I cannot express greater disappointment in my experience with Full Tilt. I was in a very minor fender bender. They never informed me of "Storage" charges that were accruing while there was back and forth with insurance. When insurance refused to pay for the repair Rachel shifted the "Storage" charges to me! They charged over $1000 to park a car outside in rural Hatfield, MA, and refused to accept any responsibility for not telling me of such charges, because they were buried in the fine print of their contract. I was referred to them by my mechanic because they had the impression this was not a shady business. I can confirm that is not the case. What an unethical rip off. Shame on you Full Tilt - more like Full Fraud. read more

When one of our cars was in an accident this past spring Full Tilt auto went out of their way to explain the confusing insurance procedures. They really seem to have compassion for our situation. Any holdups that we experienced were due to the insurance company not Full Tilt . When we picked up our car it looked great! They even cleaned the interior! Would recommend them to anyone. read more

Does life get in the way and your barely-a-year-old car's interior looks like you trucked around a herd of muddy goats, woodchipped some bushes directly into the way back area, and started a collection of straw wrappers in between the seats? My awesome new-ish car did. I took it to Full Tilt and they did a fantastic job detailing it inside and out. I'm not embarrassed to give someone a ride any longer. I went to full tilt because they had such great reviews and I expected to be taken care of without any issues. Of course that didn't happen. Throughout the process I had to contact the autobody shop myself to ask for updates on my vehicles progress, the day my vehicle was ready to be picked up I received a phone call at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Friday before a long holiday weekend that my car would be ready by 4 o'clock. I work until 530, so I was forced to keep my rental car an extra three days (seeing as it was a holiday weekend) and was told I would be responsible for the charges over the phone. Upon arriving at full tilt, they did let me know they would waive the charges for the rental but once I picked up my vehicle I realized that my power steering, and my exhaust both had severe issues. I immediately brought it back to the shop where they insisted that it was because of wear and tear on my vehicle and nothing had been done on their end to cause this issue.. as frustrating as it was I decided not to argue and drove my vehicle home... on further inspection realized on my driver side door they left clearcoat finish all over my windows. Thank you so much for doing the job, but you guys certainly let me down. I will not return to full tilt auto body, nor will I tell any of my friends or family to go there read more

A really high-line shop. We've recently had a few minor scrapes or problems (& one HUGE repair job) completed by this shop. Matt & Zack are attentive and patient listeners; they've tracked down OEM and aftermarkets items quickly and at reasonable cost. They're very skilled with paints (we've brought them 3 different shades!); the detailing and final clean-ups have been very good. Pleasant office and shop staff. Not the cheapest shop, but both our insurers and us have needed high-standard work, so why not get the highest level skills? Always they got us in their schedule within 10 days. Finally, all the little stuff left in our autos was carefully put back where it belonged. We're really pleased! read more

After someone hit my bumper in Boston (and was kind enough to leave a note!) I went to Full Tilt for repairs. I am so pleased and grateful for the service they provided. The car itself was finished within the week that I was told it would be, I was provided a great rental car free of charge while my car was in the shop, and when they gave me back my own vehicle, they had detailed the front driver and passenger seats and cleaned everything up at no extra cost. Not to mention that the price for the repairs was cheaper than the estimate (the person who hit me chose to pay out of pocket for damages) and that is almost unheard of! When I came to pick up my car after hours, I panicked because I didn't see my key in the car, but there was one staffperson still around who came out, helped me find my key, and was super friendly about the fact that I didn't think to check my visor (derp!). I would absolutely come here again and recommend Full Tilt to anyone who wants reliable service, fair prices, and hard work. read more
