Not sure why there are so many positive reviews here, but my experience was beyond bad…read more My vehicle was brought here by the tow truck company because the primary one that my insurance recommended was closed during that hour. The car went through a teardown and was eventually considered a total loss, but their quote for the teardown was excessively higher than the average teardown cost and the insurance wasn't going to pay out that whole amount. There was some negotiation and it was able to be taken down, but during that entire period of a month, the collision center charged an excessive amount of storage fees ($500 per day) which was 100% higher than the high end of average. The insurance company refused to pay this amount and basically the vehicle was held hostage at the collision center, despite getting higher management involved as the insurance company was unable to negotiate. In addition, the insurance company did further investigation and found that there's been the same complains to the BAR for this collision center with similar excessive charging, and from my own investigation, the licensure of the collision center seems suspicious with it being opened, closed, reopened under a different name, etc. Do your own investigation before you go with this collision center so you don't have your vehicle held hostage.

After that repair, my check engine light suddenly came on--even though it wasn't on before. The first shop told me it was a problem with the mass air flow sensor and tried to charge me to fix it, which didn't feel right to me. So I decided to come here for a second opinion, and I'm really glad I did. The mechanic took the time to properly diagnose the issue and walked me through everything step by step. Within about an hour, he figured out that it wasn't the air flow sensor at all--it was just a blown fuse. That alone saved me a lot of money and potentially from being overcharged elsewhere. What really stood out was the honesty and communication. He explained clearly what went wrong, didn't try to upsell anything, and made sure I understood the situation. On top of that, he even aired up my tires for free, which was a nice touch. Fast, honest, and affordable service like this is hard to find.
