Before that, it was my natural nail. Usually it takes months of consecutive acrylics on my nails for me to get nail fungus, it's only happened once to me before. Kevin didn't clean up the old acrylic like nail techs usually do before adding on the new acrylic, and there must have been moisture underneath that wasn't cleared as it should, and now I have nail fungus as well. While my nails were soaking, the technician spent much of the time scrolling on her phone, repeatedly switching between using her phone and handling my hands. It didn't feel professional or sanitary. When it was time to remove the dip, she was very rough and ended up cutting me twice while filing off the remaining product. Afterward, she had me wash my hands. When I returned to the station, she had already moved on to another client. I was confused because I had specifically requested a manicure, and I expected the service to include basic nail care like trimming or filing my nails and cleaning up my cuticles. Instead, the service seemed to end after the dip removal. At that point, I chose not to say anything because, after being cut twice, I no longer felt comfortable having her continue working on my nails. I simply left and went somewhere else to have them finished. I understand that everyone has off days, but this experience fell well below my expectations and was disappointing enough that I won't be returning.

Kathy did a excellent job and was super friendly as always! :) They start you off which a foot scrub which I got the Sunkist pleasure and really enjoyed how it made my legs and feet feel as well as the orange slices that go with it. Smells so nice! Then they put your feet in a wax mask and truly this is one of my fav parts since it leaves the bottom of your feel feeling super soft. She then massages your legs with the lotion/oils that come in the tray. Next they wrap your legs in hot towels (with rose petals which wasn't necessary) but feels nice to get pampered from time to time. I definitely recommend you try this one if you just stick to classic pedicures, it's a bit more in price but well worth it to do every now and then. Your feet will thank you!
