Came to fuller smiles for Invisalign treatment and so far it's going really well! Staff are friendly and attentive. The only downside would be the parking, it's not validated so I normally use street parking which can be hard to find. I would still recommend fuller smiles. read more

I have been going to Fuller Smiles for the past 7 years. I started going to their Marina del Rey location bc they were the few offices that are open on Saturday's. Since then, they have expanded making amazing strides in Culver City and Long Beach. Let's be honest, not everyone loves going to the dentist, however They have always been honest w me about what work needs urgent attention versus work that can wait until I'm symptomatic. Came in for a cleaning after years of not going to the dentist and I was very nervous!!! But as soon as I stepped in the door I was greeted by two very friendly girls in the front office(which was super cute and clean!) and promptly helped by Diana who took my X-rays, she was super friendly and helpful! Both doctor and the hygienist took their time explain everything to me and answering any questions I had. I did not have a good experience. I was hopeful because I found good reviews and I also was in dire need of a new dentist. The hygienist I had was extremely rough - made me bleed a lot. I typically bleed a little bit at dentists, but not nearly ever enough as I did at this visit. I also came in because I was concerned about my wisdom teeth, and instead of verbalizing anything that needed to be done (or that everything was okay), they just sent me with a bill estimate for their removal. I also had to pay $50 out of pocket when I was previously assured that insurance would cover it all. To top it off, I was told that I had eight cavities, when I had never had any before. I'm not sure how I could develop 8 cavities in one year unless I completely neglected my teeth, which I did not. Sadly, I do not recommend. read more

Recently had to decide on a new dentist that was covered by my insurance. Right as I walked through the door, I felt at home with the friendly service that the staff provided. It was obvious that the dentists were very mindful of me when they informed me of what was going on with my teeth. I never felt pressured whatsoever. I have been to bad dentist offices in the past and it was the complete opposite of the great experience I had at fuller smiles. They explained everything in detail which I really appreciated. I've been coming here for almost a year, and I'm starting to get suspicious. They are in too much of a rush to do a good job. Make sure to look at your own xrays and verify what they find. They also miss things. All my life, I went to the dentist every 6 months. This is the only place I've had pain during a cleaning. I almost jumped out of the chair because of the roughness. All positive reviews, even my previous one, are incentived. Now I have to use my insurance again within 1 week to get another exam at a new dentist. You only get 1 set of teeth. read more

I saw their ad on Facebook for a free laser teeth whitening when you book a cleaning exam. The dental hygienist did my cleaning. Dr. Arsh reviewed my X-ray with me. He did my fillings. He was super nice and gentle. I have a big fear of going to the dentist from previous experiences. Dr. Arsh made the process so simple and painless. He made sure I had enough lidocaine injections so I can be super numbed. He waited for the lidocaine to kick in before giving me more and before drilling. He was patient and I didn't feel he was rushing to finish. I hate it when the dentist go back and forth between patients bc they're double booked! Their technology looks modern and up to date! All the staff were nice. They said they're going to mail me a sonic toothbrush. So I'm waiting for that. Since I had work done, I was unable to get the whitening on the same day. I booked the whitening for next week. One bad thing was I had to pay for parking. Free Street parking was only 2 hours. I was there for 2.5 hours, parking was $6 I will definitely return as long as Dr. Arsh works there! He's the first dentist that I'm not scared or worried to see in the future. Highly recommend!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. Terrible service. Do not come here and safe yourself time and money. All they want is your money. My boyfriend came here to get a crown and a couple months later it gets infected and now he has to get a root canal. Terrible place please do not come here. AWFUL! Had the BEST experience here today! It was my first time here and I was very very skeptical because I've been to a few other dentist offices and I didn't like the energy or the way people were in there, especially the workers . But this place was AMAZING and I liked the energy in there. The workers were friendly and not awkward with me at all. We even had a few genuine laughs here and there. This establishment and its workers made me feel at ease and not uncomfortable. For that I appreciate them so much. I can go on and on but to anyone else looking for a dentist close by in Long Beach or just want to come here , I highly recommend this place!! Oh and the work was great too!! Was told surgeon doesn't believe in using anything other than local anesthesia even for wisdom teeth extraction, if the reasoning was just that the facility didn't contain the right properties to hold or carry anything other than that and because of time, would've definitely understood. But to tell a patient that the surgeon doesn't BELIEVE in practicing with anything other than that is absolutely cruel. The surgeon also only removed two out of the three teeth I was informed I would be getting removed. Maybe two or three female staff members made the experience a bit better but the blonde receptionist does not know how to professionally do her job, definitely does it but not well. How can you have a surgeon come once a month and not at the very bare minimum have someone that goes by the standard procedures? Or at least inform new patients that this is the way YOUR specific surgeon operates to save time, hassle, and anxiety. It's unfortunate that a lot of patients feel as if they have no other choice but what they're presented with and other furthers the bad reputation the health care system currently has. Also, asking patients to give a 5 start review and offering to type it in for them instead of letting them give an honest review about their experience? So unprofessional and shows that they operate more as a business than a health care facility. Whole experience was beyond uncomfortable, after waiting for the surgeon to show up an hour late, but I'm told that they can't supply certain things because of time when clearly they don't take their patients time into consideration. If you can find literally ANYWHERE else to get your wisdom teeth removed or honestly any service please do. read more
