It had been a minute since I brought my car in anywhere and they explained everything they were doing and made some suggestions for filter changes, wiper replacements, etc.! They're professionals when taking care of your oil change. They show you your air filter when it's about time to get a new one. They also show you what is the correct oil plug size that should go in your car. I got the high mileage oil change for $70. The service was very fast and you stay in your car. I love supporting small businesses so when I had to get an oil change, I decided to check out Fullserv Oil Change. I stopped by on a Friday afternoon and was assisted right away. During the winter months, they keep the shop close so it stays warm so enter through the back door and someone will open the door for you to drive your car into the shop. I have a 2012 Honda CR-V and it requires 0W20 but Mike assisted me and said that I can get 5W20, which will work just as well but half the price ($75 vs $35). Thus, being a poor grad student, I opted for the 5W20 oil. In addition to replacing my oil, they also refilled my windshield wiper fluid and checked my tire pressures. I was in and out of the shop within 10-15 minutes. The store offers a waiting area and coffee for you so feel free to use that if you want to. I give them five starts and they didn't even change my oil yet. I showed up with a new vehicle, only 8,000 miles on it, and was told after they removed the bottom plate it had oil on it. Never having had an oil change before this meant it was leaking and the dealer needed to fix it based on the warranty. He topped off my oil free of charge and told me I'm better off visiting the dealer because they'd likely need to change my oil again anyway. Appreciate the ethics and integrity. I'm not really in the habit of reviewing on Yelp, but my experience yesterday goes past what you expect from an oil change. I've always loved the work that Frank does and appreciates how he doesn't try to pressure anyone into getting additional services; I appreciate it so much that I drive 30+ minutes to get my oil changed here. The reason I'm reviewing though is because I took my new car in for its first, non-dealer oil change. As soon as I got out of the car, I realized I forgot my wallet. Frank just said, "Things like that happen, just stop by later and settle up" and continued to do the service without missing a beat. To top that, the oil drain plug had been torn to shreds from a previous oil change and they replaced it free of charge - even after I begged him to charge me to make up for forgetting my wallet. Called a few places in the area and each one told me that synthetic was really what I needed for my 2007 hybrid vehicle (an $80 oil change). Called Fullserv and they informed me that 5w30 is what the manufacturer recommends (not fully synthetic) and a $40 oil change (with new filter) would keep my Toyota happy. Thank you! read more

Never a wait, always good thorough service. A little pricey. $30 oil change, but they check the levels of fluid, tires and air filter. Also, my hood doesn't like to close right away, and instead of leaving it, like most places, they make sure it closes before I'm out of there. read more

I think I am more loyal to getting my oil changed here than I am to my hairdresser (and that's saying a lot). The guys here are super friendly and fast, and there's a clean waiting area with free coffee! Full service ($39 for my Honda CRV) means full service, including new windshield wiper fluid. They are never pushy and never try to take advantage of me because I'm a young woman that doesn't know much about cars (which has happened everywhere else I've been). I was introduced to Fullserv, by my husband after an oil change. The oil change was reasonable. My car needed repairs vs, purchasing another vehicle. I was given a estimate of repairs, and told my car still had lots of life left, by Susan. Susan ,also told me she would have the diagnostic test done at no charge. , I spent at 3000.00, approx within 3-4mo. After, the exhaust was completed. The service engine light come back on. I returned the car.. I was informed at that time , the light could be cause by several problems. And a Diagnostic test needs to be done. This is exactly, what i had been trying to avoid, by asking for the testing prior. I had no problem. paying for a diagnostic test, if i had been informed that it was not going to be done properly, without payment. I was so please with the service. Absolutely horrible experience dealing with this place. Brought my car in for an oil change. Car had no issues prior to pulling in. After about 5 minutes, the mechanic asked if my car was running poorly and I told him No. He showed me a air tube that had come off and he offered to put it back on. Then he said that's probably why my check engine light was on (which it was not on until after they started working on the car). He said I should detach the battery to get the light to turn off. I tried to start the car in the bay and it immediately died, when I asked the mechanic he said that was because the hose was off and it would be fine as I drive it more. (This should have been a Red Flag for me, that they did something to the car). I was able to drive away, and continued having the same issues that evening. I brought the car the next morning to a local mechanic and he said that someone cracked my Mass Airflow Sensor, and that was causing the issues. He said it was probably done when someone was checking the air filter. I had the part fixed and the following week brought the bill and information to the manager at Fullserv. He said he would look into the situation and would get back to me the following week. I didn't receive a response from him for 10 days, so I finally called and he told me his mechanic said he didn't do it and that I wouldn't have been able to drive the car if that sensor was broken. He said because I waited until after I got the car fixed to tell him what was wrong, it was my fault and that he wouldn't do anything about. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. read more
