We celebrated my sister's birthday here and had a great experience! The pork, chicken, and beef kabobs were tender, juicy, and full of flavor, and the hummus was fresh and delicious. Nelly provided excellent service and made sure we were well taken care of. They even brought out a delicious birthday cake and fruit for the celebration, which was such a sweet touch. Got there around 5:10~ seated quickly as there was no one there. We got seated near a retaining wall to the next door business. The server was kind and attentive to our party of 7. We ordered fairly quickly and he asked if we would like it to be served family style (single platter opposed to individual plates) so we agreed. Slowly there were other families showing up after us. Our order consisted of chicken, pork ribs and beef Lula. We asked for water, soda, lemonade and kompot. We got it all besides the lemonade. The soda was canned and the water was Kirkland water. No problem there but I would expect it to be priced as such. We got a salad and a hummus side. The hummus was mediocre at best. The Caesar salad was pretty good and the bread was nice and toasty. Unfortunately we did not come for the sides, we came for a meal. Around 6:05 my wife and i looked at each other and agreed we would leave shortly if the food didn't come out. By this time there was 2 other tables that had received their orders and they had come after us. The atmosphere is nice since it is outside but with that being said you are going against the elements and anything that it comes with. Today these elements brought us a rat that was walking along the retaining wall. Fortunately there was some sort of metal gate that blocked the rat from freely coming to our side. We're just waiting around and there's an employee that asks us if everything is fine which then my wife replies "we don't have any of our food". He goes to check and tells us we're gonna get our food shortly. We waited around and 6:15 we decided to leave. Unfortunate experience since we had family coming from Texas that saw this place on Instagram so they were excited to try. Around 6:30 my wife gets a call from the other party members and they let her know that they brought out the meats with no sides. Visited after seeing social media hype. 1. should be listed as $$$, not $$ due to the portion sizes for the price (for example, their"baked potato" consisted of two thin slices of potato per meat dish. 2. Delicious, handcrafted hummus, breads, pitas, salads, & meats. I cannot complain about the food quality or taste;; I only wish the portion sizes were not as skimpy as they were... they seem to be significantly smaller than similar restaurants. 3. outdoor setting is beautiful though needs to be maintained/kept clean... the outdoor canopy we sat under was dusty with a lot of debris. 4. friendly, attentive wait staff despite some language barrier (English). 5. The upsell regarding water is not pleasant; this is not specific to this restaurant. However, usually when you ask just for 'water' you don't expect to be given bottled water mandatorily. So I just got home from this restaurant. I've lived down the street my whole life, driven past it a million times, and have never seen anyone go in or out, but then I saw a v appealing advert on instagram last week. So today, I had to run out in the rain and do some errands so I figured I would treat myself and I went to the restaurant and put in an order for beef stroganoff with rice. Everyone very nice but the food took about 20 min to come out, which is fine, but then I took it home (~5 min away).... And it was cold, SO SO BLAND like unbelievable lack of any flavor, and definitely taste reheated, which I was a little nervous about when I was waiting because I heard the microwave shut in the kitchen. The whole building is empty because the seating is predominately outside except for a separate dining hall/banquet room, that is behind to very large wood doors, so the sound of the microwave was plain as day to recognize in the small marble space. I tried adding some salt and pepper to the stroganoff but then it just tasted bland salty gruel. and when I tried to eat it anyway, it immediately made me feel sick so I ended up tossing it. All $25+tax of it. I also ordered stuffed grape leaves, which I have made many times before, and have also tried out of cans and the ones from this restaurant were 120% out of a can. Just dripping oil and the rice bloated from sitting in the oil in the can. The grape leaves were $13 and the stroganoff (which did not come with salad, just a pile of zapped/reheated sloppy stroganoff with a few old pieced of beef and cold rice) was $25. I left a $2 tip even though I drove over, ordered there, and picked it up. After the tax, it came out to about $43 dollars. I just cut up some tomato, scallions, shallots, and avocado -- mixed it together, squeezed some fresh lemon and drizzled a little olive oil, sprinkled some salt and pepper, and its like LIGHTYEARS MORE FLAVORFUL and edible. I hate to leave such a poor review. The lady who was there was very nice, but this food is like not good and definitely reheated. I honestly am feeling kind of sick from it. read more

My family and I decided to go have dinner at this restaurant, to celebrate my birthday tonight. The food was amazing, flavorful and very filling. The service that was provided by the waitress and other staff was very welcoming. The whole restaurant was a vibe, very relaxing and intimate. They were able to store a birthday cake we brought in their fridge and when it was time to cut it , they brought it out with candles that they provided, which was thoughtful of them. Over all I'd recommend this restaurant, the wait for the food is a bit long but so worth it once you get your meal. We will definitely be coming back. read more

I'd had this on my Yelp list for awhile. Now that I've been, I know it was for the belly dance in vibes and not the food. I am a foodie of all cultures, so when I say it wasn't great it's not because I don't understand the culture or their food. It just wasn't good. And I ordered basic to be safe. I had kabobs and rice with hummus. The kabobs were good. The rice was not. Not sure if it was the texture or something about the way it was cooked but it was giving me day old/ re purposed rice. The server although nice, barely spoke any English. So she couldn't explain items we were curious about and she couldn't recommend any. Nice , serene outside eating area. But foe minimum $20 per person I'd like to at least be able to also have a glass of wine with my meal. No liquor, Beer or Wine is sold here. Did a pick up order today, there was a small issue with the timing on the order being ready but the young lady at the front was so helpful and apologetic. She offered me a tarragon lemonade while I waited, my first time of having one and it was so delicious and refreshing. This is our first time trying Full House and the customer service and food are top notch. My husband had the beef and I had the Cornish hen. Both were cooked perfectly and so tasty. We definitely look forward to trying them again and dining in. read more

Hands down one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. From start to finish, this place was a complete disaster. We waited well over an hour for our food to come out, with zero communication, zero urgency, and staff acting like this level of delay was totally normal. For a restaurant charging premium prices, the service was absolutely unacceptable. When the food finally arrived, it was clear why it took so long -- it tasted old, stale, and reheated, not fresh by any stretch of the imagination. The flavors were flat, the quality was shockingly poor, and everything felt like it had been sitting around far longer than it should have. Nothing about the meal justified the hype or the pricing. To make matters significantly worse, my entire group ended up with food poisoning afterward. Every single one of us felt sick, which says a lot about the cleanliness and food handling here. That's not just disappointing -- it's dangerous. Eating out should never result in everyone at the table getting ill. And somehow, after all of that, the bill came out to $1,500 for an extremely mediocre order. No exceptional dishes, no luxury experience, no memorable service -- just an absurd price tag slapped onto a terrible meal. At that point, it felt insulting. This place is massively overpriced, poorly run, and clearly cutting corners where it matters most. Bad food, horrible wait times, and getting sick afterward is the trifecta of what not to be. We ordered quite a bit of food but I should have known from the call to reserve the table, I had asked the woman on the phone to give me an idea of how the place os set up so I can prepare my elderly in laws and make sure they are comfortable , she ignored my question and said it's ok you'll see when you get here and said ok bye , getting there , there is little to no parking and only valet parking for 3 cars We came in a big cyber truck and told the young gentleman it's ok we can park it since there was zero clients there at the time We go inside although the woman wasn't nice nor rude , she took our order and quickly brought out bread . Then pork belly which was nice and so was the bread , then beef tongue came and it was too cold to eat , when asked if we can warm it multiple staff told us no which is weird but we thought maybe it's just the way they eat it . Then came out the beef stroganoff and it had zero flavor and I mean zero flavor . We had ordered some chicken and that never came out The waitress did not really check on us And seemed annoyed when we would ask for anything . We ended up asking another gentleman for water and he seemed as if we asked him to feed us with his bare hands . When it came to the check the woman watched as we paid and watched to make sure we left a tip on the card Then as we get ready to leave another lady which seemed to be a manager of some sort Let us know they double charged us and if we can redo the whole payment It felt fishy So they gave us cash back instead of dealing with banks Then at the end We still had to pay for "valet" even though the young man did not a single thing for us . Oh boy... not sure where to begin. I concur with some of the other reviews that describe the experience as something unique as you really feel transported to another land. We tried a variety of dishes and also got wind of second hand cigarette smoke as service confirmed that all kinds of smoking is acceptable at this establishment. The backyard is nice, tons of potential, and the entertainment was a nice touch, but the food and service left us pretty disappointed, as did the hefty bill which automatically charged gratuity for a party of two... check your bill! Instagram led us here and led us astray as the posts did not reflect the reality of what you get here. Two stars for the setting and atmosphere, which was mostly due to the crowd. read more

I went to this resturant last night with my brother after seeing an instagram video with really amazing looking food and a great athmoshpere. That instagram video is misleading. We went at 8:15 pm. The resturant was completely empty even though it says its open until 10. It was very cold outside and dark and there was no one at all to include employees in the resturant. My brother and I stood there for a few minutes before someone came out of a door on the side and asked if we were ready. We said yes and a few minutes later a woman came out and lead us to a table. She gave us menus and left. We literally waited 10 to 15 minutes before she came back to take our drink and food order. I ordered the hot tea which was $5 thinking it would some kind of homemade tea but I was given a kirkland green tea packet, a lipton tea packet and hot water. Super disappointed with that. They took so long to bring our drinks that they ended up giving my brother his bottle of water for free. The food came out with decent timing. I orderd the pork belly with mixed veggies which says it comes with 5 pieces. After seeing the plates on the instagram video I assumed it was 5 smaller skeewers but it was not. It was one strip of pork belly cut into about 1 x 1 inches pieces. It was however extremely well cooked and tasty but for $18 I expected more pork on my pork entree. The vegetables were good but obviouisly reheated and not very well since they were cold. My brother said his beef liver was tasty and the rice that came with it was good. So overall the food was good minus the poorly reheated veggies being cold but the service was just so slow and the entire experince was somewhat akward and weird. We left the resturant feeling like it was somewhat of an experience and not in a great way. It seems like the IG video has plates they dont actually offer. read more

I wish they specified it was Armenian lemonade on the menu because that's what we got tho we were expecting a more standard American lemonade. Served with lavash but the environment probably not for everyone that isn't from the ethnic area . While the outdoor ambience was lively, this was some of the worst service I've experienced. The first time our server came to the table she asked if we were ready to order. No pleasantries, no drink requests. When the food arrived, it didn't arrive all together. Some were served sooner than others. We had to request refills in water by calling out for a server because nobody ever came to the table. Not even to check how the food was. As soon as it looked like we slowed down someone came over and cleared the plates. Two minutes later she arrived with the check. No request to see if we wanted dessert, coffee, etc. we felt rushed out of there even though there were plenty of empty tables. For a party of three that added an automatic 18% service fee. Last saturday i dined at Full House restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience. The jumbo shrimp and assorted barbecue plates were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. The service was top-notch, and the cozy ambiance really elevated the evening. I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere, making it a place I'll definitely be returning to soon!
