I contacted A1 on December 2nd about a problem with my screen door. After returning from a business trip on December 16, I provided more details about the issue. They said someone would come to take measurements, but according to my front door camera, no one ever showed up. Unfortunately, the repair appeared rushed and the caulking workmanship was poor and we had to have someone else come back to make it look presentable. Our handyman, who was at the house preparing it for listing, also had a negative interaction with Alejandro and ultimately left. I was disappointed by the issues described in my original review and, unfortunately, remained disappointed with the conduct during the visit and the quality of the workmanship.
