After I mentioned that was a bit outside my budget, he adjusted the price to $450 and explained clearly why he couldn't go lower given the labor involved. No pressure, just transparency. I dropped the car off at 8:15 AM and it was completed around 1 PM. When I returned, Perry again personally inspected the vehicle with me and showed me the results. The paint looks dramatically better -- smooth, uniform, and restored. The heavy spotting is gone and the finish has great clarity. What really impressed me was the integrity beyond the paint correction. Perry noticed uneven wear on my front right tire. Instead of trying to sell me new tires, he explained tire rotation intervals (about every 5,000 miles) and recommended simply swapping the rear right to the front right for now. Don't come here if you actually want your car cleaned!…read more Honestly, was not good at all. You'd think by having such a fancy looking place, the wash would be well done. I bought the Platinum package (the most expensive btw) and not only did they forget to clean all the mats in the car (he had to stop me before driving away and ask me to sit back down so they can re do it), they had left streaks on the windows and windshield. They say "air freshener" is included and it is just a spray that they use under the mats that go away in 5 seconds. There was no fresh smell about the car. The sliding door of the van still had white smudge dirt from where the kids put their feet... What part other than the outside (that gets washed by the machine) was cleaned??? They are lucky I paid a $20 tip before actually looking at the van. $100 is not worth their service here! Very disappointed and will not be coming here again!
