Great and frequent communication throughout - we will be there by 11 am, we are 15 minutes out; it will take 45 minutes to replace, and then - the car is ready!No games or bs like the others trying to play the we don't know till we actually see it even though they have my VIN and a Live Photo of the exact condition of the windshield. Rich was wonderful to speak with and he told me to make sure I sent him my VIN and a photo at a particular angle to ensure an accurate quote. Well Johnny and Manuel did just that. They gave me a great price that was literally 38 percent lower than the other ones I had received. Amazing same day (morning!) service for both my cars after someone broke one window on each vehicle and ransacked them. These guys installed and cleaned all the broken glass up for us as well. I am so disappointed in the job "antonio" performed on my car. 1) came way past appointment time, was told the installer would be at my work from 6 pm, arrived at 6 pm, didn't apologize. 2) road noise when driving, annoying when you are not used to this. No longer the same as stock. 3) The lock actuator does not allow my door nob to lift up, not even manually, so now it's stuck down. It's such a hassle.my door panel is not set flushed, so there is a small gap between glass and panel, not attractive. 4) was not offered a receipt, just finished, and not even a thank you for giving him exact cash. I dont recommend this person who represents this company to do any jobs. He needs to be retired, he is not young, and he seems to lack commitment. read more
