I love this as sometimes people verbally provide and I just forget immediately lol! At a beauty care spot, I always look for clean! Isabella's space was immaculate. I appreciate that the space was ready for me upon arrival! My lash lift and tint are the BEST I've ever had done. I am now 4 days post appointment and followed the aftercare instructions; they still look amazing! She was a bit rough with turning my head side to side.2. She answered the phone several times to take personal phone calls. 3. There was young child coming in and out of the room during the service. 4. There was no explanation of the steps of the process, timeline for completion or even ask me if I maybe had similar services prior. Checkout: (The Worst Part) Most importantly-- Upon checkout she advises me of a total different than on my appointment confirmation; and proceeds to tell me 1. There was an "issue with the website", her husband messed up- (She admitted it was their mistake, But that I would still need to pay a higher price) 2. She also suggested that I "input a coupon" when I was booking my appt online... where on earth would I magically obtain a code to reduce your prices ?) (I showed her the price on the screen, she proceeds to argue that this is not correct) * I advised her I would call the police to sort this out.. At this point she decides to very rudely say "just give me whatever it says on the screen" (from my appointment confirmation). I explained to her as a new customer this was very disappointing and that her website is out of my control. In the future it may be helpful to ensure prices listed for services are accurate and agreed upon prior to servicing a client. I learned from now on the triple check the agreed upon rate before receiving services from anyone. I will definitely not be returning here and urge you to save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Ive been trying to strengthen my nails and did regular polish instead of gel, hoping itll last at leasttt a week. I got home and my ring finger nail chipped and cracked and had to cut it short. By Tuesday my nails started chipping and mind you I dont even do house work or anything like that. I had ONLY 3 gelX nails for removal, but was charged a full GelX removal. Mani pedi combo for regular polish was $55 ended up paying $75. My cuticles were not cleaned all that well either, theyre almost all still there. Over all I wouldn't go back.
