The quality has been inconsistent--several times my nails have been crooked, and my last manicure before Valentine's Day lasted less than two weeks. The builder gel became dull and cracked, which is unusual for me. As my nails usually last 4 weeks at other places. On my most recent visit, I called ahead to confirm my service, but the appointment felt rushed and inconvenient to the staff. I was asked for payment before my nails were even finished and felt pushed out before they were dry. Overall, I didn't feel valued as a customer and won't be returning, but wanted to share my experience for others.

A lovely aroma was in the air from candles, the space was dimmly lit to procure a relaxing environment. Isabella warmly greet me like a longtime friend I hadn't seen in years! She was informed of who I was and why I was there! She was prepared! As we made our way to the back space, she explained the lash lift procedure and even gave her expert recommendation on a personalized look for me! I had no idea there was a range of ways to tackle a lash lift and I've had this done plenty of times before and no one ever asked! Isabella walked me through what to expect but to be honest, her instructions provided upon booking gave me that insight so even ahead of your appointment you are aware of what to expect as well as provided aftercare instructions! I love this as sometimes people verbally provide and I just forget immediately lol! At a beauty care spot, I always look for clean! Isabella's space was immaculate. I appreciate that the space was ready for me upon arrival! My lash lift and tint are the BEST I've ever had done. I am now 4 days post appointment and followed the aftercare instructions; they still look amazing! Booking is incredibly easy and I love how you can receive the paperwork ahead of the appointment so you don't have to complete there. I've been getting lash extensions for the past 2 years now and wow did I downgrade by going here. Firstly, I tried 3 different lash artists here and not one did half a decent job as my previous lash tech did. My appointments were never on time and at that they NEVER took the amount of time as needed/paid for and cut my appointment short while doing a crappy job at it (45 mins at most). I gave them the exact lash measurements that my previous lash tech used on me and they did not follow it. Also when removing my extensions during fills the process was painful! Below is a picture of my lashes after my 1 week fill. I was visiting my previous lash tech in Austin and she was so upset that they left me like this and fixed me up right away removing all their work and starting from scratch!! I was impressed by the fact that the owner, Jill, herself called me (I booked with Brittany) to walk me through the risks of lashes since I was a "first timer" for last extensions. I was going to be traveling to Italy and France and really wanted to have something that lasted, looked good and did not give me sensitivity. I have had lasik surgery so my eyes are particularly sensitive. The result was amazing! I can't stress enough what a difference these Russian lashes have made to my look! I have visited this lash studio at various times of the day and can honestly say that this is the way they do things. I have never seen customers kept waiting or rushed out the door - and it's been busy! I love my lashes, and to keep them on point, I do 2 weekly fills because I am very active and rub my eyes. The adhesive they use is efficient (I wash my face every single day, twice a day, religiously) and the adhesive is also gentle at the same time. The lashes hardly tangle or clump and they really are a "get up and go" low maintenance product that is always on point. Her service was good and she was quick! She gave me options of the lash styles and was very informative! It took her an hour max to complete my lashes and I got a volume set!
