He is so much more. I called him in a bit of an emergency; trying to clean up some issues with a farmhouse I just listed for sale that had trouble with contractors not finishing their commitment. He gave me a reasonable quote (simple things) immediately within a day, and then finished my requests with more care and less time (and within less than a week service) than I have ever had with such services. This is the first time that I have good luck with this kind of profession in the last 40 years. To be sure, I plan to hire him if I end up keeping the farm in the distant future if it does not sell to my fair liking; he would do all the flooring to my family's taste. I trust him this much. I sent them 7 pictures and they came back with a quote of $1200 dollars. I accepted their bid and set up an appointment for them to come do the work.
