, carrots and bananas. The rest of it got tossed out. The broccoli crowns were brown and yellow, tomatoes were mushy and one was rotting and the spinach was beyond gross, I was hoping the inner leaves might be ok but they were not. I think I'm better off going to PCC. I'm so sad that this was my first experience, but I'm not willing to continue after reading the reviews. read more

I've been getting deliveries from Full Circle for the past 5 months. I originally signed up with one of their employees going door-to-door in my neighborhood. I'd never heard of them before, but decided to give it a one-time try. And so far, I can say that yes, I'm a fan! Here are my reasons why: (1) I'm a lazy shopper and tend to get into a rut with the kinds of food I purchase and cook. Full Circle delivers all kinds of different veggies that I never would have bought before. It makes me try out new recipes and new things.. which I usually end up loving! My kitchen is less boring. (2) You can customize your box. I don't always do this, but I have done it and it's easy. You can manage exactly which weeks you wish to receive your box. The whole website is simple and easy to navigate. I've never had any problems with the delivery, the quality of the food, or billing issues (3) I'm a mom that often cooks for my whole family. I feel good making healthy foods with different kinds of vegetables, trying out new things, and they like it! read more

I received my third order from Full Circle today. Their quality control is terrible! I've received from one to 3 spoiled items each time. Sure they credit back the unacceptable product, but that doesn't make up for not having the food I was counting on. They have a great concept in theory for designating foods that should never be included, but today they substituted the kind of apples I ordered for a different kind that is on the never-send list. Their website is impossible to navigate. This company seriously needs oversight on the quality of produce they're shipping out and a complete redesign of the web site. I so wanted this to work, now in the time of COVID when I can't easily go shopping, but have been sorely disappointed. read more

Fifty dollars worth of fruit and veg, I'll let the picture speak for itself. It's been a few weeks of giving Full Circle a chance, but each week is a disappointment with a different issue, and very slow, mostly automated responses when I have tried to address it. This is a poorly managed company that charges a premium. I expect good quality and service for the price. Time to look elsewhere. read more

Been using Full Circle for a couple cycles now. We love the produce and particularly the diverse selection of add ons and one off items. I only don't a star for the amount of packaging, particularly plastic wrap, that seems to come with our delivery. Wow, they're horrible! Their pricing isn't competitive and they sent us a lot of rotten groceries. Whoever delivered our cancelled order today didn't deliver it in our enclosed porch, but went into our fully fenced backyard and left it in the rain! And yes, we cancelled our order a week ago and received a confirmation email for the cancellation. Sadly, this is a failed business all around both in process, customer service, and quality of goods. read more

Gah I wish I had read these reviews before I signed up. I had two boxes delivered by them thus far and it's been disappointing. A lot of the fruit that came in the boxes, more so apples than anything else, came either completely rotted through or were so old that they were getting to that wrinkled stage. The other ones that looked ok didn't taste super fresh - they were kinda dry like it was so old that the juice had gone out of them. When I open the produce box, I get this overwhelming smell of rotted fruit. And even after taking the fruit out of the box, when I was recycling it, i could still smell the rot/overripe fruit scent. When I called to cancel and they asked me why, I explained what I had experienced and there was no apology what so ever and no explanation. They just said ok we'll refund you for each piece was was rotted and i'll put your account to in-active. Then said I could reactivate at anytime. *facepalm* For how expensive the fruit is, i'd expect it to be delicious and fresh! read more
